Magna International has won approval to build a factory in Hungary which could result in the supplier choosing the country over Slovenia for its new paint facility, Radio Slovenia reported.
Magna International, North America’s biggest auto-parts maker, agreed to buy German manufacturer Getrag for 1.75 billion euros ($1.9 billion), gaining control of one of the largest independent producers of vehicle transmissions.
