Tento obchod podtrhuje v\u00fdznam ned\u00e1vno vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 divize Chassis Solutions spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed hodnotu pro sv\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky a umo\u017e\u0148uje softwarov\u011b definovan\u00e9 vozidlo s \u0159e\u0161en\u00edmi by-wire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"zfcpd-readmore-content\">\n<div class=\"zfcpd-paragraph\">\n<p>Spole\u010dnost ZF, kter\u00e1 je nyn\u00ed hlavn\u00edm zdrojem v\u0161ech komponent podvozku ve v\u0161ech regionech sv\u011bta, dos\u00e1hla dohody, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje pl\u00e1novanou s\u00e9riovou v\u00fdrobu elektromechanick\u00e9ho brzd\u011bn\u00ed spolu se \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm v jedn\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b vozidel.<\/p>\n<p>Projekt, kter\u00fd zahrnuje elektromechanick\u00e9 brzdy a technologii by-wire na zadn\u00edch brzd\u00e1ch, bude zahrnovat tak\u00e9 integrovan\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed brzd ZF a tradi\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159edn\u00ed t\u0159meny, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vznikne \u201ehybridn\u00ed\u201c brzdov\u00fd syst\u00e9m by-wire a hydrauliky, kter\u00fd v\u00fdrobci nab\u00edz\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed flexibilitu. Dohoda rovn\u011b\u017e zajist\u00ed technologii \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s elektrick\u00fdm kulov\u00fdm ob\u011b\u017en\u00fdm p\u0159evodem \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed od spole\u010dnosti ZF. Brzdn\u00fd tlak tedy nen\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159en tlakem kapalin v hydraulick\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu, ale elektromotory. Brzdov\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly z ped\u00e1lu do elektromotoru jsou rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161eny \u010dist\u011b elektricky, proto se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 term\u00edn \u201esuch\u00e1 elektromechanick\u00e1 brzda\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m EMB bezprobl\u00e9mov\u011b spolupracuje s integrovan\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm brzd (IBC), co\u017e je bezvakuov\u00fd, pln\u011b integrovan\u00fd elektrohydraulick\u00fd syst\u00e9m poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd brzdn\u00fd v\u00fdkon pro automatick\u00e9 nouzov\u00e9 brzd\u011bn\u00ed, plnou rekuperaci energie a redundantn\u00ed z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00ed mo\u017enosti a\u017e po pln\u011b automatizovanou j\u00edzdu pro segmenty osobn\u00edch a lehk\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch automobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eHybridn\u00ed\u201c syst\u00e9m je vytvo\u0159en elektrick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem na zadn\u00ed n\u00e1prav\u011b a hydraulikou na p\u0159edn\u00ed n\u00e1prav\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e je vybaven t\u0159menem typu Colette spole\u010dnosti ZF, nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm plovouc\u00edm t\u0159menem na sv\u011bt\u011b. Je k dispozici pro osobn\u00ed a lehk\u00e1 u\u017eitkov\u00e1 vozidla v jednop\u00edstov\u00e9m a dvoup\u00edstov\u00e9m proveden\u00ed, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e je cenov\u011b i CO<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0efektivn\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159edstavuje vysoce v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro v\u0161echna hnac\u00ed \u00fastroj\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b elektrick\u00fdch a hybridn\u00edch vozidel.<\/p>\n<p>Elektrick\u00fd posilova\u010d \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s recirkula\u010dn\u00edmi kuli\u010dkami RCB EPS (Recirculating Ball Steering Electric Power Steering) je 48 V elektricky poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fd syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd je navr\u017een tak, aby nahradil sou\u010dasn\u00e9 hydraulick\u00e9 aplikace. Tento syst\u00e9m umo\u017e\u0148uje funkce pokro\u010dil\u00fdch asisten\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f \u0159idi\u010de (ADAS) a zlep\u0161uje pocit z \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a v\u00fdkon. RCB EPS podporuje funkce ADAS a\u017e do \u00farovn\u011b 2\/2+ a m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159izp\u016fsoben vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm \u00farovn\u00edm automatizace \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.
