Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku byli ve veden\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9ho zastoupen\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed japonsk\u00e9 automobilky Japonci, pot\u00e9 Evropan\u00e9, dnes je to \u010desk\u00fd \u0159editel. V\u017edycky ale byla hlavn\u00ed t\u00edha na \u010desk\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u00edch. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Technologie se zm\u011bnily, ale p\u0159\u00edstup k\u00a0lidem a \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016f st\u00e1le stejn\u00fd. Centr\u00e1la na Bavorsk\u00e9 je u\u017e \u010dtvrt\u00e1 lokace Toyoty v\u00a0\u010cesku.<\/p>\n<p>Toyota a jej\u00ed pr\u00e9miov\u00e1 odno\u017e Lexus prodaly za 30 let sv\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed na \u010desk\u00e9m trhu dohromady skoro 46 000 hybridn\u00edch voz\u016f. Pod\u00edl hybrid\u016f na celkov\u00fdch prodej\u00edch tak za celou dobu tvo\u0159\u00ed 32 procent. V posledn\u00edch letech dosahuje pod\u00edl hybrid\u016f v prodej\u00edch Toyoty 70 procent osobn\u00edch voz\u016f a u zna\u010dky Lexus dokonce p\u0159es 90 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Toyota za\u010dala vozy s hybridn\u00edm pohonem nab\u00edzet na \u010desk\u00e9m trhu v roce 2007. Prvn\u00edmi v \u010cesku prod\u00e1van\u00fdmi modely byly Lexus LS, GS a RX a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 prvn\u00ed hybridn\u00ed model sv\u011bta, Toyota Prius. Hned v prvn\u00edm roce uzav\u0159elo \u010desk\u00e9 zastoupen\u00ed smlouvy na 53 hybridn\u00edch voz\u016f, z toho 40 bylo zna\u010dky Lexus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eTo hlavn\u00ed, co m\u011b tady 30 let udr\u017eelo, je atmosf\u00e9ra a to, jak se tu lid\u00e9 k\u00a0sob\u011b chovaj\u00ed. M\u011bli jsme tu v\u017edy skv\u011bl\u00fd pracovn\u00ed prostor a vybudovali jsme si to tu sami,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 IT mana\u017eer Martin Jirk\u016f. Je jedn\u00edm ze slu\u017eebn\u011b nejstar\u0161\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f \u010desk\u00e9ho zastoupen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eD\u0159\u00edve se objedn\u00e1vky aut sb\u00edraly faxem, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b telefonicky. To byla 90. l\u00e9ta. U\u017e v\u00a0roce 2002 jsme tu ale vytvo\u0159ili webov\u00fd e-shop pro dealery, p\u0159es kter\u00fd za\u010dali objedn\u00e1vat auta. To bylo na tu dobu velmi brzo a takhle to tehdy za\u010dalo fungovat p\u0159es internet,\u201c popisuje Martin Jirk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dobr\u00e9 podm\u00ednky byly i p\u0159i odchodu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0po\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch Japonci c\u00edtili pot\u0159ebu zaji\u0161\u0165ovat se proti p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdm technick\u00fdch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm, zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0dob\u011b p\u0159echodu na rok 2000. \u201eM\u011bli strach, aby nedo\u0161lo k\u00a0n\u011bjak\u00e9mu v\u00fdpadku spojen\u00ed, ka\u017ed\u00fd Japonec dostal satelitn\u00ed telefon, kdyby n\u00e1hodou vypadla elekt\u0159ina,\u201c vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 s\u00a0\u00fasm\u011bvem Jirk\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Japon\u0161t\u00ed kolegov\u00e9 a \u0161\u00e9fov\u00e9 se podle n\u011bj k\u00a0lidem v\u017edy chovali v\u00fdborn\u011b, nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e se sni\u017eovaly stavy, odchoz\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci dostali extr\u00e9mn\u011b dobr\u00e9 podm\u00ednky.<\/p>\n<p>Pohled mnoha zam\u011bstnanc\u016f Toyoty na elektromobilitu je mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd. \u201eElektromotor z\u00a0pohledu j\u00edzdn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed se v\u016fbec ned\u00e1 srovnat se spalovac\u00edm. L\u00edb\u00ed se mi, \u017ee Toyota jde v\u00edce sm\u011bry najednou a m\u00e1 vizi na mnoho let dop\u0159edu,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 slu\u017eebn\u011b nejstar\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnankyn\u011b, kter\u00e1 do \u010desk\u00e9 Toyoty nastoupila v \u0159\u00edjnu 1994 a st\u00e1le m\u00e1 p\u0159ed domem svoji Corollu z\u00a0roku 1997.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eTehdy n\u00e1s bylo v\u00a0kancel\u00e1\u0159i okolo deseti lid\u00ed. P\u016fvodn\u011b lidi nab\u00edrali jen kolegov\u00e9 z\u00a0Japonska, teprve pozd\u011bji vedli v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010ce\u0161i. Toyota byla v\u017edycky velkorys\u00e1 firma a nechala lidi rozv\u00edjet se, i kdy\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad neum\u011bli jazyk. Zam\u011bstnanci tedy m\u011bli mo\u017enost se vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat, nikdo tu neh\u00e1zel ostatn\u00edm klacky pod nohy, nikdo se na ty m\u00e9n\u011b zku\u0161en\u00e9 ned\u00edval skrz prsty,\u201c popisuje Daniela \u0160t\u011brbov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePro mnoh\u00e9 z\u00a0n\u00e1s to bylo velk\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. 30 let m\u011b tady udr\u017eel p\u0159\u00edstup mezi lidmi, hodn\u011b p\u0159\u00e1telstv\u00ed a spole\u010dn\u00e9 akce, t\u0159eba i po pr\u00e1ci, a to je tady po\u0159\u00e1d. Je tady vysok\u00e1 soudr\u017enost mezi lidmi, nov\u00ed jsou hned dob\u0159e p\u0159ijat\u00ed,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00edm v \u010cesku uveden\u00fdm plug-in hybridn\u00edm modelem byl op\u011bt Prius, kter\u00fd se za\u010dal prod\u00e1vat v roce 2012. N\u00e1sledovala ho Toyota RAV4 plug-in v roce 2020 a v letech 2021 a 2022 dal\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e9miov\u00e1 SUV, Lexus NX a RX. Toyota RAV4 je dosud nejprod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00edm plug-inem za ob\u011b zna\u010dky.
