S t\u00edm sou\u010dasn\u011b nast\u00e1v\u00e1 soumrak n\u00e1siln\u011b prosazovan\u00e9 elektromobility v cel\u00e9 Evropsk\u00e9 unii, m\u00edn\u00ed publicista a b\u00fdval\u00fd mluv\u010d\u00ed \u0160kody Auto Milan Smutn\u00fd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"d_kp _6241b6de22e5e742b990b0cd\">\n<div class=\"d_f\" data-e2e=\"ogm-article-layout\">\n<article class=\"d_ig\" role=\"article\" aria-labelledby=\"accessibility-article\">\n<div class=\"d_fb\" data-dot=\"ogm-article-content\">\n<div class=\"f_fc mol-rich-content--for-article\">\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Ka\u017ed\u00e9 t\u0159et\u00ed pln\u011b elektrick\u00e9 auto (BEV) se dosud v zem\u00edch Evropsk\u00e9 unie prod\u00e1valo v N\u011bmecku. Typicky si ho kupovaly bohat\u0161\u00ed rodiny jako 2. \u010di 3. v\u016fz do rodiny a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 firmy pln\u00edc\u00ed si ideologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky zelen\u00e9 udr\u017eitelnosti. Bonus k po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nov\u00e9ho BEV mohl dos\u00e1hnout a\u017e 6750 eur (165 tis\u00edc K\u010d). Z toho st\u00e1t poskytl 4500 eur, o zbytek se d\u011blili automobilky a jejich deale\u0159i. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Pro lep\u0161\u00ed porozum\u011bn\u00ed: st\u00e1tn\u00ed dotace jsou pen\u00edze jin\u00fdch da\u0148ov\u00fdch poplatn\u00edk\u016f, \u010dasto i velmi chud\u00fdch lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed z rozhodnut\u00ed sv\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy nedobrovoln\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed cen e-aut. Opat\u0159en\u00ed ministerstvo hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a ochrany klimatu ovl\u00e1dan\u00e9 nejzelen\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ministrem berl\u00ednsk\u00e9ho kabinetu Robertem Habeckem tento krok ozn\u00e1milo velmi p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b o v\u00edkendu s okam\u017eitou platnost\u00ed od pond\u011bl\u00ed 18. prosince. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed emisn\u00edch dan\u00ed od ledna 2024 na benz\u00edn, naftu, bydlen\u00ed a leteck\u00fd petrolej na vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed lety bude n\u00e1sledovat.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Od zaveden\u00ed tzv. ekologick\u00e9ho bonusu v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b 2016\u00a0je\u0161t\u011b koali\u010dn\u00ed vl\u00e1dou kancl\u00e9\u0159ky Angely Merklov\u00e9 (CDU) a\u00a0jej\u00edho tehdej\u0161\u00edho ministra financ\u00ed Olafa Scholze (SPD) n\u011bmeck\u00fd st\u00e1t dosud zadotoval n\u00e1kup 2,23\u00a0milionu e-vozidel (statistika do 1.\u00a0prosince 2023). Z\u00a0toho bylo 1,43\u00a0milionu \u010dist\u011b elektrick\u00fdch aut a\u00a0t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 805\u00a0tis\u00edc plug-in hybrid\u016f, jejich\u017e dota\u010dn\u00ed podpora ov\u0161em skon\u010dila ji\u017e v\u00a0lednu 2023.\u00a0Celkem n\u011bmeck\u00e1 vl\u00e1da na podporu e-mobility utratila p\u0159es 10\u00a0miliard eur (cca 250\u00a0miliard korun). Kdo si chce o\u00a0historii t\u00e9to podpory p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst v\u00edce, m\u016f\u017ee na webu\u00a0<a class=\"e_r\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adac.de\/rund-ums-fahrzeug\/elektromobilitaet\/kaufen\/foerderung-elektroautos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"ugc noopener\">n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho autoklubu ADAC<\/a>. I\u00a0hodn\u011b prozelen\u00e1 sou\u010dasn\u00e1 vl\u00e1da kancl\u00e9\u0159e Olafa Scholze musela ukon\u010dit podporu elektromobility a\u00a0sn\u00ed\u017eit i\u00a0podporu fotovoltaiky, pot\u00e9, co j\u00ed n\u011bmeck\u00fd \u00fastavn\u00ed soud zak\u00e1zal vyu\u017e\u00edt 60\u00a0miliard eur (tak\u0159ka 1,5\u00a0bilionu K\u010d) p\u0159eveden\u00fdch z\u00a0rozpo\u010dtu na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pandemick\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f pr\u00e1v\u011b do klimatick\u00e9ho fondu. N\u011bmeck\u00fd st\u00e1t za posledn\u00edch 11\u00a0m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f na dotac\u00edch na e-auta vyplatil 2,4\u00a0miliardy eur (asi 60\u00a0mld. K\u010d).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">N\u011bmeck\u00e9 prodeje elektrick\u00fdch aut hnan\u00fdch dotacemi po jejich bleskov\u00e9m ukon\u010den\u00ed tak letos o\u010dividn\u011b z\u016fstanou na \u00farovni 470\u00a0000\u00a0BEV prodan\u00fdch v\u00a0roce 2022\u00a0a\u00a0lo\u0148sk\u00fd 14% pod\u00edl BEV na v\u0161ech prodej\u00edch nov\u00fdch voz\u016f letos stoupl a\u017e na 18\u00a0%, co\u017e z\u0159ejm\u011b nebude pokra\u010dovat. Navzdory uji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bmeck\u00fdch politik\u016f v\u00a0\u010dele s\u00a0kancl\u00e9\u0159em Olafem Scholzem, \u017ee pro N\u011bmecko je nad\u00e1le c\u00edlem m\u00edt v\u00a0roce 2030\u00a0na trhu 15\u00a0milion\u016f pln\u011b elektrick\u00fdch aut, plat\u00ed n\u00e1zor respektovan\u00e9ho n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho den\u00edku Handelsblatt, kter\u00fd trv\u00e1n\u00ed na pl\u00e1nech mohutn\u00e9 expanze elektromobility ozna\u010dil za \u201ezcela nere\u00e1ln\u00e9 a\u00a0iluzorn\u00ed\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Ji\u017e pro p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok n\u011bme\u010dt\u00ed experti odhaduj\u00ed pokles prodeje e-aut nejm\u00e9n\u011b o 200 tis\u00edc, proto\u017ee elektrick\u00e9 vozy jsou i pro st\u0159edn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddu moc drah\u00e9. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v N\u011bmecku jsou do ceny 30 000 eur (asi 740 000 K\u010d) ke koupi jen t\u0159i elektrick\u00e1 miniauta Dacia, Fiat a Renault. Elektrick\u00e1 auta osobuj\u00edc\u00ed si n\u00e1rok na ozna\u010den\u00ed za plnohodnotn\u00fd rodinn\u00fd automobil stoj\u00ed 45 000 eur (1,1 milionu K\u010d) a i mnohem v\u00edce. Na to u\u017e reagovaly n\u011bkter\u00e9 automobilky. Koncern Stellantis zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed zna\u010dky Peugeot, Opel, Fiat a Jeep uvedl hned 18. prosince, \u017ee do konce roku z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm zelen\u00fd bonus a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161e 6750 eur na zakoupen\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 vozy ze sv\u00fdch mar\u017e\u00ed uhrad\u00ed. A na vozy, je\u017e si u n\u011bj koup\u00ed soukrom\u00ed majitel\u00e9 a zaregistruj\u00ed do 29. \u00fanora 2024, d\u00e1 slevu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 4500 eur p\u016fvodn\u011b uva\u017eovan\u00e9ho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9ho bonusu po 1. lednu p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho roku. Podobn\u011b chce svou klientelu u elektromobil\u016f motivovat k dal\u0161\u00ed koupi do konce roku zna\u010dka Mercedes. Na skladech je holt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho neprodan\u00fdch BEV.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">EU, kter\u00e1 se pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s\u00a0prudce rostouc\u00ed konkurenc\u00ed aut z\u00a0\u010c\u00edny, si s\u00a0trpkost\u00ed mus\u00ed uv\u011bdomovat, \u017ee ustoupila zelen\u00e9 ideologii bruselsk\u00fdch i\u00a0n\u00e1rodn\u00edch politik\u016f a\u00a0s auty na baterky vsadila na \u0161patn\u00e9ho kon\u011b. I\u00a0kdy\u017e je\u0161t\u011b k\u0159e\u010de n\u00e1siln\u00e9 elektromobility pokra\u010duj\u00ed ve Francii a\u00a0v n\u011bkter\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch zem\u00edch EU. Kupci elektromobil\u016f mohou ve Francii z\u00edskat podporu 5000\u00a0eur (chud\u00e9 rodiny a\u017e 7000\u00a0eur), ov\u0161em nov\u011b to nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt pr\u00e1v\u011b auta vyroben\u00e1 v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b, co\u017e se t\u00fdk\u00e1 i\u00a0voz\u016f Tesla Model 3\u00a0\u010di cenov\u011b dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed Dacie Spring. Zelen\u00fd bonus ve v\u00fd\u0161i 5000\u00a0eur (123\u00a0000\u00a0K\u010d) a\u00a0dokonce pro chud\u00e9 rodiny 7000\u00a0eur (172\u00a0000\u00a0K\u010d) byl p\u016fvodn\u011b ur\u010den pro v\u0161echny elektromobily bez rozd\u00edlu. A\u00a0proto\u017ee \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd pod\u00edl na prodej\u00edch u\u017e ve Francii dos\u00e1hl t\u0159etiny, vl\u00e1da v\u00a0Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017ei \u0161l\u00e1pla na brzdu. Francouzsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da t\u011bmito dotacemi vlastn\u011b zachra\u0148uje sv\u016fj autopr\u016fmysl a\u00a0zam\u011bstnanost. I\u00a0\u010desk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da chce podnikatel\u016fm 2\u00a0mld. korun zadotovat n\u00e1kup asi 4\u00a0000\u00a0BEV. Pokud ov\u0161em nebude 100% z\u00e1jem, m\u00edsto pen\u011bz z\u00a0Bruselu p\u016fjdou na BEV pen\u00edze z\u00a0rozpo\u010dtu \u010cR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>N\u011bmeck\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed skoncovat s\u00a0podporou elektromobility je no\u010dn\u00ed m\u016frou dokonce pro cel\u00fd evropsk\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl v\u010detn\u011b 100% dcery koncernu VW \u0160koda Auto, kter\u00e1 byla dosud nej\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00edm dovozcem do N\u011bmecka v\u010detn\u011b dob\u0159e prod\u00e1van\u00e9ho pln\u011b elektrick\u00e9ho modelu Enyaq. Jak maj\u00ed napl\u00e1novat v\u00fdrobci i\u00a0dodavatel\u00e9 budouc\u00ed produkci, kdy\u017e\u00a0<a class=\"e_r\" href=\"https:\/\/medium.seznam.cz\/clanek\/milan-smutny-elektromobilum-dochazeji-zakaznici-14795\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">elektromobil\u016fm o\u010dividn\u011b doch\u00e1zej\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci<\/a>? P\u0159itom ale dob\u0159e v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee popt\u00e1vka bude ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nejen kv\u016fli chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm dotac\u00edm, ale tak\u00e9 v\u00a0d\u016fsledku pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 recese, kter\u00e1 v\u00a0N\u011bmecku (a z\u00e1konit\u011b tak\u00e9 v\u00a0jeho \u201esubdodavateli\u201c \u010cesku) dle p\u0159edn\u00edch n\u011bmeck\u00fdch n\u00e1rodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch instituc\u00ed p\u0159etrv\u00e1 i\u00a0p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok. Automobilky v\u00a0Evrop\u011b i\u00a0v USA za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed tedy masivn\u011b \u0161et\u0159it, zpomalovat nadsazen\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny elektromobility a\u00a0tak\u00e9 propou\u0161t\u011bt. Etalon elektromobility Tesla se s\u00a0pohledem na pln\u00e9 sklady aut pustil do cenov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky s\u00a0rizikem likvidace loajality na\u0161tvan\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. VW slibuje, \u017ee \u201eza p\u00e1r let\u201c bude m\u00edt elektroauta za cenu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e p\u016fl milionu korun, hled\u00e1 pro levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobu hlavn\u011b bateri\u00ed spojence i\u00a0u konkuren\u010dn\u00edho Renaultu a\u00a0touto komunikac\u00ed bossov\u00e9 automobilek\u00a0<a class=\"e_r\" href=\"https:\/\/svethospodarstvi.cz\/komentare\/sefove-automobilek-nici-soucasny-prodej-slibem-budoucich-levnych-elektroaut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"ugc noopener\">sami nesmysln\u011b odrazuj\u00ed klienty od koup\u011b st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch model\u016f<\/a>. Zat\u00edm se \u0161et\u0159\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e formou nen\u00e1hrady p\u0159irozen\u00e9 fluktuace a\u00a0odchodu do d\u016fchod\u016f a\u00a0ru\u0161en\u00edm pracovn\u00edch smluv s\u00a0dobou ur\u010ditou. Pokud se situace nezlep\u0161\u00ed, pak nastoup\u00ed tvrd\u00fd princip zachov\u00e1n\u00ed produktivity: sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed person\u00e1lu. Propu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci z\u00a0dob\u0159e placen\u00fdch pozic v\u00a0autopr\u016fmyslu jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 voli\u010di, kte\u0159\u00ed budou nepochybn\u011b k\u00a0dosavadn\u00edm pl\u00e1n\u016fm zelen\u00e9 tranzice v\u010detn\u011b elektromobility velmi kriti\u010dt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">\u0160\u00e9f koncernu Stellantis Carlos Tavares se nechal sly\u0161et, \u017ee je t\u0159eba za\u010d\u00edt diskutovat o\u00a0smysluplnosti dosud platn\u00e9ho z\u00e1kazu v\u00fdroby a\u00a0prodeje aut se spalovac\u00edmi motory v\u00a0EU od roku 2035.\u00a0Je to \u201e\u010dir\u00fd dogmatismus,\u201c \u0159ekl Tavares a\u00a0upozornil, \u017ee po pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 diskusi se leccos m\u016f\u017ee zm\u011bnit nejen po volb\u00e1ch do Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu v\u00a0\u010dervnu 2024, ale tak\u00e9 po prezidentsk\u00fdch volb\u00e1ch v\u00a0USA. P\u0159itom experti upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee eurounijn\u00ed zelen\u00e1 ideologie hnan\u00e1 N\u011bmeckem nikde jinde na sv\u011bt\u011b nep\u0159i\u0161la s\u00a0tak kategorick\u00fdmi term\u00edny a\u00a0z\u00e1kazy jako EU je\u0161t\u011b pod praporem tehdej\u0161\u00edho mocn\u00e9ho m\u00edstop\u0159edsedy Evropsk\u00e9 komise Franse Timmermanse. Jeho p\u016fvodn\u011b tvrd\u00e1 emisn\u00ed norma Euro 7\u00a0ov\u0161em nyn\u00ed po schv\u00e1len\u00ed Evropsk\u00fdm parlamentem byla zm\u00edrn\u011bna jako obsahov\u011b, tak \u010dasov\u00fdmi term\u00edny prakticky na rove\u0148 p\u0159edchoz\u00ed normy Euro 6\u00a0s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee nov\u011b budou muset automobilky zachyt\u00e1vat \u010d\u00e1stice vznikl\u00e9 brzd\u011bn\u00edm a\u00a0ot\u011brem pneumatik. To je ov\u0161em nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9m pr\u00e1v\u011b pro elektromobily, zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 nadm\u011brn\u011b p\u016fltunovou i\u00a0je\u0161t\u011b t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed bateri\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Nesmysln\u00e1 s\u00e1zka na tot\u00e1ln\u00ed elektromobilitu p\u0159itom sebrala evropsk\u00e9mu autopr\u016fmyslu v\u00a0\u010dele s\u00a0N\u011bmeckem tu nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodu, kterou m\u011bl ve v\u00fdvoji a\u00a0ve v\u00fdrob\u011b \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch automobil\u016f se spalovac\u00edmi motory. Kdy\u017e se \u0159ekne produkt Made in Germany, drtiv\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed si pod n\u00edm tak\u0159ka okam\u017eit\u011b p\u0159edstav\u00ed modely kvalitn\u00edch aut s\u00a0hv\u011bzdou, \u010dty\u0159mi kruhy, znakem VW \u010di BMW. \u010cesko je spolu se Slovenskem z\u00e1visl\u00e9 ekonomicky na autopr\u016fmyslu je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e N\u011bmecko a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed zem\u011b. Cel\u00fd autopr\u016fmysl tvo\u0159\u00ed 10\u00a0% HDP, \u010dtvrtinu exportu \u010ceska a\u00a0d\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u00e1ci p\u0159\u00edmo i\u00a0nep\u0159\u00edmo p\u016fl milionu lid\u00ed. To v\u0161echno je nyn\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u011b ohro\u017eeno, kdy\u017e pr\u00e1v\u011b \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 firmy bez ekonomick\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee cyklick\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje a\u00a0v\u00fdroby z\u00a0minulosti mohly vsadit na celkem jednoduch\u00fd elektrick\u00fd pohon BEV, dodaly jim sv\u016fj \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd software a\u00a0hrav\u00fd infotainment a\u00a0pro v\u00fdrobu nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00edho komponentu, baterie, si ji\u017e p\u0159ed 20\u00a0lety strategicky zajistily v\u0161echny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 technologie a\u00a0suroviny. \u010c\u00edna dnes vyr\u00e1b\u00ed 77\u00a0% v\u0161ech bateri\u00ed pro elektromobily na sv\u011bt\u011b. N\u00e1vrh Evropsk\u00e9 komise z\u00a0p\u0159edminul\u00e9ho t\u00fddne, \u017ee chce poskytnout evropsk\u00fdm v\u00fdrobc\u016fm bateri\u00ed dotaci 3\u00a0miliard eur (74\u00a0mld. K\u010d), je jen pl\u00e1cnut\u00edm do vody a\u00a0vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00edm zoufalstv\u00ed nad hlubok\u00fdm zaost\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm Evropy nad Asi\u00ed. Zat\u00edmco prodej nov\u00fdch aut v\u00a0EU za cel\u00fd rok 2022\u00a0dle\u00a0<a class=\"e_r\" href=\"https:\/\/www.acea.auto\/publication\/economic-and-market-report-state-of-the-eu-auto-industry-full-year-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"ugc noopener\">dle Asociace evropsk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f automobil\u016f<\/a>\u00a0s\u00a0po\u010dtem 9\u00a0255\u00a0926\u00a0poklesl meziro\u010dn\u011b o\u00a04,6\u00a0% a\u00a0m\u011bl pod\u00edl na celosv\u011btov\u00fdch prodej\u00edch 14\u00a0% (z toho BEV \u010dinily 12,1\u00a0%), samotn\u00e1 \u010c\u00edna pos\u00edlila prodeje o\u00a07,6\u00a0% na 21\u00a0747\u00a0245\u00a0aut a\u00a0m\u00e1 s\u00a032,8\u00a0% nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0stoupaj\u00edc\u00ed pod\u00edl na automobilov\u00e9m trhu sv\u011bta. Na n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00edho sv\u011btov\u00e9ho l\u00eddra USA p\u0159ipad\u00e1 u\u017e jen 16,3\u00a0%. Pod\u00edl prodeje nov\u00fdch aut v\u00a0Asii p\u0159es\u00e1hl loni 52% pod\u00edl ze v\u0161ech prodan\u00fdch nov\u00fdch aut ve sv\u011bt\u011b v\u00a0roce 2022\u00a0(66,2\u00a0milionu aut).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Probl\u00e9m nab\u00edjen\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Vedle drahoty BEV, jim\u017e se v\u00a0posledn\u00edch dvou letech cenov\u011b vyrovnaly i\u00a0klasick\u00e9 vozy, aby z\u00a0jejich cen automobilky mohly k\u0159\u00ed\u017eov\u011b financovat dosud (a kdov\u00edkdy) nevratn\u00e9 investice do elektromobility, je probl\u00e9mem jejich nab\u00edjen\u00ed. Nejen kv\u016fli nedostatku nab\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst a\u00a0\u010dasov\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti nab\u00edjen\u00ed, kdy propagovan\u00e9 rychlonab\u00edje\u010dky devastuj\u00ed \u017eivostnost bateri\u00ed. Rostouc\u00edm probl\u00e9mem je dostatek samotn\u00e9 elekt\u0159iny. I\u00a0zelen\u00e9 N\u011bmecko je p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b v\u00a0zim\u011b p\u0159i nefunk\u010dnosti sv\u00fdch ob\u010dasn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f elekt\u0159iny\u00a0<a class=\"e_r\" href=\"https:\/\/svethospodarstvi.cz\/komentare\/do-evropy-prisla-zima-a-nemecke-energiewende-dosly-penize\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"ugc noopener\">dominantn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na v\u00fdrob\u011b z\u00a0emisn\u00edho uhl\u00ed a\u00a0plynu<\/a>, kdy\u017e nav\u00edc ve sv\u00e9 politicko-ideologick\u00e9 posedlosti vl\u00e1da v\u00a0Berl\u00edn\u011b nechala letos zav\u0159\u00edt posledn\u00ed t\u0159i modern\u00ed jadern\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rny. \u010cesk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da je p\u0159itom i\u00a0ofici\u00e1ln\u011b pape\u017e\u0161t\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e n\u011bme\u010dt\u00ed zelen\u00ed v\u011brozv\u011bstov\u00e9 a\u00a0chce zlikvidovat stabiln\u00ed produkci z\u00a0uhl\u00ed bez re\u00e1ln\u00e9 n\u00e1hrady, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch let odhalit\u00a0<a class=\"e_r\" href=\"https:\/\/medium.seznam.cz\/clanek\/milan-smutny-vladni-manipulace-kolem-zeleneho-rustu-cen-elektriny-28398\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">probl\u00e9m deficitu stabiln\u00ed elekt\u0159iny.\u00a0<\/a>Daleko hor\u0161\u00ed budou n\u00e1sledky hroz\u00edc\u00ed deindustrializace \u010cR, nejpr\u016fmyslov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zem\u011b EU. Nepochybn\u011b d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl poh\u00e1n\u011bt elektroauta zelenou bezemisn\u00ed elekt\u0159inou d\u00edky v\u00fdrob\u011b z\u00a0j\u00e1dra ve Francii, nebo kombinace produkce z\u00a0j\u00e1dra a\u00a0vody ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku \u010di z\u00a095\u00a0% z\u00a0vodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f v\u00a0neunijn\u00edm Norsku. Ale ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b zem\u00ed EU m\u00e1 elektromobil sv\u016fj v\u00fdfuk v\u00a0uheln\u00e9 elektr\u00e1rn\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Snaha o\u00a0dekarbonizace bude v\u00a0pod\u00e1n\u00ed ideologicky zat\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch politik\u016f nepochybn\u011b pokra\u010dovat. Ale autor tohoto koment\u00e1\u0159e na z\u00e1klad\u011b sv\u00e9 30let\u00e9 praxe v\u00a0autopr\u016fmyslu si dovol\u00ed ud\u011blat n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed progn\u00f3zu. Nejpozd\u011bji v\u00a0roce 2026, kdy si Evropsk\u00e1 komise dokonce sama napl\u00e1novala zhodnocen\u00ed politiky p\u0159echodu na plnou elektromobilitu, bude odlo\u017een term\u00edn skon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdroby a\u00a0prodeje aut se spalovac\u00edmi motory, a\u00a0to nejm\u00e9n\u011b o\u00a010\u00a0let na rok 2045.\u00a0Pak se uvid\u00ed. Ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm zd\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00edm bude nutn\u00e1 obrana EU proti \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 expanzi: \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 zna\u010dky se v\u00a0roce 2022\u00a0pod\u00edlely na prodeji BEV v\u00a0EU t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 4\u00a0%, zat\u00edmco p\u0159ed t\u0159emi lety to bylo jen 0,4\u00a0%. Dle ACEA \u010c\u00edna v\u00a0roce 2022\u00a0vyvezla do EU 561\u00a0tis\u00edc aut v\u00a0hodnot\u011b 9,7\u00a0miliard eur (asi 240\u00a0miliard korun). Hlavn\u00ed ale bude prevence bankrotu automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu EU s\u00a0celkem 13\u00a0miliony zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, 7% pod\u00edlem na tvorb\u011b HDP, 400\u00a0miliardami eur (10\u00a0bilion\u016f korun) odveden\u00fdch dan\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b a\u00a0s 60\u00a0miliardami eur (1,5\u00a0bilion\u016f korun) investovan\u00fdch do v\u011bdy a\u00a0v\u00fdzkumu, co\u017e je bezm\u00e1la t\u0159etinov\u00fd pod\u00edl na t\u011bchto v\u00fddaj\u00edch zem\u00ed EU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jen m\u011bstsk\u00e1 mobilita<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Nakonec se elektromobilita racion\u00e1ln\u011b omez\u00ed na oblast, kde m\u011bla a\u00a0bude m\u00edt smysl: na produkci mal\u00fdch m\u011bstsk\u00fdch a\u00a0p\u0159edm\u011bstsk\u00fdch automobil\u016f, kde lok\u00e1ln\u011b zlep\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m emisn\u00edch \u0161kodlivin. 2,5tunov\u00e9 kor\u00e1by BEV za 1,5\u00a0a\u00a0v\u00edce milionu korun ztrat\u00ed bez masov\u00e9ho z\u00e1jmu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f smysl. Prosad\u00ed se v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed technologick\u00e1 neutralita a\u00a0velk\u00e9 \u0161ance zejm\u00e9na pro d\u00e1lkovou a\u00a0t\u011b\u017ekou n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravu z\u00edsk\u00e1 asi vod\u00edkov\u00fd pohon. Bude p\u0159itom t\u0159eba vy\u010dkat na v\u00fdsledky v\u011bdeckotechnick\u00e9ho rozvoje, nikoli jako dosud s\u00e1zet na technologie, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u00a0plenk\u00e1ch \u010di dosud v\u016fbec neexistuj\u00ed. A\u00a0v\u0161e bude muset zar\u00e1movat dostatek stabiln\u00ed elekt\u0159iny. Je p\u0159\u00edzna\u010dn\u00e9, \u017ee dohoda 21\u00a0zem\u00ed na okraj konference OSN o\u00a0klimatu COP28\u00a0v\u00a0Dubaji, \u017ee se do roku 2050\u00a0mus\u00ed ztrojn\u00e1sobit sou\u010dasn\u00fd v\u00fdkon jadern\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren ve sv\u011bt\u011b, se do z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9ho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed z\u00a0konference OSN nedostala. Zato se pr\u00fd maj\u00ed do stejn\u00e9ho data ztrojn\u00e1sobit jmenovit\u00e9 v\u00fdkony ob\u010dasn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f ve sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"f_bv speakable\" data-dot=\"mol-paragraph\">\n<p class=\"e_bv\"><span class=\"atm-text-decorator\">Ale pap\u00edrov\u011b siln\u00e9 sol\u00e1ry a\u00a0v\u011btrn\u00edky, kdy odb\u011bratel\u00e9 hlavn\u011b z\u00a0pr\u016fmyslu nemohou \u010dekat na dostate\u010dn\u00fd slune\u010dn\u00ed svit a\u00a0pot\u0159ebnou s\u00edlu v\u011btru, budou bohu\u017eel je\u0161t\u011b dlouho hr\u00e1t aktivn\u00ed roli v\u00a0hlav\u00e1ch nekompetentn\u00edch politik\u016f. Ov\u0161em i\u00a0t\u011bm nejzelen\u011bj\u0161\u00edm jako nyn\u00ed v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b N\u011bmecka nakonec dojdou ciz\u00ed dota\u010dn\u00ed pen\u00edze a\u00a0energetika a\u00a0zelen\u00e1 tranzice budou muset sesednout z\u00a0ideologie fantaskn\u011b zelen\u011b nat\u0159en\u00e9ho kon\u011b zp\u011bt na zem, vr\u00e1tit se k\u00a0princip\u016fm funk\u010dn\u00ed tr\u017en\u00ed ekonomiky nemrza\u010den\u00e9 dotacemi.
