Volaj\u00ed ale tak\u00e9 po digitalizaci p\u0159evodu voz\u016f a automatizaci z\u00e1pis\u016f<br \/>\nv rejst\u0159\u00edku motorov\u00fdch vozidel, kter\u00fd trp\u00ed vysokou chybovost\u00ed dat, nebo po<br \/>\nodstran\u011bn\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00edch zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek, jako jsou fyzick\u00e9 kontroly p\u0159i p\u0159evodu<br \/>\nvozidla.<\/div>\n<div>\u201eVl\u00e1da p\u0159i sv\u00e9m n\u00e1stupu sl\u00edbila maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enou digitalizaci. \u0160et\u0159\u00edme \u010das a pen\u00edze<br \/>\nob\u010dan\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed mohou, nam\u00edsto n\u011bkolika n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f a prohled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed internetov\u00fdch<br \/>\nodkaz\u016f, nal\u00e9zt dostupn\u00e9 elektronick\u00e9 slu\u017eby na jednom m\u00edst\u011b v Port\u00e1lu dopravy.<br \/>\nZ tohoto rozcestn\u00edku jsou dostupn\u00e9 ji\u017e funguj\u00edc\u00ed slu\u017eby spojen\u00e9 s dopravou, jako je<br \/>\nkontrola tachometru, informace o vlastn\u011bn\u00e9m vozidle, d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed zn\u00e1mky, mo\u017enost e\u0002pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed o v\u00fdm\u011bnu \u0159idi\u010dsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fkazu z d\u016fvodu kr\u00e1de\u017ee, ztr\u00e1ty \u010di zm\u011bny<br \/>\nosobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, p\u0159edvypln\u011bn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti zm\u011bn v registru vozidel. Na\u0161\u00edm<br \/>\nc\u00edlem je, aby \u0161lo ve\u0161kerou administrativu okolo prodeje, koup\u011b a registrace auta<br \/>\nvy\u0159\u00eddit pln\u011b digit\u00e1ln\u011b,\u201c uvedl ministr dopravy Martin Kupka.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201eC\u00edlem je sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed administrativy a usnadn\u011bn\u00ed \u017eivota jak ob\u010dan\u016fm, tak firm\u00e1m. Je<br \/>\np\u0159ipravov\u00e1n Registr zastupov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd by m\u011bl b\u00fdt spu\u0161t\u011bn v tomto roce. Tento projekt<br \/>\numo\u017en\u00ed lidem a firm\u00e1m jednodu\u0161e a rychle pov\u011b\u0159ovat osobu pro zastupov\u00e1n\u00ed.<br \/>\nProst\u0159ednictv\u00edm Port\u00e1lu ob\u010dana pak bude mo\u017en\u00e9 ov\u011b\u0159it, kdo koho pov\u011b\u0159il. D\u011bl\u00e1me to<br \/>\nzejm\u00e9na proto, abychom prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed zbavili starost\u00ed s mo\u017en\u00fdmi reklamacemi aut od<br \/>\nnov\u00fdch majitel\u016f a kupuj\u00edc\u00edm mohli nab\u00eddnout z\u00e1ruky a garance bezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho n\u00e1kupu. A<br \/>\nto znamen\u00e1 vozy na sebe registrovat. Troufla bych si \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee jsme patrn\u011b v tuzemsku<br \/>\nsubjektem s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem registrac\u00ed ojet\u00fdch voz\u016f, kter\u00fd se pohybuje kolem 60<br \/>\n000 ro\u010dn\u011b. Intern\u011b jsme v AURES Holdings pro digitalizaci v uplynul\u00fdch deseti letech<br \/>\nud\u011blali velk\u00fd kus pr\u00e1ce. Rok od roku jsme roz\u0161i\u0159ovali spektrum na\u0161ich model\u016f<br \/>\nstrojov\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed a automatizovali z\u00e1sadn\u00ed aspekty na\u0161ich obchodn\u00edch operac\u00ed. Pokud<br \/>\njde o z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, zejm\u00e9na bych vyzdvihla in-house vyvinut\u00fd syst\u00e9m ACBS pro \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<br \/>\nz\u00e1kaznick\u00e9ho servisu, kter\u00fd p\u0159inesl zrychlen\u00ed a zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed komunikace se z\u00e1kazn\u00edky<br \/>\nna v\u0161ech kontaktn\u00edch m\u00edstech na\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti od webu, p\u0159es z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9 call centrum<br \/>\na\u017e k pobo\u010dk\u00e1m. Velk\u00fdm p\u0159\u00ednosem<br \/>\npro \u0159idi\u010de pak bylo zru\u0161en\u00ed povinnosti absolvovat eviden\u010dn\u00ed kontrolu na STK p\u0159i<br \/>\np\u0159episu vlastn\u00edka vozidla po \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9m ukon\u010den\u00ed smlouvy o financov\u00e1n\u00ed. Zru\u0161en\u00ed<br \/>\nzbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho \u00fakonu odleh\u010dilo p\u0159epln\u011bn\u00e9 STK a \u0159idi\u010d\u016fm u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed nejen poplatky, ale i tis\u00edce<br \/>\nhodin \u010dasu str\u00e1ven\u00fdch na STK ka\u017ed\u00fd rok. Ocenit mus\u00edme i dopln\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1kona o<br \/>\nspot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9m \u00fav\u011bru o mo\u017enost vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed statistick\u00fdch model\u016f p\u0159i ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed<br \/>\n\u00fav\u011bruschopnosti spot\u0159ebitel\u016f. P\u0159inese v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed a zrychlen\u00ed<br \/>\nschvalovac\u00edch proces\u016f, ani\u017e by p\u0159itom vznikala v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 rizika v oblasti ochrany<br \/>\nspot\u0159ebitele. Klient v\u017edy sjedn\u00e1 u sv\u00e9ho nov\u00e9ho vozu povinn\u00e9 ru\u010den\u00ed,<br \/>\nspolupr\u00e1ce syst\u00e9m\u016f poji\u0161\u0165oven a registru motorov\u00fdch vozidel by pomohla<br \/>\nmotivovat klienta operaci v registru neodkl\u00e1dat na jindy, tedy \u010dasto na nikdy,\u201c<br \/>\npoznamenal v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel \u010cesk\u00e9 asociace poji\u0161\u0165oven Jan Matou\u0161ek.<br \/>\nDigitalizace je podle spole\u010dnosti Cebia (\u010dlen AOOA) z\u00e1kladn\u00edm p\u0159edpokladem k<br \/>\nprov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed vozidel a t\u00edm i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti n\u00e1kupu.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201eDigitalizace vstupuje p\u0159i n\u00e1kupu auta nejen do jeho hled\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdb\u011bru, ale tak\u00e9 do<br \/>\nprov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed jeho identity a historie. D\u00edky digitalizaci je mo\u017en\u00e9 z\u00edskat informace z historie<br \/>\nauta ohledn\u011b toho, zda nem\u00e1 sto\u010den\u00fd tachometr, nebylo havarovan\u00e9 \u010di p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jak,<br \/>\nkdy bylo skute\u010dn\u011b vyrobeno a pro jakou zemi, zda nebylo provozov\u00e1no jako taxi, nen\u00ed<br \/>\nhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 jako odcizen\u00e9 \u010di zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 financov\u00e1n\u00edm a \u0159adu dal\u0161\u00edch informac\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 si<br \/>\nlze jednodu\u0161e zkontrolovat, jestli dan\u00e9 vozidlo v\u016fbec existuje. Bez digitalizace by<br \/>\nnebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 tato data v\u016fbec poskytovat,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Martin Pajer, \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti<br \/>\nCebia, kter\u00e1 monitoruje trh ojet\u00fdch aut a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 bojovat proti podvod\u016fm ji\u017e od sv\u00e9ho<br \/>\nzalo\u017een\u00ed v roce 1991.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Posun v digitalizaci cel\u00e9ho podnikatelsk\u00e9ho sektoru ze strany st\u00e1tu vn\u00edm\u00e1 pozitivn\u011b i<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 komora<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201eV\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed digitalizace st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy jsme vn\u00edmali p\u0159i vzniku vl\u00e1dy jako jedno z<br \/>\nnejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch t\u00e9mat pro podnikatele, kter\u00e9 dus\u00ed drah\u00e1 a zbyte\u010dn\u00e1 byrokracie.
