To p\u016fsobiv\u011b dokazuje, \u017ee elektrifikace v d\u00e1lkov\u00e9 doprav\u011b ji\u017e nen\u00ed viz\u00ed budoucnosti \u2013 je to hmatateln\u00e1 realita bez emis\u00ed CO\u2082. V pond\u011bl\u00ed byla v r\u00e1mci symbolick\u00e9ho hv\u011bzdn\u00e9ho konvoje slavnostn\u011b uvedena do provozu flotila 14 vozidel eActros 600 v z\u00e1vod\u011b W\u00f6rth.<\/p>\n<p>Achim Puchert, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti Mercedes-Benz Trucks: \u201eS dne\u0161n\u00edm startem nov\u00e9ho konvoje pro bateriov\u011b-elektrickou d\u00e1lkovou logistiku pro z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161ich n\u011bmeck\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f na v\u00fdrobu n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel vys\u00edl\u00e1me siln\u00fd sign\u00e1l pro bezemisn\u00ed budoucnost dopravy. Elektrifikace logistiky na\u0161ich z\u00e1vod\u016f s vozidlem eActros 600 p\u0159edstavuje kombinaci technologick\u00fdch inovac\u00ed a d\u016fv\u011bryhodn\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce s na\u0161imi partnery \u2013 a ukazuje, \u017ee logistick\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bez emis\u00ed CO\u2082 jsou ji\u017e dnes realitou.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>J\u00fcrgen Distl, vedouc\u00ed provozu Mercedes-Benz Trucks: \u201eV posledn\u00edch dvou letech jsme ji\u017e elektrifikovali v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 procent na\u0161ich p\u0159\u00edmo zadan\u00fdch p\u0159eprav v\u00fdrobn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu na region\u00e1ln\u00edch tras\u00e1ch \u2013 jedn\u00e1 se o v\u00edce ne\u017e 100 vjezd\u016f n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel denn\u011b s bateriov\u011b-elektrick\u00fdmi vozidly do na\u0161ich z\u00e1vod\u016f. Spole\u010dn\u011b s na\u0161imi logistick\u00fdmi partnery nyn\u00ed roz\u0161i\u0159ujeme na\u0161e zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na evropskou n\u00e1kladn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165. eActros 600 je skute\u010dnou p\u0159evratnou volbou pro vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed i mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed d\u00e1lkovou dopravu a je pro to ide\u00e1ln\u00ed.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-15467\" src=\"http:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Daimler-Truck-hala-900x280.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"280\" \/>Doposud se elektrick\u00e9 vozy<strong> Mercedes-Benz eActros 300 a 400<\/strong> s bateriemi pou\u017e\u00edvaly na region\u00e1ln\u00edch tras\u00e1ch v r\u00e1mci p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00ed logistiky. V roce 2024 najela vozidla na \u010dist\u011b elektrick\u00fd pohon na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40 r\u016fzn\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b dva miliony kilometr\u016f, a to bez emis\u00ed CO2 p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b. S pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm vozidel Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 na d\u00e1lkov\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch se tento pod\u00edl bude d\u00e1le zvy\u0161ovat. Testovac\u00ed vozidlo eActros 600 pravideln\u011b jezd\u00ed na silnic\u00edch mezi z\u00e1vody Mercedes-Benz v Kasselu a W\u00f6rthu od z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Konvoj, kter\u00fd byl dnes zah\u00e1jen, ukazuje, \u017ee eActros 600 dok\u00e1\u017ee s elektrick\u00fdm pohonem z bateri\u00ed urazit i del\u0161\u00ed p\u0159epravn\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti. Z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00ed partne\u0159i v oblasti p\u0159epravy zvol\u00ed jednu ze \u010dtrn\u00e1cti tras, z nich\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 jsou velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Ty se pohybuj\u00ed mezi 150 km a 600 km, n\u011bkdy i p\u0159es hranice do It\u00e1lie, \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky a Lucemburska. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby vozidla krom\u011b nab\u00edjen\u00ed v depech v pobo\u010dk\u00e1ch Daimler Truck a depech spedi\u010dn\u00edch spole\u010dnost\u00ed \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed i ve\u0159ejnou nab\u00edjec\u00ed infrastrukturu pod\u00e9l trasy. Ta zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee spedit\u00e9\u0159i mohou nab\u00edjet sv\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozy b\u011bhem \u010dekac\u00edch a vykl\u00e1dac\u00edch dob. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v z\u00e1vod\u011b W\u00f6rth bylo v are\u00e1lu z\u00e1vodu instalov\u00e1no a uvedeno do provozu ji\u017e 15 nab\u00edjec\u00edch stanic, z nich\u017e \u0161est jsou rychlonab\u00edjec\u00ed stanice TruckCharge s v\u00fdkonem 400 kW. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je v provozu celkem jeden\u00e1ct nab\u00edjec\u00edch stanic v Gaggenau , Kasselu, Mannheimu a p\u0159idru\u017een\u00fdch extern\u00edch skladech, v\u010detn\u011b sedmi rychlonab\u00edjec\u00edch stanic TruckCharge s v\u00fdkonem 400 kW. Pro b\u011b\u017en\u00fd rok 2025 se pl\u00e1nuje instalace dal\u0161\u00edch osmi rychlonab\u00edjec\u00edch stanic na v\u0161ech n\u011bmeck\u00fdch pobo\u010dk\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Nab\u00edjec\u00ed infrastruktura vlastn\u011bn\u00e1 v\u00fdrobcem je p\u0159\u00edkladem nab\u00eddky TruckCharge zna\u010dky Daimler Truck, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje t\u00e9mata jako poradenstv\u00ed, infrastruktura a provoz v oblasti elektronick\u00e9 infrastruktury a nab\u00edjen\u00ed elektrick\u00fdch n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel v cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b. Celkov\u00fd bal\u00ed\u010dek nez\u00e1visl\u00fd na zna\u010dce je zam\u011b\u0159en na provozovatele vozov\u00fdch park\u016f a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 podniky a podporuje je v ekonomick\u00e9m vyu\u017eit\u00ed pln\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu elektromobility. Pro rozvoj elektromobility hodl\u00e1 Daimler Truck spole\u010dn\u011b s partnery masivn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it nab\u00edjec\u00ed infrastrukturu \u2013 mimo jin\u00e9 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm spole\u010dn\u00e9ho podniku Milence, kter\u00fd buduje ve\u0159ejnou s\u00ed\u0165 s 1 700 nab\u00edjec\u00edmi stanicemi po cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b a tak\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanou polove\u0159ejnou nab\u00edjec\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 s v\u00edce ne\u017e 3 000 rychlonab\u00edjec\u00edmi stanicemi do roku 2030. Nov\u00e1 mo\u017enost polove\u0159ejn\u00e9ho nab\u00edjen\u00ed pro elektrick\u00e1 n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla jako \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed Daimler TruckCharge m\u00e1 umo\u017enit otev\u0159en\u00ed jejich nab\u00edjec\u00ed infrastruktury pro extern\u00ed, placen\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed v depech. Polove\u0159ejn\u00e9 nab\u00edjen\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje spole\u010dnostem poskytovat vlastn\u00ed nab\u00edjec\u00ed stanice v dob\u011b, kdy je nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed \u2013 a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 tak zajistit komplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nab\u00edjec\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 pro elektrick\u00e1 n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla.<\/p>\n<p>Aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 testovat nab\u00edjec\u00ed stanice a koncepty nab\u00edjen\u00ed od r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f a vyv\u00edjet na m\u00edst\u011b s odborn\u00edky z Mercedes-Benz Trucks nab\u00edjec\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u0161it\u00e1 na m\u00edru pro jejich p\u0159\u00edpady pou\u017eit\u00ed, je od roku 2022 v Z\u00e1kaznick\u00e9m informa\u010dn\u00edm centru (BIC) ve W\u00f6rth am Rhein, v bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti z\u00e1vodu, k dispozici nab\u00edjec\u00ed park.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1336\" src=\"http:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Mercedes-Truck-kamiony-900x506.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" \/><strong>eActros 600<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spole\u010dnost Mercedes-Benz Trucks oslavila koncem listopadu lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku v z\u00e1vod\u011b Mercedes-Benz ve W\u00f6rthu uveden\u00ed modelu eActros 600 do s\u00e9riov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. Dod\u00e1vky z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm za\u010daly v prosinci 2024. Elektrick\u00e1 vlajkov\u00e1 lo\u010f divize Mercedes-Benz Trucks ji\u017e n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t prok\u00e1zala sv\u00e9 schopnosti v re\u00e1ln\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch: v praxi u z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f a v r\u00e1mci \u201eeActros 600 European Testing Tour 2024\u201c, 15 000 kilometr\u016f dlouh\u00e9 pln\u011b elektrick\u00e9 v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 cesty celkem 22 zem\u011bmi a \u201eEuropean Testing Tour Winter 2025\u201c na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 6 500 kilometrech severn\u00ed Evropou, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ka\u017ed\u00e1 z nich m\u011bla celkovou hmotnost soupravy 40 tun. Krom\u011b toho byl elektromobil zvolen \u201eMezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm n\u00e1kladn\u00edm vozem roku 2025\u201c. Toto ocen\u011bn\u00ed je nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ocen\u011bn\u00edm v oboru a ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b jej ud\u011bluje organizace International Truck of the Year (IToY), kterou tvo\u0159\u00ed 24 novin\u00e1\u0159\u016f specializuj\u00edc\u00edch se na u\u017eitkov\u00e1 vozidla z Evropy.<\/p>\n<p>Vysok\u00e1 kapacita baterie p\u0159es 600 kilowatthodin \u2013 odtud ozna\u010den\u00ed modelu 600 \u2013 a nov\u00e1, obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 elektrick\u00e1 hnac\u00ed n\u00e1prava vyvinut\u00e1 intern\u011b umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed modelu eActros 600 dos\u00e1hnout dojezdu 500 kilometr\u016f <sup>[1] <\/sup>bez mezidob\u00edjen\u00ed. Tohoto dojezdu je dosa\u017eeno za velmi realistick\u00fdch a praktick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek s celkovou hmotnost\u00ed soupravy 40 tun, kterou lze v z\u00e1vislosti na stylu j\u00edzdy a trase v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159ekro\u010dit. eActros 600 je schopen ujet dokonce v\u00edce ne\u017e 1000 kilometr\u016f denn\u011b. Dob\u00edjen\u00ed b\u011bhem z\u00e1konn\u00fdch p\u0159est\u00e1vek \u0159idi\u010de to umo\u017e\u0148uje, pokud jsou k dispozici mo\u017enosti nab\u00edjen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>eActros 600<\/strong> m\u00e1 t\u0159i bateriov\u00e9 bloky, ka\u017ed\u00fd s kapacitou 207 kWh <sup>[2]. <\/sup>Ty nab\u00edzej\u00ed celkovou instalovanou kapacitu 621 kWh. Baterie jsou zalo\u017eeny na technologii lithium-\u017eelezitophosf\u00e1tov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f (LFP) a vyzna\u010duj\u00ed se dlouhou \u017eivotnost\u00ed. V\u00fdvojov\u00ed in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i spole\u010dnosti Mercedes-Benz Trucks navrhli eActros 600 tak, aby spl\u0148oval stejn\u00e9 po\u017eadavky na odolnost vozidel a komponent\u016f jako srovnateln\u00fd konven\u010dn\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd Actros pro d\u00e1lkovou dopravu. To znamen\u00e1 a\u017e 1,2 milionu kilometr\u016f za deset let provozu. Po t\u00e9to dob\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed by m\u011bl b\u00fdt stav baterie st\u00e1le nad 80 procenty. Na rozd\u00edl od jin\u00fdch technologi\u00ed bateriov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f lze s technologi\u00ed LFP vyu\u017e\u00edt v\u00edce ne\u017e 95 procent instalovan\u00e9 kapacity. To umo\u017e\u0148uje vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed dojezd se stejnou instalovanou kapacitou baterie. Vozidlo je technicky navr\u017eeno pro celkovou hmotnost soupravy a\u017e 44 tun. Se standardn\u00edm n\u00e1v\u011bsem m\u00e1 eActros 600 v EU u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 22 tun. Mohou existovat p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy n\u00e1rodn\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy povoluj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>O z\u00e1vod\u011b Mercedes-Benz ve W\u00f6rthu<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1vod na mont\u00e1\u017e n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel spole\u010dnosti Mercedes-Benz Trucks ve W\u00f6rthu am Rhein byl zalo\u017een v roce 1963. Od jeho zalo\u017een\u00ed zde bylo vyrobeno p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 4,4 milionu n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel. Dnes se jedn\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o \u0159ady Actros, Arocs a Atego. Ve W\u00f6rthu se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed tak\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozy Mercedes-Benz Econic , Unimog a Zetros. S\u00e9riov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba bateriov\u011b elektrick\u00e9ho Mercedes-Benz eActros 300\/400 pro distribu\u010dn\u00ed dopravu za\u010dala v roce 2021. Druh\u00fd elektrick\u00fd n\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u016fz Mercedes-Benz eEconic pro komun\u00e1ln\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed n\u00e1sledoval v roce 2022. Na konci roku 2024 oslavil Daimler Truck zah\u00e1jen\u00ed s\u00e9riov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 pro d\u00e1lkovou dopravu ve W\u00f6rthu.
