Vl\u00e1da nav\u00fd\u0161ila kv\u00f3ty pro pracovn\u00edky z vybran\u00fdch zem\u00ed. P\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad 650 m\u00edst pro kvalifikovan\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky z \u010c\u00edny a 120 pro uchaze\u010de z dal\u0161\u00edch asijsk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f. Z\u00e1m\u011brem je podpo\u0159it p\u0159\u00edchod expert\u016f, IT specialist\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch kvalifikovan\u00fdch profes\u00ed do pr\u016fmyslu a slu\u017eeb. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Firm\u00e1m se otev\u00edr\u00e1 prostor \u0159e\u0161it nedostatek lid\u00ed c\u00edlen\u00fdm n\u00e1borem ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Mezi zem\u011b s vysok\u00fdm potenci\u00e1lem pat\u0159\u00ed Srbsko, Severn\u00ed Makedonie, Kazachst\u00e1n a Filip\u00edny. V situaci, kdy dom\u00e1c\u00ed zdroje nesta\u010d\u00ed v d\u016fsledku demografick\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje a spole\u010densk\u00fdch zm\u011bn, p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed ke slovu \u0159\u00edzen\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed migrace.<\/p>\n<p>Na tuto pot\u0159ebu reaguje i aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed vl\u00e1dy, kter\u00e1 od \u010dervence 2025 navy\u0161uje kv\u00f3ty pro zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9 karty ve vybran\u00fdch zem\u00edch. V Dill\u00ed se kv\u00f3ta roz\u0161i\u0159uje o 24 m\u00edst pro specialisty na IT a digit\u00e1ln\u00ed nom\u00e1dy, v Pekingu vznik\u00e1 prostor pro 650 expert\u016f, Bangkok posiluje o 160 m\u00edst, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v dal\u0161\u00edch asijsk\u00fdch destinac\u00edch p\u0159ibyde 120 \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b. Naopak se ru\u0161\u00ed 120 m\u00edst pro nekvalifikovan\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky z vybran\u00fdch africk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f, zat\u00edmco 420 m\u00edst z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 pro africk\u00e9 experty, l\u00e9ka\u0159e a v\u011bdce.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eBez otev\u0159en\u00ed trhu zahrani\u010dn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed s\u00edle \u010desk\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b neobstoj\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd rok n\u00e1m z trhu odch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00edce lid\u00ed do d\u016fchodu, ne\u017e kolik absolvent\u016f p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed, a tento rozd\u00edl se bude d\u00e1le prohlubovat,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jaroslava Rezlerov\u00e1, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelka ManpowerGroup \u010cesk\u00e1 republika.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eN\u00e1bor ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed nen\u00ed jednor\u00e1zovou reakc\u00ed, ale st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed strategick\u00e9ho HR pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed. Takov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup nefunguje a v d\u016fsledku vede k vysok\u00e9 fluktuaci, frustraci i po\u0161kozen\u00ed reputace zam\u011bstnavatele.
