Uv\u00e1d\u00ed to studie spole\u010dnosti <span class=\"highlight-E1id4 highlight-E1M\">AlixPartners<\/span>, na kterou upozornila agentura <span class=\"highlight-E1id0 highlight-E1M\">Bloomberg<\/span>. <span class=\"highlight-E1id4 highlight-E1M\">AlixPartners<\/span> je glob\u00e1ln\u00ed poradensk\u00e1 firma, kter\u00e1 se specializuje na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed krizov\u00fdch situac\u00ed a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 spole\u010dnostem zlep\u0161it jejich v\u00fdkon.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Po cel\u00e9m kontinentu automobilky vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru pouze na 55 % kapacity, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e z\u00e1vody, kter\u00e9 dlouhodob\u011b b\u011b\u017e\u00ed pod hranic\u00ed 75 %, p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed b\u00fdt rentabiln\u00ed. S vyt\u00ed\u017eenost\u00ed je na tom podle <span class=\"highlight-E1id4 highlight-E1M\">AlixPartners<\/span> nejh\u016f\u0159 koncern <span class=\"highlight-E1id6 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Stellantis<\/span>. Pat\u0159\u00ed mu t\u0159eba slavn\u00e1 zna\u010dka <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id3 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">Alfa<\/span> <span class=\"highlight-E1id3 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Romeo<\/span>, jej\u00ed\u017e evropsk\u00e9 provozy funguj\u00ed pouze na 45 %.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V probl\u00e9mech i koncern Volkswagen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kousek od historicky prvn\u00edho zav\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch sv\u00fdch n\u011bmeck\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f byl vloni <span class=\"highlight-query highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id2 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">Volkswagen<\/span>, kde odbor\u016fm trvalo dlouh\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edce, ne\u017e dos\u00e1hly dohody s veden\u00edm spole\u010dnosti o \u00faspor\u00e1ch. Tov\u00e1rny nakonec z\u016fstaly v provozu, ale \u0161krtat se muselo na 35 000 pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst. O prodeje evropsk\u00e9 zna\u010dky ob\u00edr\u00e1 hlavn\u011b levn\u00e1 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 konkurence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEvropsk\u00e9 automobilky v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch letech ztrat\u00ed ve prosp\u011bch \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch zna\u010dek jeden a\u017e dva miliony vozidel,\u201c tvrd\u00ed <span class=\"highlight-E5id2 highlight-E5M\">v\u00fdkonn\u00fd<\/span> <span class=\"highlight-E5id2 highlight-E5M\">\u0159editel<\/span> <span class=\"highlight-E1id4 highlight-E1M\">AlixPartners<\/span> v <span class=\"highlight-E0id1 highlight-E0M\">N\u011bmecku<\/span> <span class=\"highlight-E2id0 highlight-E2M\">Fabian<\/span> <span class=\"highlight-E2id0 highlight-E2M\">Piontek<\/span>. \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 automobilky letos dohromady dosahuj\u00ed v <span class=\"highlight-E0id2 highlight-E0M\">Evrop\u011b<\/span> na zhruba 5% tr\u017en\u00ed pod\u00edl. Jejich prodeje ale rostou o v\u00edce ne\u017e 90 % ro\u010dn\u011b, a zna\u010dky jako BYD nebo <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id1 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">MG<\/span> by tak do roku 2030 mohly m\u00edt a\u017e 10% pod\u00edly. Evropsk\u00fdm <span class=\"highlight-E5id0 highlight-E5M\">v\u00fdrobc\u016fm<\/span> by tak \u201eukradly\u201c na dva miliony <span class=\"highlight-E5id1 highlight-E5M\">z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f<\/span>, co\u017e by pochopiteln\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ilo tlak na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacity dom\u00e1c\u00edch <span class=\"highlight-E5id4 highlight-E5M\">producent\u016f<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"highlight-E1id4 highlight-E1M\">AlixPartners<\/span> z\u00e1rove\u0148 upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee uzav\u0159en\u00ed velk\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu je velmi n\u00e1kladn\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitost a vede k dlouh\u00fdm jedn\u00e1n\u00edm s odbory. <span class=\"highlight-E5id3 highlight-E5M\">Experti<\/span> odhaduj\u00ed celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na uzav\u0159en\u00ed takov\u00e9 tov\u00e1rny s p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 10 000 <span class=\"highlight-E5id6 highlight-E5M\">zam\u011bstnanci<\/span> na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1,5 miliardy eur (skoro 38 miliard korun), p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e cel\u00fd proces m\u016f\u017ee trvat jeden a\u017e t\u0159i roky.
