Do \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se zapojilo p\u0159es 300 podnik\u016f s v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 zam\u011bstnanci, kter\u00e9 dohromady zam\u011bstn\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 000 lid\u00ed.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Kvalifikovan\u00ed lid\u00e9 chyb\u00ed v 6 z 10 v\u00fdrobn\u00edch firem<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fzkum potvrzuje dlouhodob\u00fd trend: <strong><b>59 % v\u00fdrobn\u00edch firem<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0hl\u00e1s\u00ed nedostatek kvalifikovan\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. <strong><b>Administrativn\u00ed pracovn\u00edky<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0postr\u00e1d\u00e1 p\u011btina firem (18 %), \u010dast\u011bji jde o podniky ve slu\u017eb\u00e1ch (24 %). <strong><b>T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina firem (44 %) pl\u00e1nuje person\u00e1ln\u00ed stavy navy\u0161ovat<\/b><\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e 29 % chce p\u0159ij\u00edmat kvalifikovan\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky a 19 % nekvalifikovan\u00e9 d\u011bln\u00edky. U\u017e nyn\u00ed ale <strong><b>v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina (52 %) personalist\u016f \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee na jejich inzer\u00e1ty odpov\u00edd\u00e1 m\u00e1lo uchaze\u010d\u016f tzv. modr\u00fdch l\u00edme\u010dk\u016f a 46 % p\u0159i n\u00e1bor\u016f b\u00edl\u00fdch l\u00edme\u010dk\u016f. <\/b><\/strong>44 % personalist\u016f u modr\u00fdch l\u00edme\u010dk\u016f a 30 % u b\u00edl\u00fdch l\u00edme\u010dk\u016f dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee se mus\u00ed spokojit s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed nespl\u0148uj\u00ed v\u0161echny po\u017eadavky.<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201eSituace na pracovn\u00edm trhu je napjat\u00e1 a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd rychl\u00fd obrat k lep\u0161\u00edmu n\u00e1s v nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edch letech ne\u010dek\u00e1. Firmy u\u017e dnes stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou, kde nov\u00e9 pracovn\u00edky z\u00edskat. Bez zm\u011bny p\u0159\u00edstupu a otev\u0159en\u00ed se nov\u00fdm skupin\u00e1m pracovn\u00edk\u016f to nep\u016fjde,\u201c<\/i><\/em>\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong><b>Gabriela Hrb\u00e1\u010dkov\u00e1, \u0159editelka person\u00e1ln\u00ed spole\u010dnosti Hofmann Personal.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e9mu autopr\u016fmyslu chyb\u00ed hlavn\u011b specialist\u00e9 pro v\u00fdvoj a technicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 pozice,&#8220; <strong>up\u0159esnila pro \u010dasopis AUTOmakers!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Modr\u00e9 a b\u00edl\u00e9 l\u00edme\u010dky jsou m\u00e1lo ochotni m\u011bnit pr\u00e1ci a maj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1roky<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pouze <strong><b>5 % b\u00edl\u00fdch l\u00edme\u010dk\u016f<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0a <strong><b>9 % modr\u00fdch l\u00edme\u010dk\u016f<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0cht\u011bj\u00ed opravdu zm\u011bnit pr\u00e1ci, co\u017e znovu potvrzuje nepru\u017enost \u010desk\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho trhu. <strong><b>73 % b\u00edl\u00fdch l\u00edme\u010dk\u016f a 65 % modr\u00fdch<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0se nav\u00edc neboj\u00ed, \u017ee by mohli v\u00a0p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch 12 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159ij\u00edt o pr\u00e1ci. Personalist\u00e9 ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee <strong><b>44 % kandid\u00e1t\u016f na mana\u017eersk\u00e9 pozice m\u00e1 nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 platov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky<\/b><\/strong>, u <strong><b>TH pracovn\u00edk\u016f je to 53 %<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0a u <strong><b>nekvalifikovan\u00fdch manu\u00e1ln\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f 45 %. <\/b><\/strong><em><i>\u201eFirmy \u010dasto p\u0159ece\u0148uj\u00ed roli mzdy a podce\u0148uj\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a vztahy na pracovi\u0161ti. Zat\u00edmco personalist\u00e9 zmi\u0148uj\u00ed pen\u00edze, zam\u011bstnanci \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l \u010dast\u011bji \u0159e\u0161\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru, stabilitu a pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky,\u201c<\/i><\/em>\u00a0dod\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong><b>Kate\u0159ina Z\u00e1zvorkov\u00e1, region\u00e1ln\u00ed mana\u017eerka Hofmann Personal.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Zahrani\u010dn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci: bez Ukrajinc\u016f by v\u00fdroba st\u00e1la, zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 je 8 z\u00a010 firem<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edl zahrani\u010dn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ve firm\u00e1ch je mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vysok\u00fd \u2013 <strong><b>91 % podnik\u016f<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 pracovn\u00edky ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed, nej\u010dast\u011bji <strong><b>Ukrajince (78 %) a Slov\u00e1ky (57 %)<\/b><\/strong>. Tito lid\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159 mnoha v\u00fdrobn\u00edch provoz\u016f. P\u0159esto jen men\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st ukrajinsk\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f aktu\u00e1ln\u011b spl\u0148uje p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1 krit\u00e9ria, z <strong><b>380 000 dr\u017eitel\u016f do\u010dasn\u00e9 ochrany<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0jich podm\u00ednky\u00a0pro ud\u011blen\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho dlouhodob\u00e9ho pobytu splnilo pouze <strong><b>15 000<\/b><\/strong>. Nej\u010dast\u011bji je probl\u00e9m podm\u00ednka ekonomick\u00e9 sob\u011bsta\u010dnosti, nap\u0159\u00edklad \u017eena s\u00a0dv\u011bma d\u011btma mus\u00ed m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edjem 55\u00a0000 K\u010d a pokud byla nemocn\u00e1, tak je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 <strong><b>kapacity Krajsk\u00fdch asisten\u010dn\u00edch center pomoci Ukrajin\u011b (KACPU) jsou nedosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed<\/b><\/strong>, co\u017e se projevuje zejm\u00e9na ve zdlouhav\u00fdch administrativn\u00edch procesech. V d\u016fsledku toho mus\u00ed \u017eadatel\u00e9 kv\u016fli ud\u011blen\u00ed do\u010dasn\u00e9 ochrany \u010dasto \u010dekat v\u00a0ned\u016fstojn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch i n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tento probl\u00e9m je jedn\u00edm z d\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d ukrajin\u0161t\u00ed pracovn\u00edci \u010dasto odch\u00e1zej\u00ed za prac\u00ed do N\u011bmecka. Zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed a zrychlen\u00ed n\u00e1boru pracovn\u00edk\u016f nejen z Ukrajiny, ale i z dal\u0161\u00edch t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed by v\u00fdznamn\u011b pomohlo doplnit p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kvalifikovanou pracovn\u00ed s\u00edlu.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><em><i>\u201ePokud maj\u00ed tito pracovn\u00edci z\u016fstat dlouhodob\u011b, je nutn\u00e9 zjednodu\u0161it syst\u00e9m a zajistit p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. Ukrajinci jsou pro \u010desk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00ed,\u201c<\/i><\/em>\u00a0zd\u016fraz\u0148uje <strong><b>Gabriela Hrb\u00e1\u010dkov\u00e1. <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Senio\u0159i a rodi\u010de po rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9: nevyu\u017eit\u00fd potenci\u00e1l<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demografick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj je ne\u00faprosn\u00fd, podle \u010cS\u00da se <strong><b>po\u010det lid\u00ed v produktivn\u00edm v\u011bku do roku 2040 sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed o 134 000<\/b><\/strong>, zat\u00edmco <strong><b>po\u010det osob ve v\u011bku 60\u201365 let vzroste o 300 000<\/b><\/strong>. <strong><b>47 % \u010cech\u016f si dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159edstavit pracovat i\u00a0v\u00a0d\u016fchodov\u00e9m v\u011bku<\/b><\/strong>, nej\u010dast\u011bji na <strong><b>zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0nebo v m\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci. P\u0159esto pouze <strong><b>24 % respondent\u016f<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0vn\u00edm\u00e1, \u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 dnes senior\u016fm vhodn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky nab\u00edzej\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u011b <strong><b>36 % rodi\u010d\u016f po rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0by uv\u00edtalo zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek a z toho <strong><b>55 % flexibiln\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobu<\/b><\/strong>, ale jen <strong><b>22 %<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee firmy takov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti skute\u010dn\u011b poskytuj\u00ed. <em><i>\u201eSenio\u0159i i rodi\u010de po rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed obrovskou dom\u00e1c\u00ed rezervu pracovn\u00ed s\u00edly, kter\u00e1 je dnes vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na minim\u00e1ln\u011b. Kdo nab\u00eddne flexibiln\u00ed podm\u00ednky, z\u00edsk\u00e1 zku\u0161en\u00e9 a motivovan\u00e9 lidi,\u201c<\/i><\/em>\u00a0zd\u016fraz\u0148uje <strong><b>Kate\u0159ina Z\u00e1zvorkov\u00e1.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Flexibilita jako strategick\u00e1 nutnost<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Flexibilita je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro <strong><b>76 % TH pracovn\u00edk\u016f<\/b><\/strong>, <strong><b>71 % mana\u017eer\u016f<\/b><\/strong>, <strong><b>74 % nekvalifikovan\u00fdch<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0a <strong><b>59 % kvalifikovan\u00fdch manu\u00e1ln\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f<\/b><\/strong>. U b\u00edl\u00fdch l\u00edme\u010dk\u016f je to flexibiln\u00ed za\u010d\u00e1tek a konec pracovn\u00ed doby (44\u00a0%), zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek (37 % m\u00e9n\u011b pracovn\u00edch hodin a 33 % m\u00e9n\u011b pracovn\u00edch dn\u00ed v\u00a0t\u00fddnu). Firmy v\u0161ak tyto mo\u017enosti nab\u00edzej\u00ed \u010dast\u011bji mana\u017eer\u016fm ne\u017e ostatn\u00edm zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm. Oproti roku 2019 <strong><b>p\u0159ibylo men\u0161\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch firem,<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed samostatn\u00e9 person\u00e1ln\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed, <strong><b>a roste pod\u00edl personalist\u016f v nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm veden\u00ed.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0P\u0159esto <strong><b>37\u00a0% firem<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed osoba zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za personalistiku nen\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho veden\u00ed, u firem od 200 do 499 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f dokonce 45 %. \u010ctvrtina personalist\u016f \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee je <strong><b>p\u0159et\u00ed\u017eena operativou<\/b><\/strong>, a t\u0159etina dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee je pro n\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 <strong><b>pl\u00e1novat kapacity kv\u016fli neust\u00e1l\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m<\/b><\/strong>. I ve firm\u00e1ch, kde personalista ve veden\u00ed je, z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m v nedostatku \u010dasu a p\u0159edv\u00eddatelnosti. 42 % uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee po\u017eadavky na n\u00e1bor se m\u011bn\u00ed \u201eze dne na den\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence zat\u00edm do hry vstupuje sp\u00ed\u0161e okrajov\u011b: <strong><b>nahradit cel\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed pozice pomoc\u00ed AI v\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch dvou letech pl\u00e1nuje jen minimum podnik\u016f<\/b><\/strong>. Obavy z AI m\u00e1 <strong><b>15 % zam\u011bstnanc\u016f,<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e paradoxn\u011b se v\u00edce boj\u00ed manu\u00e1ln\u011b pracuj\u00edc\u00ed.
