Hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky p\u0159ednesli Zden\u011bk \u010cechura, \u0159editel Odboru zahrani\u010dn\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed a EU Ministerstva dopravy\u00a0a Marta Vojtov\u00e1, projektov\u00e1 mana\u017eerka spole\u010dnosti LEEF Technologies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Term\u00edn kulat\u00e9ho stolu vyvol\u00e1val nad\u011bje, \u017ee zde budou prezentov\u00e1ny n\u011bjak\u00e9 nov\u00e9 z\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed informace ve vztahu k\u00a0viz\u00edm \u010desk\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0tento den, oznamovala v\u00a0Bruselu p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b Evropsk\u00e9 komise Ursula von der Leyenov\u00e1 mimo jin\u00e9, v\u00a0podstat\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 informace, \u017ee Evropa mus\u00ed chr\u00e1nit sv\u016fj tr\u017en\u00ed pod\u00edl v oblasti zelen\u00fdch technologi\u00ed p\u0159ed investicemi glob\u00e1ln\u00edch konkurent\u016f, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u010c\u00edny, nebo \u017ee \u010dist\u00e1\u00a0transformace je v\u00a0pln\u00e9m proudu a jak trhy s \u010dist\u00fdmi technologiemi \u2013 zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edmi baterie, v\u011btrn\u00e9 turb\u00edny a elektromobily \u2013 za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed boom atd.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0t\u00e9\u017ee dob\u011b prohl\u00e1sil premi\u00e9r Fiala, \u017ee klimatick\u00e9 c\u00edle Bruselu jsou nerealistick\u00e9 a p\u0159edstavitel budouc\u00ed vl\u00e1dy Havl\u00ed\u010dek odm\u00edtl emisn\u00ed povolenky, a tak\u00e9 zpochybnil term\u00edny EU, co\u017e z\u0159ejm\u011b ovlivn\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee citeln\u011b zm\u011bnit vize o budoucnosti \u010desk\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pohled na vize<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ednesen\u00e9 refer\u00e1ty pak obsahovaly sp\u00ed\u0161e jen zn\u00e1m\u00e9 a b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00e9 fr\u00e1ze o iniciativ\u00e1ch k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed konkurenceschopnosti evropsk\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, spole\u010dn\u00fdch prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edch n\u011bkolika \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f, kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch pro otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed debaty a jasn\u00fdch sign\u00e1lech k\u00a0Evropsk\u00e9 unii.<\/p>\n<p>Konstatov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1me vysok\u00e9 ceny energi\u00ed, je nedostatek bateri\u00ed a kritick\u00fdch surovin, neostate\u010dnou kapacitu elektrick\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b p\u0159i rozvoji dob\u00edjec\u00edch stanic a tranzici k\u00a0\u010dist\u00e9 mobilit\u011b, bez ohledu na po\u017eadavky a pot\u0159eby z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f a obyvatel, nebyla z\u00a0pohledu viz\u00ed povzbudiv\u00e1 ani p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Autonomn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abychom nebyli jen kriti\u010dt\u00ed, skute\u010dn\u00e1 vize se t\u00fdkala autonomn\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vozidel, pr\u00e1vn\u00edho r\u00e1mce, memoranda o rozvoji autonomn\u00ed mobility v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, zapojen\u00ed start-up\u016f, univerzit, provozovatel\u016f a vazeb ne evropsk\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vize a realita<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rok 2025 byl, a rok p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed bude v\u00a0kontextu n\u00e1stupu \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch zna\u010dek pro evropsk\u00fd i \u010desk\u00fd automotive turbulentn\u00ed, nav\u00edc americk\u00e1 cla, strategick\u00fd dialog EU s automobilov\u00fdm pr\u016fmyslem, \u00faprava emisn\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f i znovuotev\u0159en\u00e1 debata o ukon\u010den\u00ed prodeje aut se spalovac\u00edmi motory v roce 2035, jsou, probl\u00e9my st\u00e1le otev\u0159en\u00e9. Vize EU a politik\u016f neust\u00e1le nabour\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b zem\u00ed, \u010cesko nevyj\u00edmaje, z\u00e1kazn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed v\u00a0podstat\u011b odm\u00edtaj\u00ed ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed, ale \u010dasto zat\u00edm nere\u00e1ln\u00e9 c\u00edle.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1le v\u00edc se potvrzuje, \u017ee automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl a konstrukce motorov\u00fdch vozidel, jsou \u0159\u00edzeny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm politick\u00fdmi vizemi, ne\u017e pot\u0159ebami a z\u00e1jmy vlastn\u00edch u\u017eivatel\u016f motorov\u00fdch vozidel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dal\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee \u010desk\u00fd automobilov\u00fd sektor z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jedn\u00edm z motor\u016f evropsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, je st\u00e1le ot\u00e1zkou, jak v\u016fbec dos\u00e1hnout ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f stanoven\u00fdch a odsouhlasen\u00fdch EU v\u00a0oblasti pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 elektrifikace i bez dostate\u010dn\u00fdch kapacit pro v\u00fdrobu bateri\u00ed. Vyvst\u00e1v\u00e1 rovn\u011b\u017e ot\u00e1zka, jak se firmy p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed na nov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky v oblasti cirkul\u00e1rn\u00edho designu a cirkul\u00e1rn\u00ed ekonomiky, jako takov\u00e9. A v\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b, jak reagovat na rostouc\u00ed dovoz levn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch vozidel z\u00a0Asie.<\/p>\n<p>Politick\u00e9 vize existuj\u00ed perfektn\u00ed, jen je z\u00e1kazn\u00edci \u0161patn\u011b ch\u00e1pou a technologie i technici v\u00a0praxi n\u011bjak nest\u00edhaj\u00ed. \u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed sice nab\u00edzej\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00e9 tedy dota\u010dn\u00ed aktivity nebo donucovac\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e se naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed povolenky, pokuty, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed zdan\u011bn\u00ed apod., ale bude na to a bude to sta\u010dit?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resum\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kdo \u010dekal konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed kroky k\u00a0napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed viz\u00ed, n\u011bco nov\u00e9ho a zaj\u00edmav\u00e9ho ve vztahu k\u00a0\u010desk\u00e9mu automobilov\u00e9mu pr\u016fmyslu, byl zklam\u00e1n. Co tak\u00e9 \u010dekat jin\u00e9ho, kdy\u017e v\u00a0Bruselu je v\u0161e jasn\u011b dan\u00e9 a schv\u00e1len\u00e9, ideologie v\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed nad technologiemi a surovinov\u00fdmi mo\u017enostmi, a jako d\u016fsledek viz\u00ed mus\u00ed mnoh\u00e9 evropsk\u00e9 automobilky korigovat sv\u00e9 tranzi\u010dn\u00ed ambice, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b Porsche a Mercedes.<\/p>\n<p>Prezentovan\u00e1 vize p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b moc nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s\u00a0lidsk\u00fdmi zdroji, n\u00e1roky na jejich vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a r\u016fst kvalifikace.
