Pr\u00e1v\u011b to se hod\u00ed pro optimistick\u00e9 prosincov\u00e9 i lo\u0148sk\u00e9 \u00fadaje o a\u017e ne\u010dekan\u011b dobr\u00fdch registrac\u00edch osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f.<\/strong> <!--more--><\/p>\r\n<p>Pokud by p\u0159edstavovalo prosincov\u00fdch 21 667 registrovan\u00fdch OA a 2195 LUV, standardn\u00ed prodeje z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm, pak bychom se mohly opravdu radovat. Je tu ale n\u011bkolik ale\u2026<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>P\u00e1r p\u0159\u00ed\u010din ne\u010dekan\u00e9ho \u00fasp\u011bchu<\/strong><br \/>Prosincov\u00e9, ale do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry celoro\u010dn\u00ed \u00fadaje toti\u017e pomohly vylep\u0161it i dv\u011b specifick\u00e9 okolnosti, a to nezbytn\u00e9 registrace vozidel s kon\u010d\u00edc\u00ed platnost\u00ed homologac\u00ed a rekordn\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vozidel odregistrovan\u00fdch d\u00edky jejich v\u00fdvozu.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Hrozba EU 6e<\/strong><br \/>Do konce lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku bylo toti\u017e nezbytn\u00e9 prodat nebo alespo\u0148 na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli d\u00e1t \u201ena \u010d\u00edsla\u201c docela nezanedbateln\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vozidel, kter\u00e1 by od 1.1.2026 nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 u\u017e registrovat, proto\u017ee od 1. ledna 2026 plat\u00ed bez v\u00fdjimek druh\u00e1 f\u00e1ze emisn\u00ed normy Euro 6e. Tak musela b\u00fdt v\u0161echna neprodan\u00e1 nebo r\u016fzn\u011b skladovan\u00e1 vozidla, spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed po\u017eadavky jen star\u0161\u00edch verze normy EU6, honem registrov\u00e1na s t\u00edm, \u017ee se letos prodaj\u00ed sice nov\u00e1, ale jako u\u017e \u201eregistrovan\u00e1\u201c.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Odregistrace, d\u0159\u00edve reexporty <\/strong><br \/>Zde je vhodn\u00e9 uv\u00e9st, \u017ee loni bylo vyvezeno rekordn\u00edch 75 013 osobn\u00edch a 7167 lehk\u00fdch u\u017eitkov\u00fdch automobil\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 9023 n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel (co\u017e je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 tolik, ne\u017e bylo registrov\u00e1no nov\u00fdch \u2013 9162 kus\u016f). U autobus\u016f je to dokonce v\u00edc, kdy\u017e odregistrov\u00e1no a vyvezeno bylo 1169 kus\u016f, zat\u00edmco nov\u00fdch bylo registrov\u00e1no jen 822. Ale to u\u017e \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 optimisty pochopiteln\u011b nezaj\u00edm\u00e1.<\/p>\r\n<p>Rekordmanem ve v\u00fdvozu u n\u00e1s ji\u017e registrovan\u00fdch voz\u016f je zna\u010dka \u0160koda s 21 112 osob\u00e1ky a TOP \u0161est pokra\u010duje \u2013 Hyundai 6982, VW 6611, Kia 5227, Ford 4250, Toyota 3509 a Mercedes s 3475 vozy. Pozoruhodn\u00e1 aktivita je vzhledem k celkov\u00fdm registrac\u00edm patrn\u00e1 tak\u00e9 u zna\u010dek Porsche \u2013 501, nebo Ferrari 145 exportovan\u00fdch voz\u016f. Z\u00e1v\u011br si k tomu m\u016f\u017ee ud\u011blat ka\u017ed\u00fd s\u00e1m kdy\u017e vezme v \u00favahu, \u017ee z t\u011bch v\u00edce ne\u017e 75 tis\u00edc osob\u00e1k\u016f asi moc veter\u00e1n\u016f zase b\u00fdt nemohlo.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Nejsme v tom sami <\/strong><br \/>Podobn\u011b se i vysp\u011bl\u00e9 N\u011bmecko pot\u00fdk\u00e1 se sv\u00fdmi \u201esamoregistracemi\u201c, kter\u00e9 jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za d\u016fsledek pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed slab\u00e9 popt\u00e1vky po elektromobilech. Jimi jsou v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b dost v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159ikra\u0161lov\u00e1ny skute\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty jejich \u201eprodej\u016f\u201c. No a \u010cesko m\u00e1 v posledn\u00edch letech sv\u00e9 \u201eodregistrace\u201c, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuji sv\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem podobn\u00fd p\u0159ikra\u0161luj\u00edc\u00ed efekt.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Vozov\u00fd park se m\u011bn\u00ed, ale d\u00e1l st\u00e1rne<\/strong><br \/>Docela zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 jsou tak\u00e9 \u00fadaje o p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstc\u00edch a zm\u011bn\u00e1ch \u010desk\u00e9ho vozov\u00e9ho parku. Za lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok bylo u n\u00e1s registrov\u00e1no 248 719 nov\u00fdch a 148 312 poprv\u00e9 registrovan\u00fdch ojet\u00fdch dovezen\u00fdch osobn\u00edch aut, to je dohromady 397 031 osob\u00e1k\u016f, o kter\u00e9 se teoreticky rozmno\u017eil \u010desk\u00fd vozov\u00fd park. Sou\u010dasn\u011b ale bylo vy\u0159azeno 242 703 voz\u016f t\u00e9to kategorie, z nich\u017e bylo 75 013 vyvezeno do zahrani\u010d\u00ed a zbytek 167 690 vozidel zru\u0161eno a ur\u010deno k likvidaci.<\/p>\r\n<p>Tak\u017ee v registrac\u00edch v polo\u017ece + by m\u011blo p\u0159ib\u00fdt 154 328 voz\u016f, ale ve stejn\u00e9 dob\u011b vydan\u00fd p\u0159ehled stavu vozov\u00e9ho parku \u010cR ud\u00e1v\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek jen 81 515 kus\u016f a rozd\u00edl \u2013 72 813 voz\u016f je podez\u0159ele bl\u00edzk\u00fd jin\u00e9mu \u00fadaji v uveden\u00fdch v\u00fd\u010dtech. <br \/>Za posledn\u00edch \u0161est let byl meziro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst loni nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, u\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch 81 515 voz\u016f, k roku 2024 to bylo 125 061, o rok d\u0159\u00edve 172 421, v roce 2022 \u2013 132 292, 2021 \u2013 163 251 a i v koronavirov\u00e9m roce 2020 p\u0159edstavoval p\u0159\u00edr\u016fstek 140 336. V letech 2015 a\u017e 2018 to bylo v\u017edy v\u00edce n\u011b\u017e 200 tis\u00edc. Co k tomu dodat.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Soukromn\u00edci st\u00e1le v men\u0161in\u011b<\/strong><br \/>U\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e desetilet\u00ed v\u00e9vod\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9mu trhu osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f registrace na firmy, instituce a podnikatele, kter\u00fdm pat\u0159\u00ed st\u00e1le okolo t\u0159\u00ed \u010dtvrtinov\u00fd pod\u00edl. Na soukromn\u00edky tak zb\u00fdv\u00e1 ona \u010dtvrtina, a ani lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok nenazna\u010dil n\u011bjakou z\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnu. Soukromn\u00edci registrovali na sebe 63 777 voz\u016f, co\u017e je men\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed, ne\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad v roce 2019 (68 635), kdy bylo celkov\u011b registrov\u00e1no zhruba stejn\u011b voz\u016f jako loni. Kupn\u00ed s\u00edla obyvatel tedy moc neroste. A za prosinec 2025 dos\u00e1hl pod\u00edl soukrom\u00fdch registrac\u00ed dokonce jen 21,49 %, oproti 78,51 % \u201efiremn\u00edm\u201c. To tak\u00e9 i n\u011b\u010dem vypov\u00edd\u00e1.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Elektromobilita m\u016f\u017ee slavit<\/strong><br \/>V\u00fdsledky hl\u00e1s\u00ed, \u017ee za prosinec bylo registrov\u00e1no 1219 elektromobil\u016f s tr\u017en\u00edm pod\u00edlem 5,63 % a za cel\u00fd rok 2025 to bylo dokonce rekordn\u00edch 13 806 kus\u016f s tr\u017en\u00edm pod\u00edlem 5,55 %. To p\u0159edstavuje meziro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst o 2873 registrovan\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f. St\u00e1le se ale vkr\u00e1d\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, kolik bylo z p\u016fvodn\u011b registrovan\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed vyvezeno do zahrani\u010d\u00ed, ale to uk\u00e1\u017e\u00ed a\u017e ke konci ledna vydan\u00e9 \u00fadaje Centr\u00e1ln\u00edho registru vozidel a dal\u0161\u00ed zat\u00edm neprezentovan\u00e1 data.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>\u010c\u00ednsk\u00e1 invaze zat\u00edm mimo v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost <\/strong><br \/>Rok 2025 m\u011bl b\u00fdt ve znamen\u00ed velk\u00e9ho n\u00e1stupu \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch zna\u010dek na n\u00e1\u0161 trh a skute\u010dn\u011b se jich objevilo na t\u0159i des\u00edtky. Ale ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed p\u0159edstavy \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f se tak n\u011bjak netrefovaly do tradi\u010dn\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Po prezenta\u010dn\u00edch par\u00e1d\u00e1ch obvykle nastal a\u017e podez\u0159el\u00fd klid a \u00fatlum.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prodeje \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch zna\u010dek u n\u00e1s pevn\u011b stoj\u00ed hlavn\u011b na MG, kter\u00e9 loni prodalo 4678 voz\u016f, velmi \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd je tak\u00e9 tandem Jaecoo a Omoda, kter\u00fd v prvn\u00edm roce p\u016fsoben\u00ed u n\u00e1s prodal u\u017e p\u0159es dva tis\u00edce automobil\u016f. Zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch 27 zna\u010dek u\u017e jen pab\u011brkovalo a n\u011bkter\u00e9 registrace vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed ot\u00e1zku, zda u nich \u0161lo o prodeje nebo jen o \u00fa\u010delov\u00e9 registrace.<\/p>\r\n<p>V ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bylo loni prod\u00e1no v \u010cR p\u0159es osm tis\u00edc osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f \u010dist\u011b \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch zna\u010dek, tak\u017ee na n\u011b p\u0159ipad\u00e1 u\u017e 3,22 % \u010desk\u00e9ho trhu a za prosinec byl jejich pod\u00edl dokonce 4,92 %, a to je u\u017e na pov\u00e1\u017eenou.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>V\u00fdsledky Green Dealu v praxi <\/strong><br \/>Ohl\u00e9dnut\u00ed deset let zp\u00e1tky p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed tak\u00e9 zaj\u00edmav\u00fd pohled na \u201epokrok\u201c v oblasti hodnot CO2 u nov\u00fdch osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f. Jestli\u017ee je za rok 2025 ud\u00e1v\u00e1no pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed CO2 u v\u0161ech nov\u00fdch registrovan\u00fdch osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f hodnotou 128 gram\u016f na 1 km, tak srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rokem 2016 (tedy p\u0159ed deseti lety a p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm tvrd\u00e9 dekarboniza\u010dn\u00ed revoluce), byla tato hodnota jen 124 g\/1 km, a p\u0159itom bylo tehdy registrov\u00e1no 259 693 osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f. P\u0159esto se d\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1vat sp\u00ed\u0161e turbulentn\u00ed rok. Prodat koncov\u00fdm z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm se bude muset nem\u00e1lo loni registrovan\u00fdch voz\u016f, u kter\u00fdch bude hlavn\u00edm argumentem jejich cena. Ta pochopiteln\u011b ovlivn\u00ed kupuj\u00edc\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed by jinak uva\u017eovali o n\u00e1kupu u tradi\u010dn\u00edch zna\u010dek.<\/p>\r\n<p>O v podstat\u011b stejn\u011b velk\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d bude tedy je\u0161t\u011b tvrd\u0161\u00ed boj, na kter\u00e9m n\u011bkter\u00e9 zna\u010dky budou \u0161kodn\u00e9. V ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je tak\u00e9 ot\u00e1zkou, jak\u00fd bude dal\u0161\u00ed osud masivn\u00edch export\u016f, kter\u00e9 velmi pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b dost ovlivnily lo\u0148sk\u00e9 registrace, a jak\u00e9 bude pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed evropsk\u00fdch p\u0159erozd\u011blovac\u00edch mechanism\u016f vedouc\u00edch ke skryt\u00e9mu na\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed elektrick\u00fdch aut, vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi pokutami za nadlimitn\u00ed emise CO2.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ano, \u010d\u00edsla ukazuj\u00ed pokrok, ale u\u017e se moc neuv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee v kone\u010dn\u00e9m efektu je leccos trochu jinak. \u010c\u00edsla nel\u017eou, ale tak\u00e9 nevypr\u00e1v\u011bj\u00ed cel\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh. Ale koho to zaj\u00edm\u00e1? Snad jen p\u00e1r \u0161\u0165oural\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed stejn\u011b nic neovlivn\u00ed.
