M\u00edrn\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky tentokr\u00e1t vyk\u00e1zaly autorizovan\u00e9 oproti nez\u00e1visl\u00fdm servis\u016fm. V obou skupin\u00e1ch v\u0161ak existuje nem\u00e1lo servis\u016f, jich\u017e pr\u00e1ce dosahuje dlouhodob\u011b velmi vysok\u00e9 kvality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Je ale tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee mezi autorizovan\u00fdmi i nez\u00e1visl\u00fdmi servisy je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 12 % provozoven, kter\u00e9 dos\u00e1hly celkov\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 50 %, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee byla odhalena v zak\u00e1zk\u00e1ch z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1 pochyben\u00ed,\u201c<\/em>\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>Martin Pajer,<\/strong> \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti Cebia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Probl\u00e9m s nedostatkem pracovn\u00edch sil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Probl\u00e9my p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00ed, zpravidla jde o lidsk\u00e9 pochyben\u00ed. To jsou v\u0161echno informace, kter\u00e9 uji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edka, \u017ee servis s n\u00edm jedn\u00e1 otev\u0159en\u011b a \u201ena rovinu\u201c, a tedy posiluj\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bru mezi servisem a z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kter\u00e9 servisy skon\u010dily nejl\u00e9pe?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podm\u00ednkou pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed ocen\u011bn\u00ed bylo krom\u011b samotn\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku hodnocen\u00ed kvality tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee audity musely b\u00fdt ve sledovan\u00e9m obdob\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bny opakovan\u011b. Servisy, kde audit prob\u011bhl v posledn\u00edch dvou letech pouze jednou, nebyly do hodnocen\u00ed za\u0159azeny.
