Za posledn\u00edch 15 let kv\u016fli n\u00ed do\u0161lo k v\u00edce ne\u017e 217 tis\u00edc\u016fm nehod a jen v roce 2025 si vy\u017e\u00e1dala 130 lidsk\u00fdch \u017eivot\u016f. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed data \u010cesk\u00e9 asociace poji\u0161\u0165oven od STEM\/MARK ukazuj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00fd paradox \u0159idi\u010dsk\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed: 65 % \u0159idi\u010d\u016f p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sp\u011bch\u00e1, 45 % p\u0159ekra\u010duje rychlost, p\u0159esto\u017ee si dv\u011b t\u0159etiny uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed jej\u00ed rizika a 98 % souhlas\u00ed, \u017ee normou by m\u011bla b\u00fdt za volantem p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm bezpe\u010dnost, nikoli sp\u011bch. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale v\u011bt\u0161ina \u0159idi\u010d\u016f pova\u017euje m\u00edrn\u00e9 p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed rychlosti za \u201enejm\u00e9n\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd\u201c p\u0159estupek.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDlouhodob\u011b se ukazuje, \u017ee problematika vysok\u00e9 rychlosti na silnic\u00edch nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v nedostatku informac\u00ed. \u0158idi\u010di velmi dob\u0159e v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 rychlost pat\u0159\u00ed mezi hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny dopravn\u00edch nehod a \u017ee sp\u011bch za volantem zvy\u0161uje jejich riziko. P\u0159esto ji v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm provozu toleruj\u00ed. Rychlost se tak stala nejen bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem, ale i ot\u00e1zkou zvyku, osobn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti a spole\u010densk\u00e9 tolerance. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tento rozpor mezi t\u00edm, co pova\u017eujeme za spr\u00e1vn\u00e9, a t\u00edm, jak se skute\u010dn\u011b chov\u00e1me, je dnes jednou z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzev pro bezpe\u010dnost na silnic\u00edch. I proto pova\u017eujeme za d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 toto t\u00e9ma otev\u00edrat a p\u0159ipom\u00ednat ve\u0159ejnosti, nap\u0159\u00edklad prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm iniciativy N\u00e1rodn\u00edho dne bez sp\u011bchu,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jan Matou\u0161ek, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel \u010cesk\u00e9 asociace poji\u0161\u0165oven.<\/p>\n<p>Nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 rychlost z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jedn\u00edm z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch faktor\u016f nehodovosti a z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje jejich n\u00e1sledky. \u201eZa uplynul\u00fdch 15 let se sice, i d\u00edky osv\u011btov\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m, poda\u0159ilo sn\u00ed\u017eit po\u010det ob\u011bt\u00ed dopravn\u00edch nehod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou rychlost\u00ed o v\u00edce ne\u017e polovinu, probl\u00e9m jako takov\u00fd ale nezmizel,\u201d vysv\u011btluje Milada Vesel\u00e1, vedouc\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed komunikace \u010cesk\u00e9 asociace poji\u0161\u0165oven. Jen v roce 2025 bylo evidov\u00e1no t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 12 tis\u00edc nehod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch rychlou j\u00edzdou, p\u0159i nich\u017e zem\u0159elo 130 lid\u00ed. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou t\u011bchto nehod p\u0159itom nen\u00ed jen samotn\u00e1 vysok\u00e1 rychlost, ale jej\u00ed nep\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed stavu vozovky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>J\u00edzdu nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou rychlost\u00ed si \u010ce\u0161i dok\u00e1\u017eou \u201echyt\u0159e\u201c od\u016fvodnit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A\u017e 65 % \u0159idi\u010d\u016f p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sp\u011bch\u00e1, a 45 % otev\u0159en\u011b uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159ekra\u010duje rychlost. Tato \u010d\u00edsla p\u0159itom z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b stabiln\u00ed. Nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 rychlost je sice vn\u00edm\u00e1na jako rizikov\u00e1, jej\u00ed m\u00edrn\u00e9 p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed je ale \u0161iroce tolerov\u00e1no \u2013 dv\u011b t\u0159etiny ji dokonce ozna\u010duj\u00ed za \u201enejm\u00e9n\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd\u201c p\u0159estupek.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eJedn\u00edm z nej\u010dast\u011bji uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f pro j\u00edzdu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlost\u00ed je snaha dohnat zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, kterou zmi\u0148uje 36 % \u0159idi\u010d\u016f. Sp\u011bch se tak st\u00e1v\u00e1 nejen individu\u00e1ln\u00edm rozhodnut\u00edm, ale i \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm spole\u010densk\u00fdm tlakem,\u201d dopl\u0148uje Milada Vesel\u00e1. 37 % lid\u00ed p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee sv\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm na silnic\u00edch nut\u00ed ostatn\u00ed sp\u011bchat. Rizikov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed na silnic\u00edch p\u0159itom nekon\u010d\u00ed u rychlosti. Nedodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1 53 % \u0159idi\u010d\u016f a zku\u0161enost s agresivn\u00edm brzd\u011bn\u00edm m\u00e1 70 % \u0159idi\u010d\u016f, 74 % se setkalo s ned\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159ednosti v j\u00edzd\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Debata o nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 rychlosti v \u010desk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed nav\u00edc nen\u00ed pouze ot\u00e1zkou bezpe\u010dnosti, ale i osobn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed a spole\u010densk\u00fdch norem. V\u011bt\u0161ina \u0159idi\u010d\u016f dlouhodob\u011b odm\u00edt\u00e1 sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00edch rychlostn\u00edch limit\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm rychlosti v obci na 30 km\/h souhlas\u00ed pouze 15 % \u0159idi\u010d\u016f. Naopak 67 % podporuje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rychlosti na vybran\u00fdch d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00edch \u00fasec\u00edch na 150 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159es tento rozpor ale data ukazuj\u00ed i pozitivn\u00ed posun. Naprost\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina \u0159idi\u010d\u016f (98 %) se shoduje, \u017ee normou by m\u011bla b\u00fdt za volantem bezpe\u010dnost, nikoli sp\u011bch. Tento postoj se prom\u00edt\u00e1 i do podpory konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch iniciativ, a\u017e 88 % lid\u00ed je ochotno zapojit se do N\u00e1rodn\u00edho dne bez sp\u011bchu.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1rodn\u00ed den bez sp\u011bchu, kter\u00fd letos p\u0159ipad\u00e1 na 23. dubna 2026, je celorepublikov\u00e1 iniciativa zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na upozorn\u011bn\u00ed na rizika zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho sp\u011bchu a s n\u00edm spojen\u00e9 nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 rychlosti na silnic\u00edch. Do akce se ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b zapojuj\u00ed instituce, firmy i ve\u0159ejnost a jej\u00edm c\u00edlem je p\u0159ipomenout, \u017ee ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 situace vy\u017eaduje okam\u017eitou reakci a \u017ee tlak na v\u00fdkon a rychlost se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed i do dopravn\u00edho chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>I leto\u0161n\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edk chce otev\u0159\u00edt spole\u010denskou debatu o tom, pro\u010d m\u00e1me pot\u0159ebu sp\u011bchat, a jak tento tlak ovliv\u0148uje na\u0161e rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed za volantem.
