Postupn\u011b se m\u016f\u017ee prom\u00edtnout i do cen zbo\u017e\u00ed, dostupnosti slu\u017eeb a v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku do pen\u011b\u017eenek dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b silni\u010dn\u00ed doprava toti\u017e st\u00e1le tvo\u0159\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159 z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed ekonomiky, od potravin p\u0159es stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly a\u017e po spot\u0159ebn\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cena nafty se od za\u010d\u00e1tku b\u0159ezna zv\u00fd\u0161ila z p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 33 korun za litr na sou\u010dasn\u00fdch 47 a\u017e 48 korun, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje n\u00e1r\u016fst zhruba o 40 procent b\u011bhem dvou m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Pro dopravn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti jde o mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b siln\u00fd z\u00e1sah do n\u00e1klad\u016f. Kamion v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed doprav\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u011b ujede kolem 12 tis\u00edc kilometr\u016f m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b a p\u0159i pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b okolo 30 litr\u016f na 100 kilometr\u016f spot\u0159ebuje p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 3 600 litr\u016f paliva. Samotn\u00e9 zdra\u017een\u00ed tak znamen\u00e1 nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 50 tis\u00edc korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b na jedno vozidlo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><i>\u201e<\/i><\/em><em><i>R\u016fst ceny nafty je pro dopravce bolestiv\u00fd z\u00e1sah. Ale z pohledu ekonomiky dopravn\u00ed firmy je pot\u0159eba \u0159\u00edct jednu d\u016fle\u017eitou v\u011bc: drah\u00e1 nafta sama o sob\u011b v\u011bt\u0161inou nezastav\u00ed byznys. To, co firmu bol\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc, je stoj\u00edc\u00ed kamion bez \u0159idi\u010de. Kamion v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed doprav\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u011b najede kolem 12 000 kilometr\u016f m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Pokud se tr\u017en\u00ed sazba pohybuje nap\u0159\u00edklad kolem 40\u201350 K\u010d za kilometr a bod zlomu je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30-32 K\u010d za kilometr, auto st\u00e1le generuje v\u00fdkon, cashflow a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 kr\u00fdt fixn\u00ed n\u00e1klady firmy,<\/i><\/em>\u00a0up\u0159es\u0148uje Michal Mikul\u00e1\u0161ek, zakladatel Prodator.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>U v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch dopravn\u00edch firem u\u017e jde o milionov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky. Flotila deseti kamion\u016f \u010del\u00ed za dva m\u011bs\u00edce dodate\u010dn\u00fdm n\u00e1klad\u016fm kolem jednoho milionu korun, u firem s des\u00edtkami vozidel jsou dopady v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Pro sektor, kter\u00fd dlouhodob\u011b pracuje s n\u00edzk\u00fdmi mar\u017eemi v \u0159\u00e1du jednotek korun na kilometr, jde o velmi citeln\u00fd z\u00e1sah.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><i>\u201e<\/i><\/em><em><i>Probl\u00e9m nast\u00e1v\u00e1 ve chv\u00edli, kdy auto nejede v\u016fbec. Kdy\u017e kamion stoj\u00ed, firma sice neu\u0161et\u0159\u00ed palivo, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 negeneruje \u017e\u00e1dnou tr\u017ebu. Leasing, poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, dispe\u010dink, administrativa i dal\u0161\u00ed fixn\u00ed n\u00e1klady ale b\u011b\u017e\u00ed d\u00e1l. V praxi tak jeden chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d m\u016f\u017ee znamenat ztracen\u00fd v\u00fdkon v hodnot\u011b zhruba 120 a\u017e 150 tis\u00edc korun m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b na jedno vozidlo \u00a0a u v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch flotil u\u017e se bav\u00edme o milionech korun ro\u010dn\u011b. Proto se dnes dopravci nemohou d\u00edvat jen na cenu nafty. Mus\u00ed se d\u00edvat na vyu\u017eit\u00ed kapacity. Ka\u017ed\u00fd stoj\u00edc\u00ed kamion nen\u00ed jen person\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Je to ekonomick\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta, nevyu\u017eit\u00e1 investice a \u010dasto i riziko ztr\u00e1ty z\u00e1kazn\u00edka,\u201d<\/i><\/em>\u00a0up\u0159es\u0148uje Mikul\u00e1\u0161ek a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em><i>\u201e<\/i><\/em><em><i>V cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b se nav\u00edc dlouhodob\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00ed nedostatek \u0159idi\u010d\u016f. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee firmy, kter\u00e9 budou \u010dekat, a\u017e se trh \u201en\u011bjak uklidn\u00ed\u201c, mohou mezit\u00edm ztratit zak\u00e1zky, v\u00fdkon i konkuren\u010dn\u00ed pozici. Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno: drah\u00e1 nafta sni\u017euje mar\u017ei. Ale chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d zastav\u00ed tr\u017ebu \u00fapln\u011b. A to je pro dopravce \u010dasto mnohem dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m.\u201d<\/i><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ekonomov\u00e9 upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee dopravci maj\u00ed v z\u00e1sad\u011b jen n\u011bkolik mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak situaci \u0159e\u0161it, sn\u00ed\u017eit vlastn\u00ed mar\u017ee, odlo\u017eit investice nebo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 n\u00e1klady prom\u00edtnout do cen p\u0159epravy. A pr\u00e1v\u011b posledn\u00ed varianta se postupn\u011b p\u0159el\u00e9v\u00e1 do cel\u00e9 ekonomiky.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><i>\u201e<\/i><\/em><em><i>Uzav\u0159en\u00ed Hormuzsk\u00e9ho pr\u016flivu m\u00e1 jednozna\u010dn\u00fd dopad na inflaci v dom\u00e1c\u00ed ekonomice. Ta p\u0159itom p\u0159ed eskalac\u00ed krize na Bl\u00edzk\u00e9m v\u00fdchod\u011b nem\u011bla v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce \u010delit v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm cenov\u00fdm tlak\u016fm \u2013 meziro\u010dn\u00ed r\u016fst cen se m\u011bl pohybovat jen m\u00edrn\u011b nad infla\u010dn\u00edm c\u00edlem \u010cNB ve v\u00fd\u0161i 2 %. S ka\u017ed\u00fdm t\u00fddnem trv\u00e1n\u00ed krize se v\u0161ak zvy\u0161uje pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee r\u016fst cenov\u00e9 hladiny dos\u00e1hne sp\u00ed\u0161e a\u017e 3,5 %. D\u016fvodem je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm trvaj\u00edc\u00ed nab\u00eddkov\u00fd \u0161ok na trhu s ropou, kter\u00fd se prom\u00edt\u00e1 do cen pohonn\u00fdch hmot, jako jsou benzin a nafta. R\u016fst cen t\u011bchto vstup\u016f tak bude ze strany firem d\u00e1l postupn\u011b p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en na spot\u0159ebitele. \u00a0Situaci nav\u00edc v n\u011bkter\u00fdch segmentech prodeje paliv d\u00e1le komplikuj\u00ed cenov\u00e9 stropy, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00e9st z pravidla k nedostatku. To u\u017e ostatn\u011b n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010derpac\u00ed stanice potvrzuj\u00ed, kdy kv\u016fli vl\u00e1dn\u00edm cenov\u00fdm strop\u016f p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed nab\u00edzet dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e9miov\u00e1 paliva,\u201d<\/i><\/em>\u00a0dokresluje situaci Kry\u0161tof M\u00ed\u0161ek, hlavn\u00ed ekonom Agros Capital<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady na dopravu mohou zdra\u017eit nap\u0159\u00edklad potraviny v obchodech, spot\u0159ebn\u00ed elektroniku, stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly nebo e-commerce slu\u017eby. Ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00fdrobek toti\u017e b\u011bhem sv\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho cyklu \u010dasto absolvuje n\u011bkolik p\u0159epravn\u00edch etap, od v\u00fdrobce p\u0159es sklad a\u017e ke kone\u010dn\u00e9mu z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady mohou poc\u00edtit tak\u00e9 firmy vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed just-in-time dod\u00e1vky nebo men\u0161\u00ed podnikatel\u00e9 z\u00e1visl\u00ed na pravideln\u00e9m z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00edm rizikem je nedostatek \u0159idi\u010d\u016f, kter\u00fd situaci je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161uje. Pokud \u010d\u00e1st kamion\u016f stoj\u00ed kv\u016fli person\u00e1ln\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm, firmy p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed o v\u00fdkon a trh se m\u016f\u017ee pot\u00fdkat s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed kapacitou p\u0159epravy. To vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed tlak na r\u016fst cen logistick\u00fdch slu\u017eeb. Podle dostupn\u00fdch odhad\u016f Institutu silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy \u010cesmad aktu\u00e1ln\u011b chyb\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 25 000 \u0159idi\u010d\u016f, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v n\u00e1kladn\u00ed doprav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho spot\u0159ebitele to v praxi znamen\u00e1 jedin\u00e9: zdra\u017een\u00ed paliv se neprojev\u00ed jen p\u0159i tankov\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edho auta. S ur\u010dit\u00fdm odstupem se m\u016f\u017ee objevit i na cenovk\u00e1ch v obchodech, v cen\u00e1ch dopravy nebo ve slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 jsou na logistice z\u00e1visl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud by vysok\u00e9 ceny pohonn\u00fdch hmot p\u0159etrv\u00e1valy del\u0161\u00ed dobu, mohly by se st\u00e1t dal\u0161\u00edm proinfla\u010dn\u00edm faktorem pro \u010deskou ekonomiku. Vedle cen energi\u00ed, bydlen\u00ed nebo potravin by tak dom\u00e1cnosti \u010delily dal\u0161\u00edmu tlaku na sv\u00e9 rozpo\u010dty.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><i>\u201e<\/i><\/em><em><i>R\u016fst cen nafty o des\u00edtky procent nen\u00ed situace, na kterou by firmy m\u011bly \u010dekat, a\u017e se sama vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed. P\u0159esto to \u0159ada z nich d\u011bl\u00e1. \u010cekaj\u00ed, a\u017e se ceny vr\u00e1t\u00ed, a\u017e zdra\u017e\u00ed konkurence nebo a\u017e se trh uklidn\u00ed. Jen\u017ee v krizi \u010dasto nezabije \u0161patn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed, ale nerozhodnost. Pokud firm\u011b vysko\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1klady o des\u00edtky procent a ona je nep\u0159enese do cen, fakticky za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 dotovat sv\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky z vlastn\u00edch zdroj\u016f. To je dlouhodob\u011b neudr\u017eiteln\u00e9 a velmi rychle se to projev\u00ed na cash flow i schopnosti investovat. Z praxe nav\u00edc v\u00edme, \u017ee nafta b\u00fdv\u00e1 jen spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d. Ve firm\u00e1ch se v takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli odhal\u00ed neefektivn\u00ed procesy, \u0161patn\u011b nastaven\u00e9 zak\u00e1zky nebo n\u00e1klady, kter\u00e9 dlouhodob\u011b nikdo ne\u0159e\u0161il. Doba levn\u00fdch vstup\u016f skon\u010dila.
