{"id":22335,"date":"2026-06-09T08:38:16","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T08:38:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/?p=22335"},"modified":"2026-06-09T08:43:48","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T08:43:48","slug":"europoslanci-statni-sprava-a-zastupci-prumyslu-diskutovali-evropskou-regulaci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/?p=22335","title":{"rendered":"Europoslanci, st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1va a z\u00e1stupci pr\u016fmyslu diskutovali evropskou regulaci"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu po\u0159\u00e1dalo spole\u010dn\u011b s Hospod\u00e1\u0159skou komorou \u010cR kulat\u00fd st\u016fl, kter\u00fd propojil z\u00e1stupce Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu, st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy a kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch firem \u010desk\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00e1n\u00ed k tomuto t\u00e9matu se krom\u011b z\u00e1stupc\u016f pr\u016fmyslu, Ministerstva pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu, Ministerstva dopravy, Ministerstva \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a velvyslance \u010cR p\u0159i EU, \u0160t\u011bp\u00e1na \u010cern\u00e9ho z\u00fa\u010dastnili i europoslanci Alexandr Vondra, st\u00ednov\u00fd zpravodaj k n\u00e1vrhu revize emisn\u00edch limit\u016f CO\u2082 pro osobn\u00ed automobily a lehk\u00e1 u\u017eitkov\u00e1 vozidla a st\u00ednov\u00fd zpravodaj k n\u00e1vrhu Automotive Omnibus a Anton\u00edn Stan\u011bk st\u00ednov\u00fd zpravodaj k n\u00e1vrhu Automotive Omnibus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010cesk\u00fd i evropsk\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl vstupuj\u00ed do dal\u0161\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 f\u00e1ze rozvoje elektromobility.<\/strong> Pr\u00e1v\u011b v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch se bude rozhodovat o tom, zda evropsk\u00fd regulatorn\u00ed r\u00e1mec dok\u00e1\u017ee l\u00e9pe reflektovat re\u00e1ln\u00e9 tr\u017en\u00ed, technologick\u00e9 a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky nebo zda bude d\u00e1le prohlubovat rozd\u00edl mezi ambic\u00ed a proveditelnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-22339\" src=\"http:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Foto-3_AutoSAP-900x600.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010clensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty a Evropsk\u00fd parlament<\/strong> aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pracuj\u00ed na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch zm\u011bn\u00e1ch v r\u00e1mci bal\u00ed\u010dku p\u0159edpis\u016f \u201eAutomotive Package\u201c, kter\u00fd Evropsk\u00e1 komise p\u0159edstavila 16. prosince 2025. Prov\u00e1zan\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy revize CO2 emisn\u00edch standard\u016f pro osobn\u00ed a lehk\u00e1 u\u017eitkov\u00e1 vozidla, Automotive Omnibus, n\u00e1vrh na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o \u010dist\u00fdch vozov\u00fdch parc\u00edch a nad r\u00e1mec Akt o pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m akceler\u00e1toru (Industrial Accelerator Act, IAA) aktu\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 legislativy, jejich\u017e v\u00fdsledek rozhodne o sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech.<\/p>\n<p>Evropsk\u00fd legislativn\u00ed proces aktu\u00e1ln\u011b vstupuje do jedn\u00e9 z rozhoduj\u00edc\u00edch f\u00e1z\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed pozornost se soust\u0159edila na ost\u0159e sledovanou revizi emisn\u00edch limit\u016f CO\u2082 pro osobn\u00ed automobily a lehk\u00e1 u\u017eitkov\u00e1 vozidla, kter\u00e1 je podle \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f st\u00e1le nejproblemati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed cel\u00e9ho legislativn\u00edho bal\u00edku. V praxi toti\u017e rozhoduje o budoucnosti spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f, technologick\u00e9 neutralit\u011b i konkurenceschopnosti evropsk\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu upozornil na fakt, \u017ee hrozba likvida\u010dn\u00edch sankc\u00ed je st\u00e1le na stole, proto\u017ee n\u00e1vrh Evropsk\u00e9 Komise nad\u00e1le ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi regulatorn\u00ed ambic\u00ed a spot\u0159ebitelskou popt\u00e1vkou.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201ePokud m\u00e1 m\u00edt revize CO \u2082 emisn\u00edch standard\u016f skute\u010dn\u00fd dopad, nesm\u00ed skon\u010dit jen u kosmetick\u00fdch \u00faprav. P\u016fvodn\u00ed ambice EU byly nastaveny pro sv\u011bt levn\u00e9 energie, hladk\u00fdch glob\u00e1ln\u00edch dodavatelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f a rychle rostouc\u00ed d\u016fv\u011bry v elektromobilitu \u2013 takov\u00fd sv\u011bt u\u017e dnes neexistuje. Mus\u00edme m\u00edt odvahu p\u0159iznat, \u017ee se podm\u00ednky vyvinuly jinak, ne\u017e kdokoli p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dal. Nen\u00ed to selh\u00e1n\u00ed, je to na\u0161e kolektivn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost v\u016f\u010di pr\u016fmyslu, zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm i z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm. Pokud tedy nechceme, aby se Evropa z glob\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdrobce prom\u011bnila v pouh\u00e9 odbyti\u0161t\u011b dov\u00e1\u017een\u00fdch vozidel,\u201c \u0159ekl<strong> Zden\u011bk Petzl, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel Sdru\u017een\u00ed automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3525\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3525\" style=\"width: 900px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3525\" src=\"http:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Zdenek-Petzl_3-900x632.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"632\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3525\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">V\u00fdkonn\u00fd \u0159editel AutoSAP Zden\u011bk Petzl<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/blockquote>\n<p>V prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2026 dos\u00e1hl pod\u00edl bateriov\u00fdch elektrick\u00fdch voz\u016f na nov\u00fdch registrac\u00edch v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice 6,2 %, zat\u00edmco evropsk\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br \u010dinil 19,7 %. Podle progn\u00f3z S&amp;P Global Mobility by mohl pod\u00edl BEV na nov\u00fdch registrac\u00edch v roce 2030-2032 realisticky v pr\u016fm\u011bru dos\u00e1hnout 42,1 %. N\u00e1vrh Evropsk\u00e9 komise v\u0161ak o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 pod\u00edl 56 %, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje rozd\u00edl p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1,4 milionu vozidel. Tento nesoulad by mohl automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl vystavit sankc\u00edm ve v\u00fd\u0161i zhruba 18 miliard eur ro\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na pot\u0159ebu hlub\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bny evropsk\u00fdch politik, kter\u00e9 by reflektovaly nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy, upozornil tak\u00e9 prezident Hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 komory \u010cR Zden\u011bk Zaj\u00ed\u010dek.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eNejde jen o jednu regulaci, ale o schopnost Evropy udr\u017eet v\u00fdrobu a inovace. Pokud m\u00e1 Evropa obst\u00e1t, nesta\u010d\u00ed upravit zp\u011btn\u00e9 zrc\u00e1tko \u2013 pot\u0159ebujeme zm\u011bnit sm\u011br j\u00edzdy a vedle klimatick\u00fdch ambic\u00ed kl\u00e1st v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u016fraz i na konku- renceschopnost a bezpe\u010dnost. To vy\u017eaduje stabiln\u00ed a realistick\u00e1 pravidla a intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dialog s pr\u016fmyslem.
