Mnoh\u00e9 zna\u010dkov\u00e9 servisy se loni zhor\u0161ily a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech dos\u00e1hly hodnocen\u00ed kvality jen ve v\u00fd\u0161i 38 % ze sta mo\u017en\u00fdch.<\/strong> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Naopak nezna\u010dkov\u00e9 servisy si loni vedly meziro\u010dn\u011b l\u00e9pe. Vyplynulo to z ro\u010dn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed slu\u017eby AUDIT SERVIS\u016e, kterou poskytuje spole\u010dnost Cebia ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e \u0161est let. Cebia p\u0159itom prov\u00e1d\u00ed kontroly v p\u011bti r\u016fzn\u00fdch variant\u00e1ch: Po oprav\u011b, P\u0159ed opravou, Po pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, Mystery Repair a Pick-up. Slu\u017ebu AUDIT SERVIS\u016e vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm leasingov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, ale p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1 je ve v\u00fdsledku i pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 motoristy, proto\u017ee kontrolami a p\u0159ipom\u00ednkami zvy\u0161uje celkovou \u00farove\u0148<br \/>\nservisn\u00edch slu\u017eeb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMnoh\u00e9 neautorizovan\u00e9 servisy dosahovaly lep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f ne\u017e velk\u00e9 zna\u010dkov\u00e9 servisy s \u010dasto neosobn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupem,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Martin Pajer, \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti Cebia. Dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee naprosto rozd\u00edln\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky vyk\u00e1zaly nap\u0159\u00edklad i dv\u011b provozovny stejn\u00e9ho dealera. \u201eProbl\u00e9m b\u00fdv\u00e1 v lidech a jejich p\u0159\u00edstupu k pr\u00e1ci,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0159editel Cebia s t\u00edm, \u017ee od majitel\u016f a \u0159editel\u016f servis\u016f dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed i na negativn\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed zp\u011btnou vazbu za n\u00e1m\u011bty, co zlep\u0161it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMrz\u00ed n\u00e1s na\u0161e ur\u010dit\u00e9 pochyben\u00ed servisn\u00edch \u00fakon\u016f, ze kter\u00fdch jsem vyvedl pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed, aby se u\u017e v budoucnu nestaly,\u201c reagoval na \u0161patn\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad vedouc\u00ed jednoho z kontrolovan\u00fdch zna\u010dkov\u00fdch servis\u016f v Praze.<\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci auditu \u201ePo pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti\u201c dos\u00e1hly autorizovan\u00e9 servisy pouh\u00fdch 84 % kvality (v p\u0159edlo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce 95 %), zat\u00edmco neautorizovan\u00e9 vyk\u00e1zaly hodnocen\u00ed 91 % ze sta mo\u017en\u00fdch a meziro\u010dn\u011b si dr\u017eely kvalitu (p\u0159edloni 90 %). Obecn\u011b p\u0159itom platilo, \u017ee nejhor\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci prov\u00e1d\u011bly servisy v prvn\u00edm kvart\u00e1lu, kdy celkov\u00e1 kvalita, tedy kvalita autorizovan\u00fdch i neautorizovan\u00fdch servis\u016f dohromady, dos\u00e1hla pouh\u00fdch 87 %, zat\u00edmco v posledn\u00edm kvart\u00e1lu se vy\u0161plhala na 97 %. Lze tedy s nads\u00e1zkou \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee ti, kdo havarovali na konci roku, m\u011bli \u010dasto l\u00e9pe opraven\u00e9 auto ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed servis nav\u0161t\u00edvili z kraje<br \/>\nroku.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cast\u00fdm nedostatkem bylo zejm\u00e9na \u0161patn\u00e9 l\u00edcov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edl\u016f. Ve zna\u010dkov\u00e9m autoservisu v Havl\u00ed\u010dkov\u011b Brod\u011b dokonce nechali na aut\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00fd d\u00edl. V \u010cesk\u00fdch Bud\u011bjovic\u00edch pak nap\u0159\u00edklad u \u0160kody Octavia nel\u00edcoval n\u00e1razn\u00edk po v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b bo\u010dnice a po lakov\u00e1n\u00ed vozidlo neo\u010distili. Celkov\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed auditu \u201ePo pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti\u201c v tomto servisu nedos\u00e1hlo ani 40 %. Vadu v lakov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0161patn\u00e9 sl\u00edcov\u00e1n\u00ed zadn\u00edho v\u00edka s n\u00e1razn\u00edkem a lev\u00fdm zadn\u00edm blatn\u00edkem odhalil audit \u201ePo pojistn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti\u201c i v dal\u0161\u00edm pra\u017esk\u00e9m zna\u010dkov\u00e9m servisu, kter\u00fd vyk\u00e1zal hodnocen\u00ed jen ve v\u00fd\u0161i 62 %.<\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci typu auditu \u201ePo oprav\u011b\u201c byly nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi proh\u0159e\u0161ky nedopln\u011bn\u00ed chlad\u00edc\u00ed kapaliny, kter\u00e1 byla ponech\u00e1na pod ryskou minima, nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad nevym\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 nefunk\u010dn\u00ed \u017e\u00e1rovky.<\/p>\n<p>Z v\u00fdsledk\u016f kontrol vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 jedna velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 skute\u010dnost: Zved\u00e1 se v\u00fdrazn\u011b kvalita slu\u017eeb, pr\u00e1ce a klientsk\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed u nezna\u010dkov\u00fdch, \u010dist\u011b rodinn\u00fdch servis\u016f. \u201eNa klienty p\u016fsob\u00ed velmi dob\u0159e, kdy\u017e si p\u0159ijdou pro sv\u00e9 vozidlo po oprav\u011b do servisu a ono na n\u011b \u010dek\u00e1 nejen kvalitn\u011b opraven\u00e9, \u010dist\u00e9 a nale\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9, ale stoj\u00ed ve speci\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u011bkn\u00e9m prostoru ur\u010den\u00e9m v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u011b pro p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vozidel,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Martin Pajer, \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti Cebia.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi z\u00e1kazn\u00edky slu\u017eby AUDIT SERVIS\u016e jsou leasingov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti s vozidly provozovan\u00fdch v re\u017eimu operativn\u00edho leasingu.
