Souvis\u00ed to s v\u00fdvojem mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho obchodu, p\u0159esunem v\u00fdroby mezi st\u00e1ty, rozvojem e-commerce a tlakem na rychl\u00e9 doru\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed. N\u00e1r\u016fst n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy na silnic\u00edch s sebou nese ekonomick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ednosy, ale tak\u00e9 dopady na infrastrukturu a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Podle Evropsk\u00e9 agentury pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed se objem n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy v EU mezi lety 1995 a 2023 zv\u00fd\u0161il o 43 procent. V roce 2023 dos\u00e1hl celkov\u00fd v\u00fdkon p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 3 433 miliard tunokilometr\u016f. V\u00edce ne\u017e polovinu tvo\u0159\u00ed silni\u010dn\u00ed doprava, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jej\u00ed pod\u00edl vytrvale nar\u016fst\u00e1 a upev\u0148uje si roli nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edho zp\u016fsobu p\u0159epravy zbo\u017e\u00ed v Evrop\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdvoj ale nen\u00ed line\u00e1rn\u00ed. Rok 2023 p\u0159inesl po p\u0159edchoz\u00edm vrcholu ur\u010dit\u00e9 ochlazen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 souviselo s v\u00fdvojem evropsk\u00e9 ekonomiky, pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby i spot\u0159eby. Nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed data Eurostatu v\u0161ak ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee silni\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed doprava se rychle vr\u00e1tila k m\u00edrn\u00e9mu r\u016fstu. V roce 2024 dos\u00e1hl jej\u00ed objem v EU 1 869 miliard tunokilometr\u016f, zat\u00edmco v roce 2023 to bylo o 0,6 procenta m\u00e9n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u0159i\u017eovatka dodavatelsk\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f<\/strong><br \/>\n\u010cesk\u00e1 republika je z pohledu n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy specifick\u00e1 svou polohou i strukturou ekonomiky. Le\u017e\u00ed uprost\u0159ed Evropy, je siln\u011b napojen\u00e1 na pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce a z\u00e1rove\u0148 slou\u017e\u00ed jako k\u0159i\u017eovatka pro pohyb zbo\u017e\u00ed mezi z\u00e1padem, v\u00fdchodem, severem a jihem kontinentu.<\/p>\n<p>Podle \u010cesk\u00e9ho statistick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu vzrostl v\u00fdkon silni\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy vozidly registrovan\u00fdmi v \u010cesku z 64 806 milion\u016f tunokilometr\u016f v roce 2023 na 70 364 milion\u016f tunokilometr\u016f v roce 2024. V\u00fdrazn\u00fd byl p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm r\u016fst mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed dopravy, co\u017e nazna\u010duje, \u017ee \u010desk\u00fd silni\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed sektor je st\u00e1le siln\u011bji propojen s evropsk\u00fdm trhem a jeho v\u00fdkyvy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Popt\u00e1vka nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na nedostatek \u0159idi\u010d\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Pro logistick\u00e9 firmy je rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vka dvojse\u010dn\u00e1. \u201eNa jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b znamen\u00e1 v\u00edce zak\u00e1zek a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00ed vozidel. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b zvy\u0161uje tlak na kapacity, pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed tras, dostupnost \u0159idi\u010d\u016f, ceny pohonn\u00fdch hmot, m\u00fdto, skladovou infrastrukturu i p\u0159esnost doru\u010den\u00ed,\u201c upozor\u0148uje Ond\u0159ej St\u00f6hr, jednatel logistick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti CONTI-RSC.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nedostatek \u0159idi\u010d\u016f p\u0159itom z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jedn\u00edm ze struktur\u00e1ln\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f evropsk\u00e9 silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy. Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed organizace sdru\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed dopravce IRU v b\u0159eznu uvedla, \u017ee v cel\u00e9 EU \u010del\u00ed odv\u011btv\u00ed silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy kritick\u00e9mu nedostatku p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 500 000 profesion\u00e1ln\u00edch \u0159idi\u010d\u016f a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee tento nedostatek se v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch letech d\u00e1le prohloub\u00ed.\u00a0 Podle IRU je sektor n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy v Evrop\u011b aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pod velk\u00fdm tlakem a pot\u0159ebuje podporu na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed i mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00farovni.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eVolatilita cen paliv, umocn\u011bn\u00e1 v\u00e1lkou v \u00cdr\u00e1nu a geopolitick\u00fdmi naru\u0161en\u00edmi, odhalila k\u0159ehk\u00e9 provozn\u00ed podm\u00ednky na\u0161eho pr\u016fmyslu. Evropsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy zavedly nouzov\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed. Nekoordinovan\u00e9 kroky v\u0161ak mohou naru\u0161it trhy a vystavit provozovatele rizik\u016fm v oblastech, kde je n\u00e1rodn\u00ed man\u00e9vrovac\u00ed prostor omezen\u00fd. Dopady p\u0159esahuj\u00ed dne\u0161n\u00ed mar\u017ee a zasahuj\u00ed investice do vozov\u00e9ho parku, kapacitu a odolnost dodavatelsk\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzce,\u201c uvedl letos v kv\u011btnu Vincent Erard, vrchn\u00ed \u0159editel IRU pro strategii a rozvoj.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00ed d\u00e1lnic roste<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rostouc\u00ed silni\u010dn\u00ed doprava se z\u00e1rove\u0148 propisuje do zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed infrastruktury. P\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky celost\u00e1tn\u00edho s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed dopravy zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 \u0158editelstv\u00edm silnic a d\u00e1lnic uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee provoz na \u010desk\u00fdch d\u00e1lnic\u00edch od roku 2020 vzrostl o 12 procent. Nejvyt\u00ed\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u00fasekem z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u00e1lnice D1 mezi Chodovem a Pr\u016fhonicemi, kde se denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br dostal nad 106 tis\u00edc vozidel.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201ePro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravu to znamen\u00e1 nejen del\u0161\u00ed a h\u016f\u0159e p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 dojezdov\u00e9 \u010dasy, ale tak\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam obchvat\u016f, nov\u00fdch d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00edch \u00fasek\u016f, odpo\u010d\u00edvek a inteligentn\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dopravy,\u201c doplnil Ond\u0159ej St\u00f6hr.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>S\u00a0objemem dopravy p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 i emis\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\nSilni\u010dn\u00ed doprava tak stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed \u00fakolem, jak r\u016fst zvl\u00e1dnout bez ne\u00fam\u011brn\u00e9ho zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f, zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed a ekologick\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee. Evropsk\u00e1 agentura pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b za \u010dtvrtinu emis\u00ed CO\u2082 ze silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy v EU a \u017ee r\u016fst popt\u00e1vky po p\u0159eprav\u011b zat\u00edm p\u0159evy\u0161uje p\u0159\u00ednosy ekologi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edch vozidel, kter\u00e1 logistick\u00e9 firmy povinn\u011b po\u0159izuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b obnovy vozov\u00e9ho parku a rozvoje n\u00edzkoemisn\u00edch technologi\u00ed proto bude evropsk\u00e1 dopravn\u00ed politika sm\u011b\u0159ovat k v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kombinovan\u00e9 dopravy, \u017eeleznice a vnitrozemsk\u00fdch vodn\u00edch cest. Evropsk\u00e1 komise ve sv\u00e9 strategii udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 a chytr\u00e9 mobility po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 mimo jin\u00e9 s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm posilov\u00e1n\u00edm \u010dist\u00fdch vozidel, alternativn\u00edch paliv a multimod\u00e1ln\u00ed dopravy.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak plat\u00ed, \u017ee samotn\u00fd p\u0159esun \u010d\u00e1sti zbo\u017e\u00ed na \u017eeleznici nebo vodu nebude rychl\u00fd ani jednoduch\u00fd.
