Linka byla uvedena do provozu 1. \u010dervna 2026. T\u00edmto krokem ZF posiluje svou schopnost dod\u00e1vat pokro\u010dilou v\u00fdkonovou elektroniku pro elektrick\u00e9 pohony mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm automobilk\u00e1m a z\u00e1rove\u0148 potvrzuje strategick\u00fd v\u00fdznam tohoto z\u00e1vodu v r\u00e1mci koncernu.<\/p>\n<p>Pobo\u010dka ZF, zalo\u017een\u00e1 v roce 1992 a nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v Kl\u00e1\u0161terci nad Oh\u0159\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, dnes zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 700 lid\u00ed a pat\u0159\u00ed mezi kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 evropsk\u00e1 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed centra ZF pro elektrifikovan\u00e9 pohony. Specializuje se na komponenty v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 elektroniky pro elektromotory, kter\u00e9 se montuj\u00ed do vozidel p\u0159edn\u00edch sv\u011btov\u00fdch automobilov\u00fdch zna\u010dek. V\u00fdroba z Kl\u00e1\u0161terce sm\u011b\u0159uje hlavn\u011b do dal\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f ZF v N\u011bmecku a Srbsku, kde se tyto komponenty kompletuj\u00ed do fin\u00e1ln\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 generace m\u011bni\u010d\u016f p\u0159edstavuje d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd krok vp\u0159ed v efektivit\u011b i v\u00fdkonu elektrick\u00fdch pohon\u016f. Energetick\u00fd koncept z\u00e1vodu kombinuje zhruba 3\u202f400 sol\u00e1rn\u00edch panel\u016f p\u0159\u00edmo v are\u00e1lu, kter\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed asi 20 % ro\u010dn\u00ed spot\u0159eby elekt\u0159iny, s elekt\u0159inou nakupovanou zven\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e1 poch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f \u2013 v\u011btrn\u00fdch a vodn\u00edch elektr\u00e1ren. Dohromady tato opat\u0159en\u00ed sni\u017euj\u00ed spot\u0159ebu energie, zmen\u0161uj\u00ed provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zvy\u0161uj\u00ed odolnost z\u00e1vodu v\u016f\u010di v\u00fdkyv\u016fm cen energi\u00ed, a to p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed stabiln\u00edch podm\u00ednek pro citlivou v\u00fdrobu elektroniky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Digitalizace a optimalizace proces\u016f hraj\u00ed v prom\u011bn\u011b z\u00e1vodu kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli.<\/strong> V Kl\u00e1\u0161terci se vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pokro\u010dil\u00e9 syst\u00e9my pro sledov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase monitoruj\u00ed spot\u0159ebu energie, v\u00fdrobn\u00ed parametry i ukazatele kvality.
