Prvn\u00ed \u00fapis byl zam\u011b\u0159en p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na individu\u00e1ln\u00ed kvalifikovan\u00e9 investory.<\/b><\/strong><span id=\"more-4600\"><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Investi\u010dn\u00ed fond CE INDUSTRIES &amp; AEROSPACE SICAV se zam\u011b\u0159uje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd, leteck\u00fd a obrann\u00fd sektor v \u010cesku a Evrop\u011b. Kapit\u00e1l sm\u011b\u0159uje do rozvoje pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch a leteck\u00fdch skupin CE Industries a Helicopter Alliance spojen\u00fdch s podnikatelem Jaroslavem Strnadem. Ten z\u00e1rove\u0148 dodr\u017eel avizovan\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br zachovat si ve fondu majoritn\u00ed pod\u00edl a z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jeho hlavn\u00edm investorem.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><i>\u201eV\u00fdsledek prvn\u00edho upisovac\u00edho obdob\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje pro fond velmi dobr\u00fd vstup do jeho dal\u0161\u00edho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee jsme teprve na za\u010d\u00e1tku. V dal\u0161\u00edch \u010dtvrtlet\u00edch se chceme soust\u0159edit na oslovov\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch kvalifikovan\u00fdch investor\u016f a roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce s distribu\u010dn\u00edmi partnery,\u201c<\/i><\/em>\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong><b>V\u00edt Bozd\u011bch, <\/b><\/strong>obchodn\u00ed \u0159editel TILLER investi\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnost, a.s., kter\u00e1 je obhospoda\u0159ovatelem fondu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Fond nyn\u00ed pokra\u010duje ve standardn\u00edm re\u017eimu otev\u0159en\u00e9ho fondu. Investi\u010dn\u00ed akcie lze upisovat pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e rozhodn\u00fdm dnem je v\u017edy posledn\u00ed den kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed.
