Tento \u201etahoun\u201c automatizovan\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov\u00fdch tok\u016f pl\u00e1nuje trasy, identifikuje vadn\u00e9 polo\u017eky, p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed koliz\u00edm a koordinuje interakci mezi stacion\u00e1rn\u00edmi a mobiln\u00edmi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem WCS synchronizuje procesy, aby zajistil plynul\u00fd provoz a optimalizovan\u00fd, efektivn\u00ed tok materi\u00e1lu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro vysokou propustnost a st\u00e1lou kvalitu. A i kdy\u017e mohou flotily AGV fungovat v samostatn\u00e9m re\u017eimu bez specializovan\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu WCS, takov\u00fd syst\u00e9m se st\u00e1v\u00e1 nezbytn\u00fdm, jakmile je do toku materi\u00e1lu integrov\u00e1na dal\u0161\u00ed hardwarov\u00e1 komponenta, kterou nelze \u0159\u00eddit prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky flotily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u016fvodem je, \u017ee automatizovan\u00e9 syst\u00e9my generuj\u00ed tis\u00edce datov\u00fdch bod\u016f v \u0159\u00e1du milisekund:<\/strong> shuttle syst\u00e9my odes\u00edlaj\u00ed n\u011bkolik set aktualizac\u00ed stavu a polohy na jeden p\u0159epravn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edkaz, zat\u00edmco flotily AGV neust\u00e1le vym\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed \u00fadaje o poloze prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sv\u00e9ho centr\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159\u00eddic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Bez syst\u00e9mu WCS doch\u00e1z\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b k t\u011bm chyb\u00e1m, p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1m a prostoj\u016fm, kter\u00fdm m\u00e1 automatizace proces\u016f zabr\u00e1nit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160k\u00e1lovatelnost jako prerekvizita dlouhodob\u00e9ho \u00fasp\u011bchu<\/strong><br \/>\nSituace se je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce zkomplikuje, kdy\u017e je t\u0159eba zajistit spolupr\u00e1ci syst\u00e9m\u016f od r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f. V takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech je krom\u011b syst\u00e9mu WMS a WCS zapot\u0159eb\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee koordinovat vozov\u00e9 parky od r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f pomoc\u00ed standardizovan\u00e9 komunikace. K tomuto \u00fa\u010delu se \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed tzv. hlavn\u00ed \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky vozov\u00e9ho parku, kter\u00e9 k synchronizaci jednotliv\u00fdch komponent obvykle vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed komunika\u010dn\u00ed standard VDA 5050. Av\u0161ak i tyto hlavn\u00ed \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed jednotky vozov\u00e9ho parku mohou narazit na sv\u00e9 limity, jakmile se zvy\u0161uje slo\u017eitost a s n\u00ed spojen\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun dat. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee integrovan\u00e9\u00a0 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed lze snadn\u011bji \u0161k\u00e1lovat ne\u017e automatiza\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9my slo\u017een\u00e9 z r\u016fzn\u00fdch samostatn\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Lze je bez pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed roz\u0161i\u0159ovat tak, aby rostly v souladu s \u00farovn\u00ed automatizace z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. Krom\u011b zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu je to pro mnoho firem v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 v\u00fdhoda vzhledem k dynamick\u00e9mu v\u00fdvoji v oblasti automatiza\u010dn\u00ed technologie.
