Shrnul rok 2023, kter\u00fd byl pro nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho evropsk\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobce aut rokem restrukturalizace a ohl\u00e1sil novinky na leto\u0161ek.<br \/>\n<\/b><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Koncern podle Blumeho dok\u00e1zal mnoho aspekt\u016f programu TOP-10 realizovat rychleji, ne\u017e bylo p\u016fvodn\u011b pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no. Rok 2024 bude s v\u00edce ne\u017e 30 produktov\u00fdmi novinkami rokem sv\u011btov\u00fdch premi\u00e9r \u2013 mezi nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z nich pat\u0159\u00ed bezesporu v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 elektromobily na z\u00e1klad\u011b nov\u00e9 pr\u00e9miov\u00e9 platformy PPE. Koncern Volkswagen proto hled\u00ed vst\u0159\u00edc leto\u0161n\u00edmu roku s d\u016fv\u011brou a od roku 2025 uv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00fdch model\u016f je\u0161t\u011b urychl\u00ed. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm koncernov\u00fdm c\u00edlem z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 udr\u017eiteln\u00fd r\u016fst vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159idanou hodnotu.<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Blume, p\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva koncernu Volkswagen, \u0159ekl: \u201eV roce 2023 jsme si vypracovali dobr\u00fd z\u00e1klad. Zn\u00e1me na\u0161e probl\u00e9my a d\u016fsledn\u011b se na n\u011b zam\u011b\u0159ujeme, abychom vyu\u017eili enormn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l koncernu Volkswagen. Do obchodn\u00edho roku 2024 hled\u00edme s d\u016fv\u011brou d\u00edky fascinuj\u00edc\u00edm produkt\u016fm, konzistentn\u00ed strategii a jasn\u00e9mu zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na realizaci na\u0161ich c\u00edl\u016f. Koncern Volkswagen vstupuje do dlouhodob\u00e9ho projektu transformace z pozice s\u00edly. Nyn\u00ed koncern p\u0159ipravujeme na trvale pozitivn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj. Jako \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd jin\u00fd v\u00fdrobce dok\u00e1\u017eeme na\u0161\u00edm \u0161irok\u00fdm a neust\u00e1le roz\u0161i\u0159ovan\u00fdm produktov\u00fdm portfoliem uspokojovat po\u017eadavky v\u0161ech na\u0161ich z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Tato flexibilita je opravdovou konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m zajist\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch i v\u00a0budoucnosti.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><b>Robustn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky a programy zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na ziskovost stabilizuj\u00ed budouc\u00ed v\u00fdvoj<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Koncern Volkswagen dos\u00e1hl v\u00a0n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch\u00a0roku 2023 robustn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f a se sv\u00fdmi siln\u00fdmi zna\u010dkami spolehliv\u011b napl\u0148uje stanoven\u00e9 c\u00edle. Po\u010det dodan\u00fdch vozidel vzrostl o 12 procent na 9,24 milionu, k\u00a0\u010demu\u017e p\u0159isp\u011bly v\u0161echny regiony. Koncern Volkswagen prok\u00e1zal odolnost sv\u00e9ho obchodn\u00edho modelu tr\u017ebami 322,3 miliardy eur, provozn\u00edm ziskem 22,6 miliardy eur a hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkem po zdan\u011bn\u00ed 17,9 miliardy eur. Provozn\u00ed mar\u017ee dos\u00e1hla 7 procent navzdory v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu dopadu negativn\u00edch zm\u011bn\u00a0ocen\u011bn\u00ed komoditn\u00edch deriv\u00e1t\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u011blo v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm roce na provozn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00fdsledek je\u0161t\u011b pozitivn\u00ed vliv. Provozn\u00ed zisk o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd o tyto vlivy zm\u011bn ocen\u011bn\u00ed dos\u00e1hl \u010d\u00e1stky 25,8 miliardy eur, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 ziskov\u00e9 mar\u017ei 8 procent. \u010cist\u00e9 cash flow automobilov\u00e9 divize koncernu vzrostlo na 10,7 miliardy eur. S\u00a0\u010distou likviditou 40,3 miliardy eur v\u00a0automobilov\u00e9 divizi byla finan\u010dn\u00ed situace koncernu ke konci roku velmi solidn\u00ed. Zisk na prioritn\u00ed akcii vzrostl o 2,26 eura na 31,98 eura (+8 procent).<\/p>\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 ukazatele za uplynul\u00fd obchodn\u00ed rok a v\u00fdhled na rok 2024 zve\u0159ejnil koncern Volkswagen ji\u017e 1. b\u0159ezna 2024.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edstavenstvo a dozor\u010d\u00ed rada navrhnou valn\u00e9 hromad\u011b dividendu 9,00 eura na kmenovou akcii a 9,06 eura na prioritn\u00ed akcii, co\u017e oproti p\u0159edchoz\u00edmu roku odpov\u00edd\u00e1 n\u00e1r\u016fstu o 0,30 eura na kmenovou, resp. prioritn\u00ed akcii. V\u00fdplatn\u00ed pom\u011br je 28 procent.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pod\u00edl elektromobil\u016f na celkov\u00e9m po\u010dtu dodan\u00fdch vozidel nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b roste<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Elektrifikace z\u00edskala v\u00a0uplynul\u00e9m roce na v\u00fdznamu. Pod\u00edl akumul\u00e1torov\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f na celkov\u00e9m po\u010dtu dodan\u00fdch voz\u016f postupn\u011b rostl nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161emi \u010dtvrtlet\u00edmi a ve \u010dtvrt\u00e9m \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed dos\u00e1hl rekordn\u00edch 10 procent. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho roku se pod\u00edl akumul\u00e1torov\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f vy\u0161plhal na 8,3 procenta \u2013 to je nov\u00fd rekord. V\u00a0absolutn\u00edch \u010d\u00edslech dodal koncern Volkswagen v\u00a0uplynul\u00e9m roce 771\u00a0100 elektromobil\u016f. To odpov\u00edd\u00e1 n\u00e1r\u016fstu o 35 procent oproti roku 2022, k\u00a0n\u011bmu\u017e p\u0159isp\u011bly v\u0161echny regiony. V Evrop\u011b tak koncern sv\u00e9 vedouc\u00ed postaven\u00ed v\u00a0tomto segmentu je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce upevnil.<\/p>\n<p>Arno Antlitz, \u010dlen p\u0159edstavenstva koncernu Volkswagen odpov\u011bdn\u00fd za finance a provozn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, k\u00a0tomu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: \u201eKoncern Volkswagen dos\u00e1hl v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch roku 2023 robustn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. Na to chceme v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce nav\u00e1zat. Koncern stoj\u00ed na pevn\u00fdch z\u00e1kladech a udr\u017euje si finan\u010dn\u011b siln\u00e9 postaven\u00ed. Na tomto z\u00e1klad\u011b budeme d\u016fsledn\u011b urychlovat na\u0161i transformaci na elektromobilitu a digitalizaci. Abychom z\u016fstali trvale \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed, zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme se v roce 2024 na zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdroby nov\u00fdch model\u016f, sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f, v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed synergi\u00ed v r\u00e1mci koncernu a posilov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161eho postaven\u00ed v regionech v\u010detn\u011b pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed ziskov\u00e9ho r\u016fstu v Severn\u00ed Americe.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><b>Investice dos\u00e1hnou v\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edm roce sv\u00e9ho vrcholu a pot\u00e9 budou klesat<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Koncern bude i nad\u00e1le d\u016fsledn\u011b realizovat sv\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny strategick\u00fdch investic, aby pokra\u010doval ve zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9 konkurenceschopnosti, roz\u0161i\u0159oval sv\u00e9 aktivity na nejatraktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch r\u016fstov\u00fdch trz\u00edch a posiloval sv\u00e9 kompletn\u00ed produktov\u00e9 portfolio. D\u00edky je\u0161t\u011b intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed koncernov\u00fdch synergi\u00ed bude sou\u010dasn\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 omezit investice v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm p\u011btilet\u00e9m pl\u00e1nu na roky 2025 a\u017e 2029 na 170 miliard eur. Tato \u010d\u00e1stka bude investov\u00e1na p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm do nov\u00fdch produkt\u016f, posilov\u00e1n\u00ed region\u016f, do akumul\u00e1torov\u00e9 divize a do platforem pro akumul\u00e1torov\u00e9 elektromobily i modely poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9\u00a0modern\u00edmi, ve st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e hybridizovan\u00fdmi spalovac\u00edmi motory. Investice dos\u00e1hnou sv\u00e9ho vrcholu v\u00a0roce 2024 a pot\u00e9 se za\u010dnou p\u0159ibli\u017eovat c\u00edlov\u00e9 hladin\u011b 11 procent tr\u017eeb, j\u00ed\u017e by m\u011blo b\u00fdt dosa\u017eeno do roku 2027.<\/p>\n<p><b>Programy pro podporu ziskovosti s\u00a0trval\u00fdm vlivem na hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00fdsledek<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Koncern Volkswagen realizuje nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed program pro podporu ziskovosti ve sv\u00e9 historii. Do konce roku 2024 by m\u011blo b\u00fdt dosa\u017eeno trval\u00e9ho pozitivn\u00edho p\u0159\u00ednosu ve v\u00fd\u0161i v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 miliard eur v\u00a0r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho koncernu, co\u017e umo\u017en\u00ed zm\u00edrnit dopady protich\u016fdn\u00fdch trend\u016f, jak\u00fdmi jsou inflace a rostouc\u00ed n\u00e1klady. Spole\u010dnost se p\u0159itom soust\u0159ed\u00ed na opat\u0159en\u00ed pro zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonnosti a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0optimalizaci materi\u00e1lov\u00fdch a produktov\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f, sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed fixn\u00edch a v\u00fdrobn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f a zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdnos\u016f v oblastech prodeje a poprodejn\u00edch slu\u017eeb.<\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161emi zna\u010dkami vyvinut\u00e9 programy pro zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed ziskovosti nab\u00edzej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti ve t\u0159ech oblastech. Jejich c\u00edlem je nejen zv\u00fd\u0161it konkurenceschopnost koncernu a vylep\u0161it efektivitu, ale tak\u00e9 uvolnit finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky pro investice do produkt\u016f a nov\u00fdch obchodn\u00edch oblast\u00ed a pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 schopnosti uspokojovat po\u017eadavky glob\u00e1ln\u00edch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. Krom\u011b toho budou p\u0159isp\u00edvat k\u00a0zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 perspektivy jak pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, tak i cel\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f. Tyto programy jsou pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b zdokonalov\u00e1ny, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b p\u016fsobit na trhu, kter\u00fd proch\u00e1z\u00ed dynamick\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami.<\/p>\n<p><b>Zaveden\u00ed platformy PPE zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon a flexibilitu<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed ovoce nov\u00e9ho sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159inese uveden\u00ed zcela elektrick\u00e9 pr\u00e9miov\u00e9 platformy PPE, kter\u00e1 symbolizuje v\u00fdkon, flexibilitu a roz\u0161i\u0159itelnost. Platforma PPE umo\u017en\u00ed po vzoru platformy MEB efektivn\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed synergi\u00ed v\u00a0pr\u00e9miov\u00e9m a luxusn\u00edm segmentu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0roce 2024 znovu v\u00fdrazn\u011b vylep\u0161en\u00e9 portfolio, kter\u00e9 zahrnuje d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 bestsellery, jak\u00fdmi jsou Golf, Tiguan, Passat, Octavia, Superb, \u010dasto s\u00a0modern\u00ed hybridn\u00ed technologi\u00ed, a rodinu elektromobil\u016f na platform\u011b MEB, p\u0159isp\u011bje k\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmu upevn\u011bn\u00ed pozice koncernu. Nab\u00eddku roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed zcela nov\u00e9 modely elektromobil\u016f, mezi n\u011b\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed Porsche Macan Electric a Audi Q6 e-tron<sup>1<\/sup>\u00a0na platform\u011b PPE (Premium Platform Electric) a modely ID.7<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0a ID.7 Tourer<sup>3<\/sup>, CUPRA Tavascan<sup>4<\/sup>\u00a0a ID. Buzz s\u00a0dlouh\u00fdm rozvorem<sup>5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b mnoha produktov\u00fdch highlight\u016f po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 koncern s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee se v\u00a0nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch za\u010dnou po\u010dty objedn\u00e1vek v\u00a0z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b meziro\u010dn\u011b dynamicky zvy\u0161ovat. Plat\u00ed to i pro elektromobily, kter\u00e9 jsou ji\u017e v\u00a0nab\u00eddce a s\u00a0nimi\u017e koncern Volkswagen vstoupil do nov\u00e9ho roku s\u00a0meziro\u010dn\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b pozitivn\u00edm trendem.<\/p>\n<p>Koncern Volkswagen hled\u00ed vst\u0159\u00edc roku 2024 celkov\u011b s\u00a0d\u016fv\u011brou vzhledem k\u00a0rekordn\u00edmu po\u010dtu nov\u00fdch model\u016f. D\u00edky v\u00fdkonn\u00fdm platform\u00e1m je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdroby v\u00edce ne\u017e 30 nov\u00fdch produkt\u016f. Koncern na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch provozn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed pl\u00e1nuje nav\u00edc dal\u0161\u00ed investice do aktivit v\u00a0oblasti akumul\u00e1tor\u016f a posilov\u00e1n\u00ed region\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><b>Flexibiln\u00ed strategie<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Koncern Volkswagen je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den o tom, \u017ee budoucnost mobility je elektrick\u00e1. Zat\u00edmco n\u011bkter\u00e9 zem\u011b pokra\u010duj\u00ed v\u00a0pozoruhodn\u011b rychl\u00e9m transforma\u010dn\u00edm tempu, v jin\u00fdch regionech prob\u00edh\u00e1 n\u00e1stup elektromobility pomaleji, ne\u017e se o\u010dek\u00e1valo. Strategie koncernu Volkswagen se proto vyzna\u010duje flexibilitou. Zat\u00edmco do p\u0159echodu na elektromobilitu sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed i nad\u00e1le rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 investice, z\u016fstanou v\u00a0p\u0159eklenovac\u00ed f\u00e1zi sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed produktov\u00e9 nab\u00eddky je\u0161t\u011b konkurenceschopn\u00e9, hospod\u00e1rn\u00e9 a atraktivn\u00ed modely se spalovac\u00edmi motory. Na mnoha trz\u00edch dopln\u00ed nab\u00eddku vylep\u0161en\u00e9 a nov\u00e9 plug-in hybridn\u00ed modely.<\/p>\n<p><b>K pozitivn\u00edmu v\u00fdvoji provozn\u00edho zisku p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed v\u0161echny skupiny zna\u010dek<\/b><\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echny skupiny zna\u010dek osobn\u00edch automobil\u016f dos\u00e1hly v\u00a0roce 2023 dobr\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. Siln\u00fd byl nejen n\u00e1r\u016fst v\u00fdnos\u016f z\u00a0prodeje, ale tak\u00e9 provozn\u00ed zisk p\u0159ed za\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00edm mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch polo\u017eek se po o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed o vlivy zm\u011bn ocen\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u zaji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00edch obchod\u016f se surovinami nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161emi zna\u010dkami zv\u00fd\u0161il.<\/p>\n<p>Provozn\u00ed mar\u017ee skupiny zna\u010dek Core (Volkswagen, Volkswagen U\u017eitkov\u00e9 vozy, \u0160koda, SEAT\/CUPRA) vzrostla na 5,3 procenta (z 3,6 procenta), za \u010d\u00edm\u017e stoj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdrazn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst tr\u017eeb o 21 procent na 137,8 miliardy eur. Skupina zna\u010dek Core t\u00edmto provozn\u00edm ziskem u\u010dinila d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd prvn\u00ed krok k\u00a0dosa\u017een\u00ed strategick\u00e9ho c\u00edle ziskovosti 8 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Tr\u017eby skupiny zna\u010dek Progressive (Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley, Ducati) vzrostly v roce 2023 na 69,9 miliardy eur (+13 procent). Provozn\u00ed zisk klesl na 6,3 miliardy eur. P\u0159ed zapo\u010dten\u00edm vliv\u016f zm\u011bn ocen\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u zaji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00edch obchod\u016f se surovinami se provozn\u00ed zisk zv\u00fd\u0161il na 7,7 miliardy eur. Provozn\u00ed mar\u017ee dos\u00e1hla 9,0 procenta (v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm roce: 12,3 procenta). Po o\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed o v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 vlivy zm\u011bn ocen\u011bn\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161i -1,4 miliardy eur vzrostla na 11,0 procenta (v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm roce: 10,6 procenta).<\/p>\n<p>Skupina zna\u010dek Sport Luxury (Porsche) pokra\u010dovala ve sv\u00e9 \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 bilanci. Jej\u00ed tr\u017eby vzrostly na 37,3 miliardy eur (v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm roce: 34,6 miliardy eur), zat\u00edmco provozn\u00ed mar\u017ee se navzdory negativn\u00edm vliv\u016fm p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0podob\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f na zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00fdch produkt\u016f a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f pohybovala s\u00a018,6 procenta na \u00farovni p\u0159edchoz\u00edho roku.<\/p>\n<p>Provozn\u00ed zisk koncernov\u00e9 divize finan\u010dn\u00edch slu\u017eeb p\u0159isp\u011bl k\u00a0celkov\u00e9mu v\u00fdsledku koncernu 3,8 mld. eur a zaostal tedy za vysokou \u00farovn\u00ed p\u0159edchoz\u00edho roku o cca jednu t\u0159etinu. D\u016fvodem je o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e1 normalizace cen ojet\u00fdch voz\u016f. Z\u016fstatkov\u00e9 hodnoty ojet\u00fdch voz\u016f vzhledem ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdroby nov\u00fdch voz\u016f v\u00a0d\u016fsledku nedostatku polovodi\u010d\u016f vzrostly v\u00a0letech 2021 a 2022 na dosud nev\u00eddanou \u00farove\u0148.
