{"id":3333,"date":"2024-04-11T09:16:51","date_gmt":"2024-04-11T09:16:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/?p=3333"},"modified":"2024-04-11T09:16:51","modified_gmt":"2024-04-11T09:16:51","slug":"auta-kategorie-m1-a-n1-ceka-system-edr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/?p=3333","title":{"rendered":"Auta kategorie M1 a N1 \u010dek\u00e1 syst\u00e9m EDR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"elementToProof\"><strong>Syst\u00e9mem EDR mus\u00ed b\u00fdt od \u010dervence 2022 vybavena v\u0161echna nov\u011b homologovan\u00e1 vozidla kategorie M1 a N1 a od \u010dervence 2024 pak v\u0161echna nov\u011b vyroben\u00e1 vozidla kategorie M1 a N1 bez ohledu na datum uveden\u00ed na trh.<\/strong><!--more--><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\">Syst\u00e9m EDR (z anglick\u00e9ho Event Data Recorder, voln\u011b p\u0159elo\u017eeno jako zapisova\u010de \u00fadaj\u016f o ud\u00e1losti) je za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed k\u00a0ulo\u017een\u00ed vybran\u00fdch informac\u00ed o vozidle v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee nastane p\u0159edem definovan\u00e1 ud\u00e1lost. <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Co je syst\u00e9m EDR a kde je ve voze um\u00edst\u011bn<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EDR je funkce, resp. za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nainstalovan\u00e9 ve vozidle, kter\u00e9 ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 informace o vozidle v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee nastane ur\u010dit\u00e1 specifikovan\u00e1 ud\u00e1lost \u2013 obecn\u011b kdy\u017e dojde k\u00a0aktivaci airbag\u016f, p\u0159edep\u00edna\u010d\u016f bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch p\u00e1s\u016f nebo k p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed zpomalen\u00ed vozidla o 8 km\/h za dobu 300 ms.<\/p>\n<p>Samotn\u00e9 EDR je nej\u010dast\u011bji funkc\u00ed ACM (z anglick\u00e9ho Airbag Control Module, tedy \u0159\u00eddc\u00ed jednotky airbag\u016f), kter\u00fd je instalov\u00e1n v dob\u0159e chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9m prostoru vozidla (obvykle pod jedn\u00edm z p\u0159edn\u00edch sedadel, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b ve st\u0159edov\u00e9 konzoli) a hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli p\u0159i z\u00e1znamu nehodov\u00fdch dat, kter\u00e9 shroma\u017e\u010fuje z vyhrazen\u00fdch sn\u00edma\u010d\u016f, rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch po cel\u00e9m vozidle.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Jak syst\u00e9m funguje<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m EDR sn\u00edm\u00e1 pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b data z\u00a0\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotky airbag\u016f (spolu s\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edmi informacemi o vozidle) tato data uzamkne a\u017e v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nehody, resp. p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed p\u0159ednastaven\u00fdch hodnot, a to v\u00a0\u010dase do 5 sekund p\u0159ed zaznamenanou ud\u00e1lost\u00ed a 300 ms po zaznamenan\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti. Nahr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dat pracuje na principu uzav\u0159en\u00e9 smy\u010dky a EDR tedy nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 data a p\u0159episuje n\u011bkolik p\u0159edchoz\u00edch vte\u0159in, dokud ho nezastav\u00ed ud\u00e1lost.<\/p>\n<p>Konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed data, kter\u00e1 jsou zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1na, jejich rozsah a p\u0159esnost vymezuje p\u0159edpis OSN \u010d. 160. Mezi t\u011bmito daty jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>rychlost ud\u00e1van\u00e1 vozidlem,<\/li>\n<li>poloha akceler\u00e1toru nebo ped\u00e1lu akceler\u00e1toru,<\/li>\n<li>stav provozn\u00ed brzdy,<\/li>\n<li>stav bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch p\u00e1s\u016f,<\/li>\n<li>zrychlen\u00ed vozidla v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch os\u00e1ch,<\/li>\n<li>z\u00e1sah do \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>aktivace airbag\u016f a \u010das do aktivace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><b>Data ukl\u00e1dan\u00e1 v\u00a0syst\u00e9mu EDR jsou anonymizovan\u00e1<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeliko\u017e je funkce syst\u00e9mu EDR sv\u00e1z\u00e1na s\u00a0funkc\u00ed \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotky airbag\u016f, nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e1 jeho deaktivace. Samotn\u00e1 data jsou v\u0161ak anonymizov\u00e1na a mus\u00ed b\u00fdt chr\u00e1n\u011bna p\u0159ed manipulac\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e syst\u00e9m nesm\u00ed ukl\u00e1dat posledn\u00ed 4 \u010d\u00edslice VIN, aby nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed vozidlo, vlastn\u00edka \u010di provozovatele jednozna\u010dn\u011b identifikovat.<\/p>\n<p>Vy\u010dten\u00ed jednotky EDR v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b vy\u017eaduje p\u0159ipojen\u00ed vy\u010d\u00edtac\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (nej\u010dast\u011bji CDR &#8211; Crash Data Retrieval) p\u0159\u00edmo na vozidlo nebo samotnou \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed jednotku. Syst\u00e9m uchov\u00e1v\u00e1 ve\u0161ker\u00e1 data p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00a0jednotce EDR a nem\u00e1 mo\u017enost je odes\u00edlat na d\u00e1lku. Rovn\u011b\u017e jeho prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm nelze sledovat nap\u0159\u00edklad j\u00edzdn\u00ed styl \u0159idi\u010de nebo glob\u00e1ln\u00ed polohu vozidla.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>K\u00a0\u010demu je mo\u017en\u00e9 data ze syst\u00e9mu vyu\u017e\u00edt<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Data EDR poskytuj\u00ed informace pro v\u00fdzkum bezpe\u010dnosti silni\u010dn\u00edch vozidel a mohou slou\u017eit jak pro diagnostiku vozidla v dob\u011b n\u00e1razu, tak p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny dopravn\u00ed nehody. Jejich zkoum\u00e1n\u00edm je mo\u017en\u00e1 inovace a zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00edch bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f ve vozidlech (co\u017e byl mj. jeden z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f jejich zaveden\u00ed na p\u0159elomu stolet\u00ed v\u00a0USA). Data EDR napom\u00e1haj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e v oblasti silni\u010dn\u00edho stavitelstv\u00ed, kdy lze statistickou anal\u00fdzou pr\u016fb\u011bhu a p\u0159\u00ed\u010din dopravn\u00edch nehod navrhnout vhodn\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed jak na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed komunikaci, tak ve f\u00e1zi v\u00fdstavby nov\u00e9 komunikace.<\/p>\n<p>Velmi podrobn\u011b je problematika EDR rozebr\u00e1na v\u00a0publikaci <a href=\"https:\/\/k622.fd.cvut.cz\/downloads\/Technologie%20EDR.pdf\"><strong><u><b>Technologie EDR a jej\u00ed principy<\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0zpracovan\u00e9m autory z\u00a0\u010cVUT.
