Ani kontroverzn\u00edch informac\u00ed nen\u00ed m\u00e1lo. A\u0165 u\u017e sm\u011brem ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed s c\u00edlem sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 stopy, p\u0159et\u0159\u00e1s\u00e1n\u00ed ekonomick\u00e9 (ne) v\u00fdhodnosti nebo jejich p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9mu vlivu na spalovac\u00ed motory u automobil\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch stroj\u016f.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00e1v\u011b \u00fajma na \u201esrdci\u201c ka\u017ed\u00e9ho vozu vad\u00ed mnoha \u0159idi\u010d\u016fm na biopalivech asi nejv\u00edce. \u0160kod\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b ve\u0161ker\u00e9 bioslo\u017eky p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1van\u00e9 do motorov\u00e9 nafty, dieselov\u00fdm\/vzn\u011btov\u00fdm motor\u016fm nebo to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i jinak?<\/p>\n<p>Odpov\u011b\u010f hledal \u010desk\u00fd v\u00fdrobce vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed generace biopaliv &#8211; libereck\u00fd Temperatior, ve v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch laborato\u0159\u00edch Centra vozidel udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 mobility (CVUM, pat\u0159\u00ed pod \u010cVUT), kde po dobu zhruba dvou let testoval motorovou naftu pr\u00e1v\u011b s p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed biopaliva vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed generace ozna\u010dovanou v souladu s evropskou legislativou jako TME (Tallow Methyl Ester). Tu ve sv\u00e9m v\u00fdrobn\u00edm z\u00e1vod\u011b v Liberci vyr\u00e1b\u00ed z odpadn\u00edch \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f (kafil\u00e1tu), kter\u00e9 by jako v\u00fdstupn\u00ed produkt z jatek nem\u011bly jinak u\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 uplatn\u011bn\u00ed. V\u00fdsledky zkou\u0161ek nejednoho motoristu p\u0159ekvap\u00ed, mo\u017en\u00e1 i zasko\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOpakovan\u00e9 testov\u00e1n\u00ed potvrdilo \u010dist\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky n\u00e1mi vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 bioslo\u017eky p\u0159i jej\u00edm pom\u011brn\u00e9m p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed do nafty v dieselov\u00fdch motorech aut. Nav\u00edc se je\u0161t\u011b prok\u00e1zala i \u00fasporu paliva, kter\u00e1 p\u0159i jej\u00edm vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u010dinila 3 &#8211; 5 %,\u201c uvedl k souhrnn\u00fdm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm test\u016f v CVUM Michal Fi\u0161er, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel spole\u010dnosti Temperatior.<\/p>\n<p>Jeho slova potvrzuje technick\u00fd \u0159editel CVUM Vojt\u011bch Kl\u00edr: \u201eV\u00fdstupy z mnoha prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fdch test\u016f jsou jednozna\u010dn\u00e9. Bioslo\u017eka TME od spole\u010dnosti Temperatior \u010dist\u00ed vzn\u011btov\u00e9 motory v pr\u016fb\u011bhu b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho provozu. \u010cistic\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek lze pozorovat (experiment\u00e1ln\u011b kvantifikovat) u\u017e p\u0159i p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 1 % tohoto biopaliva do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 (z ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b dod\u00e1van\u00e9) motorov\u00e9 nafty. Takto vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 palivo zajist\u00ed postupn\u00e9 sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed usazenin ve spalovac\u00edm prostoru, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e b\u011bhem spalovac\u00edho procesu nebyly pozorov\u00e1ny negativn\u00ed vlivy na ostatn\u00ed sledovan\u00e9 parametry motoru.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Zkou\u0161kami potvrzen\u00e9 \u010dist\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky biopaliva TME tak vyvrac\u00ed v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 motoristick\u00e9 pov\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee ve\u0161ker\u00e9 bioslo\u017eky vzn\u011btov\u00e9 motory aut doslova zane\u0159\u00e1d\u00ed. Nyn\u00ed plat\u00ed, jak kter\u00e9. Probl\u00e9my asi budou nad\u00e1le p\u0159etrv\u00e1vat u prvn\u00ed generace biopaliv, ozna\u010dovan\u00fdch jako RME (Rapeseed Methyl Ester u n\u00e1s zn\u00e1m\u00e9 i jako ME\u0158O) vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdch v\u011bt\u0161inou z vyp\u011bstovan\u00fdch plodin (\u0159epky olejn\u00e9). U nich mimo to je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159i del\u0161\u00edm skladov\u00e1n\u00ed po cca 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch doch\u00e1z\u00ed k degradaci parametr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>TME, p\u0159i jeho\u017e produkci v Liberci se zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed zmi\u0148ovan\u00e9 odpadn\u00ed \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 tuky, m\u00e1 prokazateln\u011b na vzn\u011btov\u00e9 motory aut pozitivn\u00ed vliv. Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno: Motory, v nich\u017e se pohonn\u00e9 hmoty testovaly a kter\u00e9 byly p\u0159edt\u00edm v provozu dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta, \u010demu\u017e odpov\u00eddal i jejich stav, pro\u0161ly b\u011bhem zkou\u0161ek paliva s p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed libereck\u00e9ho TME mo\u017en\u00e1 trochu neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u011b o\u010distnou k\u00farou. TME oproti RME tak\u00e9 vykazuj\u00ed stabiln\u00ed parametry p\u0159i skladov\u00e1n\u00ed (a\u017e po dobu n\u011bkolik let).<\/p>\n<p>Producent \u010desk\u00e9ho TME p\u0159im\u00edchan\u00e9ho do nafty p\u0159i zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch v CVUM \u2013 spole\u010dnost Temperatior, nen\u00ed ve v\u00fdrob\u011b bioaliv \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm nov\u00e1\u010dkem. Na trhu p\u016fsob\u00ed u\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 let. Ve\u0161kerou svoji produkci z v\u00fdrobn\u00edho z\u00e1vodu v Liberci exportuje do zem\u00ed EU k TOP sv\u011btov\u00fdm v\u00fdrobc\u016fm. Jeho ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdroba TME je na \u00farovni cca 55 tis\u00edc tun. K nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm v sou\u010dasnosti pat\u0159\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di a petrochemick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti jako nap\u0159. Vitol\/VARO, ENI, Total, Shell, Petroineos, Alpha Trading, a dal\u0161\u00ed. V \u010cesku se zat\u00edm v \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku jeho biopalivo p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm do motorov\u00e9 nafty neuplatnilo.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdvoj optim\u00e1ln\u00edho biopaliva z odpadn\u00edch \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch produkt\u016f trval v Temperatioru n\u011bkolik let a pod\u00edleli se na n\u011bm odborn\u00edci z V\u0160CHT Praha. V Liberci vyvinut\u00e9 a odzkou\u0161en\u00e9 TME se m\u016f\u017ee bu\u010f p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1vat do motorov\u00e9 nafty, nebo i pou\u017e\u00edvat samostatn\u011b. Jeho hlavn\u00edmi v\u00fdhodami jsou ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed emise CO2 oproti b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm paliv\u016fm a tedy v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed uhl\u00edkov\u00e1 stopa.
