{"id":511,"date":"2023-11-27T07:02:12","date_gmt":"2023-11-27T07:02:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/?p=511"},"modified":"2023-11-27T07:02:12","modified_gmt":"2023-11-27T07:02:12","slug":"stredocesky-kraj-je-pro-ridice-rizikovy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/?p=511","title":{"rendered":"St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj je pro \u0159idi\u010de rizikov\u00fd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed po\u010det dopravn\u00edch nehod v\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky p\u0159ipad\u00e1 v\u00a0mezikrajsk\u00e9m srovn\u00e1n\u00ed na St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj (bez zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy). <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou dopravn\u00edch nehod je nespr\u00e1vn\u00fd zp\u016fsob j\u00edzdy (celkem 48,77 % nehod) a tak\u00e9 p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed rychlosti (19,96 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f). Oboj\u00ed je na vysoce frekventovan\u00fdch komunikac\u00edch sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edch do Prahy s hust\u00fdm tranzitn\u00edm, doj\u00ed\u017e\u010fkov\u00fdm i krajsk\u00fdm provozem obrovsk\u00fdm rizikem. St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj, to jsou ale tak\u00e9 lesn\u00ed \u00faseky silnic nebo pole obklopuj\u00edc\u00ed silnice a d\u00e1lnice, a tedy p\u0159irozen\u00e9 oblasti v\u00fdskytu lesn\u00ed zv\u011b\u0159e. Pr\u00e1v\u011b st\u0159ety s n\u00ed jako p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina nehod jsou na silnic\u00edch St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje rovn\u011b\u017e velmi \u010dast\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z\u00a0\u00fadaj\u016f Port\u00e1lu nehod (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.portalnehod.cz\/\">www.portalnehod.cz<\/a>), kter\u00fd ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e dva roky v\u00fdrazn\u011b napom\u00e1h\u00e1 v\u00a0bezpe\u010dnosti silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu a pravideln\u011b hodnot\u00ed rizikovost jednotliv\u00fdch lokalit \u010dast\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch nehod v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Podle jeho anal\u00fdzy se St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj d\u011bl\u00ed spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0Libereck\u00fdm krajem o 3.\u20134. nejhor\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsto v\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u010cR s\u00a0pod\u00edlem nehod, kter\u00e9 nevzniknou ze zavin\u011bn\u00ed \u0159idi\u010de, ve v\u00fd\u0161i 18,53 %.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Praha-v\u00fdchod \u2013 okres s\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem nehod ve St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 1620 nehod ro\u010dn\u011b se stane na \u00fazem\u00ed okresu Praha-v\u00fdchod, kter\u00fd je tak okresem s\u00a0nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nehodovost\u00ed ve St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji. N\u00e1sleduj\u00ed okresy Bene\u0161ov se 1472 a Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav se 1466 nehodami ro\u010dn\u011b. Zat\u00edmco u okresu Praha-v\u00fdchod mezi p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinami nehod jednozna\u010dn\u011b dominuje s\u00a055% pod\u00edlem nespr\u00e1vn\u00fd zp\u016fsob \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, u okresu Bene\u0161ov m\u00e1 pod\u00edl 45,3 % a nap\u0159\u00edklad 24,2 % nehod v\u016fbec nen\u00ed zavin\u011bno \u0159idi\u010dem. U okresu Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav jsou statistiky podobn\u00e9 \u2013 43,1 % nehod zavin\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di nespr\u00e1vn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u2013 naopak 22,3 % nehod nevznik\u00e1 z\u00a0viny \u0159idi\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Za prvn\u00ed trojic\u00ed okres\u016f n\u00e1sleduj\u00ed z\u00a0hlediska po\u010dtu nehod okresy P\u0159\u00edbram (1278 nehod ro\u010dn\u011b), Kladno (1162 nehod ro\u010dn\u011b) a Praha-z\u00e1pad (1144 nehod ro\u010dn\u011b).<\/p>\n<p>U dal\u0161\u00edch okres\u016f jsou pak celkov\u00e9 po\u010dty nehod ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u2013 d\u00e1 se \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm je okres vzd\u00e1len\u011bj\u0161\u00ed od Prahy, t\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed je nehodovost na jeho silnic\u00edch. Statistiku uzav\u00edraj\u00ed okresy Rakovn\u00edk (679 nehod ro\u010dn\u011b) a Kutn\u00e1 Hora (665 nehod ro\u010dn\u011b) \u2013 oba na pomez\u00ed St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje a sousedn\u00edch kraj\u016f s\u00a0po\u010dtem nehod t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na t\u0159etinov\u00e9 \u00farovni ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0okresem Praha-v\u00fdchod.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opatrnost je nam\u00edst\u011b \u2013 pr\u00e1v\u011b nespr\u00e1vn\u00fd zp\u016fsob j\u00edzdy stoj\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 za polovinou v\u0161ech dopravn\u00edch nehod ve St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji \u2013 \u0159idi\u010di nav\u00edc \u010dasto p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00ed povolenou rychlost. V\u00edme, kter\u00e1 m\u00edsta jsou ve St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji nejrizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Top 10 rizikov\u00fdch m\u00edst ve St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9m kraji p\u0159edstavuje v\u00fdzvy pro \u0159idi\u010de a bezpe\u010dnost silni\u010dn\u00edho provozu. Na t\u011bchto lokalit\u00e1ch se opakovan\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed nehody s v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdmi d\u016fsledky. Jsou to n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00edsta, kter\u00e1 byla <strong>sledov\u00e1na v p\u011btilet\u00e9m obdob\u00ed<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okres PRAHA-V\u00ddCHOD \u2013 d\u00e1lnice D1 a \u00fasek pobl\u00ed\u017e obce Stran\u010dice:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A\u017e 83 nehod s 18 zran\u011bn\u00fdmi \u010din\u00ed toto m\u00edsto jedn\u00edm z nejrizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nehod je nep\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed rychlosti stavu vozovky, s celkov\u00fdmi \u0161kodami t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 34 milion\u016f K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okres M\u011aLN\u00cdK \u2013 d\u00e1lnice D8 a mimo\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e1 k\u0159i\u017eovatka u Nov\u00e9 Vsi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S 59 nehodami a 18 zran\u011bn\u00fdmi je tato lokalita v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm problematick\u00fdm m\u00edstem. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina nehod je nep\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed rychlosti stavu vozovky. Celkov\u00e9 \u0161kody p\u0159esahuj\u00ed 15 milion\u016f K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okres BENE\u0160OV \u2013 silnice I\/3 p\u0159\u00edmo u Bene\u0161ova a k\u0159i\u017eovatka s ulic\u00ed Ke Stadionu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na tomto m\u00edst\u011b do\u0161lo k 29 nehod\u00e1m se 14 zran\u011bn\u00fdmi a je tedy v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm ohniskem rizika. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nehod je nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 pozornost \u0159idi\u010d\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se pln\u011b nev\u011bnuj\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vozidla. Celkov\u00e9 \u0161kody p\u0159esahuj\u00ed 10 milion\u016f K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okres KOL\u00cdN \u2013 silnice I\/125 v Kol\u00edn\u011b a k\u0159i\u017eovatka u Futura:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S 29 nehodami a 11 zran\u011bn\u00fdmi je toto m\u00edsto dal\u0161\u00edm problematick\u00fdm \u00fasekem. Ned\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ednosti p\u0159i odbo\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed vlevo pat\u0159\u00ed mezi nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny nehod, s celkov\u00fdmi \u0161kodami t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 4 miliony K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okres P\u0158\u00cdBRAM \u2013 silnice I\/18 a pr\u016fse\u010dn\u00e1 k\u0159i\u017eovatka u Dubence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kv\u016fli 16 nehod\u00e1m se 13 zran\u011bn\u00fdmi pat\u0159\u00ed tato lokalita mezi rizikov\u00e1 m\u00edsta. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nehod je ned\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ednosti proti p\u0159\u00edkazu St\u016fj, dej p\u0159ednost v j\u00edzd\u011b. Celkov\u00e9 \u0161kody jsou t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 3 miliony K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okres NYMBURK \u2013 silnice I\/38 a mimo\u00farov\u0148ov\u00e1 k\u0159i\u017eovatka s d\u00e1lnic\u00ed D11 u obce Kluky:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Problematick\u00fdm \u00fasekem je tak\u00e9 toto m\u00edsto \u2013 a to s 15 nehodami a 24 zran\u011bn\u00fdmi. Ned\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ednosti p\u0159i odbo\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed vlevo p\u0159edstavuje v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 riziko, s celkov\u00fdmi \u0161kodami p\u0159es 7,5 milionu K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okres KLADNO \u2013 silnice III\/2384 a oblouk mezi obcemi Velk\u00e1 Dobr\u00e1 a Rozd\u011blov:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se 14 nehodami a 13 zran\u011bn\u00fdmi pat\u0159\u00ed tato lokalita mezi problematick\u00e1 m\u00edsta. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nehod je nep\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed rychlosti dopravn\u011b-technick\u00e9mu stavu vozovky, s celkov\u00fdmi \u0161kodami t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 4 miliony K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okres P\u0158\u00cdBRAM \u2013 d\u00e1lnice D4 a \u00fasek kolem obce Obo\u0159i\u0161t\u011b:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jde o rizikov\u00e9 m\u00edsto s 38 nehodami a 10 zran\u011bn\u00fdmi. Nep\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed rychlosti stavu vozovky je nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nehod, s celkov\u00fdmi \u0161kodami p\u0159es 6,5 milionu K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okres BENE\u0160OV \u2013 silnice II\/106 u Bene\u0161ova pobl\u00ed\u017e zahr\u00e1dk\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 osady:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S 31 nehodami a 10 zran\u011bn\u00fdmi je toto m\u00edsto jedn\u00edm z problematick\u00fdch \u00fasek\u016f. Nehoda nezavin\u011bn\u00e1 \u0159idi\u010dem je \u010dast\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem s celkov\u00fdmi \u0161kodami t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 6,5 milionu K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Okres NYMBURK \u2013 Nymburk a k\u0159i\u017eovatka silnice II\/330 s Palack\u00e9ho t\u0159\u00eddou:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>17 nehod s 10 zran\u011bn\u00fdmi \u0159ad\u00ed i tuto lokalitu mezi rizikov\u00e1 m\u00edsta. Ned\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ednosti proti p\u0159\u00edkazu St\u016fj, dej p\u0159ednost v j\u00edzd\u011b je nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou nehod, s celkov\u00fdmi \u0161kodami p\u0159es 3,5 milionu K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00a0Kol\u00edn\u011b prob\u011bhla region\u00e1ln\u00ed konference pr\u00e1v\u011b s\u00a0c\u00edlem prevence dopravn\u00edch nehod<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b zlep\u0161en\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti na silnic\u00edch a upozorn\u011bn\u00ed na m\u00edsta, kde se st\u00e1v\u00e1 nejv\u00edce nehod, se v\u011bnovala region\u00e1ln\u00ed dopravn\u00ed konference, kter\u00e1 se uskute\u010dnila v historick\u00e9m s\u00e1le CEROP (projekt Podnikatelsk\u00fd inkub\u00e1tor Kol\u00ednsk\u00fd z\u00e1mek) na z\u00e1mku v Kol\u00edn\u011b 8. listopadu 2023. Rozeb\u00edralo se na n\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch deset nejrizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00edst na cest\u00e1ch St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje, ale i p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e9 studie dal\u0161\u00edch lokalit, kter\u00e9 se u\u017e i d\u00edky t\u011bmto konferenc\u00edm v minulosti poda\u0159ilo l\u00e9pe zabezpe\u010dit. Organiz\u00e1tory leto\u0161n\u00edho ro\u010dn\u00edku jsou spole\u010dnosti RSE Project a DataFriends. Projekt je financov\u00e1n z fondu z\u00e1brany \u0161kod \u010cesk\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159e pojistitel\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Datov\u00ed analytici Port\u00e1lu nehod zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed pro ka\u017ed\u00fd kraj anal\u00fdzy dopravn\u00ed nehodovosti v\u010detn\u011b nejrizikov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch m\u00edst v\u00a0dan\u00e9m regionu. Na fin\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdb\u011bru a po\u0159ad\u00ed rizikov\u00fdch m\u00edst se n\u00e1sledn\u011b shoduje expertn\u00ed komise slo\u017een\u00e1 ze z\u00e1stupc\u016f BESIP, Policie \u010cR a RSE Projectu.\u00a0<em>\u201eV r\u00e1mci leto\u0161n\u00edho ro\u010dn\u00edku jsme nab\u00eddli \u0161irok\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti ucelen\u00fd a empiricky dolo\u017een\u00fd pohled na nehodov\u00e1 m\u00edsta\u00a0ve st\u0159edn\u00edch \u010cech\u00e1ch. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsme se pod\u00edvali na to, zda opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 byla v dan\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b provedena, p\u0159inesla v \u010dase po\u017eadovan\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky,\u201c <\/em>uv\u00e1d\u00ed\u00a0Jan Chalas\u00a0ze spole\u010dnosti\u00a0DataFriends, kter\u00e1 provozuje\u00a0Port\u00e1l nehod, a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: \u201e<em>N\u011bkter\u00e1 nehodov\u00e1 m\u00edsta ale z\u00a0mapy rizikov\u00fdch m\u00edst nezmiz\u00ed, pokud \u0159idi\u010di v\u00a0dan\u00e9m \u00faseku nezm\u011bn\u00ed sv\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed.
