Oproti t\u00e9 z roku 2021 hovo\u0159\u00ed strategie o podpo\u0159e v\u00fdstavby 400 MW elektrolyz\u00e9r\u016f pro v\u00fdrobu obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku, konverzi n\u011bkolika p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00edch plynovod\u016f ze zemn\u00edho plynu na \u010dist\u00fd vod\u00edk okolo roku 2030 nebo povinnosti spot\u0159ebov\u00e1vat a\u017e 20 tis\u00edc tun obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku ro\u010dn\u011b podle unijn\u00ed legislativy.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Obnoviteln\u00fd vod\u00edk by m\u011bl nahradit \u010d\u00e1st ze 125 tis\u00edc tun \u0161ed\u00e9ho vod\u00edku b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho pro chemick\u00e9 procesy \u010di rafinaci paliv. Strategie p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed podpory nep\u016fjde v\u00fdrobu a spot\u0159ebu obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku kv\u016fli ekonomick\u00fdm aspekt\u016fm rozb\u011bhnout, a to ani ve v\u00fdrob\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e vod\u00edk vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podle Ministerstva pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu m\u00e1 vod\u00edk nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed potenci\u00e1l v sektoru dopravy a chemick\u00e9 a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. Zapomenout bychom ale nem\u011bli ani na sektor energetiky, kde m\u016f\u017ee fungovat jako nosi\u010d pro sez\u00f3nn\u00ed skladov\u00e1n\u00ed energie, kter\u00fd zvl\u00e1dne vst\u0159ebat nadbyte\u010dnou v\u00fdrobu z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energi\u00ed od jara do podzimu. Na aktualizaci strategie se v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod\u00edlela i \u010cesk\u00e1 vod\u00edkov\u00e1 technologick\u00e1 platforma (HYTEP).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vod\u00edk m\u00e1 b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm z mnoha pil\u00ed\u0159\u016f \u010desk\u00e9 bezemisn\u00ed energetiky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podle Veroniky Vohl\u00eddkov\u00e9, v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 \u0159editelky HYTEP je schv\u00e1len\u00ed strategie dobr\u00fdm impulsem jak pro pr\u016fmysl, tak pro ostatn\u00ed ministerstva, a to k roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed legislativy a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu nastaven\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed podpory vod\u00edku.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAktualizace Vod\u00edkov\u00e9 strategie \u010cR je pouh\u00fdm za\u010d\u00e1tkem. Adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed zastoupen\u00ed vod\u00edku n\u00e1m st\u00e1le chyb\u00ed zejm\u00e9na v energetick\u00e9m z\u00e1kon\u011b, a to navzdory tomu, \u017ee vod\u00edk bude m\u00edt v energetice do budoucna nezastupitelnou roli. St\u00e1le tak\u00e9 chyb\u00ed vhodn\u00fd syst\u00e9m st\u00e1tn\u00ed podpory, a\u010dkoliv se na jeho podob\u011b za\u010dalo ji\u017e pracovat. Mysl\u00edme si, \u017ee ke spln\u011bn\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f v zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku do pr\u016fmyslu a dopravy je nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edt kombinaci investi\u010dn\u00ed a provozn\u00ed podpory,\u201c zd\u016fraznila Vohl\u00eddkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projekty na v\u00fdrobu obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice b\u011b\u017e\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podle intern\u00edho \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 vod\u00edkov\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 platformy (HYTEP) se v \u010cR moment\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ipravuje p\u0159es 10 projekt\u016f na v\u00fdrobu obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku elektrol\u00fdzou vody. Jedn\u00e1 se o projekty od stovek kW a\u017e po des\u00edtky MW v\u00fdkonu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePokud by se v\u0161echny z\u00e1m\u011bry realizovaly v podob\u011b, kterou n\u00e1m p\u0159edlo\u017eily \u010desk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, vyr\u00e1b\u011bli bychom v \u010cR do roku 2030 p\u0159es 10 tis\u00edc tun obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku ro\u010dn\u011b. Vyu\u017eit\u00ed elektrolyz\u00e9r\u016f a realizace projekt\u016f z\u00e1vis\u00ed zejm\u00e9na na dostupnosti obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie, ale tak\u00e9 na tom, zda se pro projekty poda\u0159\u00ed nal\u00e9zt odb\u011bratele. V \u010cR m\u00e1me dlouhodob\u011b probl\u00e9m zejm\u00e9na s nedostatkem v\u011btrn\u00e9 energie. Rozd\u00edl mezi cenou \u0161ed\u00e9ho a obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku je v \u010cR mnohdy i v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 \u20ac za kilogram. Je proto zpo\u010d\u00e1tku pot\u0159eba v\u00fdrobu finan\u010dn\u011b podpo\u0159it, jedin\u011b tak dojde k rozvoji obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d sektory pr\u016fmyslu a dopravy,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Jan Sochor, seniorn\u00ed analytik \u010cesk\u00e9 vod\u00edkov\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 platformy (HYTEP).<\/p>\n<p>Podle Sochora je pot\u0159eba o vod\u00edku uva\u017eovat dlouhodob\u011b. Agentura BloombergNEF vydala v kv\u011btnu 2024 zpr\u00e1vu, \u017ee pouze 5 % v\u0161ech ohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch projekt\u016f do\u0161lo do f\u00e1ze fin\u00e1ln\u00edho investi\u010dn\u00edho rozhodnut\u00ed (FID).<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce a uplynul\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch jsme byli sv\u011bdky negativn\u00edch zpr\u00e1v o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed cen elektrolyz\u00e9r\u016f a navazuj\u00edc\u00edch technologi\u00ed. Zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed cen tak zp\u016fsobilo i neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fstu cen obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku. Je pot\u0159eba zm\u00ednit, \u017ee vod\u00edk je na po\u010d\u00e1tku a \u017ee se komer\u010dn\u00ed projekty teprve za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed budovat. Nap\u0159\u00edklad elektrolyz\u00e9ry sice nebudou pro svou komplexnost dosahovat tak rapidn\u00edho sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed cen jako fotovoltaick\u00e9 panely \u010di baterie, p\u0159esto jejich cena do budoucna v\u00fdrazn\u011b klesne, a to vlivem v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje, automatizace v\u00fdroby a rozvoje v\u00fdrobn\u00edch kapacit. Na stran\u011b popt\u00e1vky ji\u017e dlouhodob\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed cen za cel\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, p\u0159\u00edkladem mohou b\u00fdt palivov\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky. O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me, \u017ee tento trend bude pokra\u010dovat. Lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed tendenci porovn\u00e1vat ji\u017e komercionalizovan\u00e9 technologie s t\u011bmi, kter\u00e9 jsou teprve ve f\u00e1zi rozvoje. Vod\u00edk je dle na\u0161eho n\u00e1zoru oproti bateri\u00edm a fotovoltaick\u00fdm elektr\u00e1rn\u00e1m tak 10 let pozadu,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Sochor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pro pot\u0159ebn\u00fd dovoz vod\u00edku poslou\u017e\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed infrastruktura<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vod\u00edkov\u00e1 strategie \u010cR vid\u00ed krom\u011b v\u00fdroby obnoviteln\u00e9ho vod\u00edku a rozvoje kapacit pro v\u00fdrobu n\u00edzkouhl\u00edkov\u00e9ho vod\u00edku tak\u00e9 pot\u0159ebu ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm rozsahu vod\u00edk dov\u00e1\u017eet ze zem\u00ed pro jeho v\u00fdrobu p\u0159\u00edhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch, ne\u017e je \u010cesk\u00e1 republika. Proto je jednou z priorit strategie rozvoj p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed p\u0159epravn\u00ed soustavy na vod\u00edk, kter\u00e1 takov\u00fd import umo\u017en\u00ed. \u010c\u00e1st st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed infrastruktury spole\u010dnosti NET4GAS m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159ipravena na p\u0159epravu vod\u00edku ji\u017e kolem roku 2030.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV r\u00e1mci mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce p\u0159ipravujeme projekty umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed import vod\u00edku z oblast\u00ed jako jsou Baltsk\u00e9 mo\u0159e, Ukrajina, severn\u00ed Afrika a jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evropa, a to pr\u00e1v\u011b za vyu\u017eit\u00ed konverze existuj\u00edc\u00ed infrastruktury. D\u016fle\u017eitost role \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky ve vznikaj\u00edc\u00edm evropsk\u00e9m vod\u00edkov\u00e9m hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed potvrdila i Evropsk\u00e1 komise ud\u011blen\u00edm statusu projektu spole\u010dn\u00e9ho z\u00e1jmu (Project of Common Interest &#8211; PCI) dv\u011bma na\u0161im projekt\u016fm,\u201c popsal Michal Slab\u00fd, \u0159editel strategie, ze spole\u010dnosti NET4GAS.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b v\u00fdroby vod\u00edku p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 Vod\u00edkov\u00e1 strategie \u010cR i pln\u011bn\u00ed c\u00edl\u016f v doprav\u011b. Odvol\u00e1v\u00e1 se p\u0159itom na aktualizaci dal\u0161\u00edho strategick\u00e9ho dokumentu, kter\u00fd je moment\u00e1ln\u011b v d\u00edln\u011b Ministerstva pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1rodn\u00ed ak\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n \u010dist\u00e9 mobility z roku 2024 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00fdstavbu a\u017e 50 plnic\u00edch stanic pro vod\u00edk, a to zejm\u00e9na pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed, lehkou u\u017eitkovou \u010di lok\u00e1ln\u00ed autobusovou dopravu. Krom\u011b toho c\u00edl\u00ed na to, aby na \u010desk\u00fdch silnic\u00edch k roku 2030 jezdilo a\u017e 380 n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel typu N2 a N3 a 200 m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010di p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstsk\u00fdch autobus\u016f na vod\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p>S c\u00edlem d\u00e1le podpo\u0159it rozvoj vod\u00edkov\u00e9 ekonomiky jsou nyn\u00ed p\u0159ipravov\u00e1ny nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy; SF\u017dP p\u0159ipravuje v\u00fdzvu v r\u00e1mci programu GREENGAS a MPO v r\u00e1mci Opera\u010dn\u00edho programu Technologie a aplikace pro konkurenceschopnost.
