Paradoxn\u011b nejh\u016f\u0159e na tom mohou b\u00fdt <span class=\"highlight-E1id7 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Ford<\/span> a koncern <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id2 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">Volkswagen<\/span>, tedy automobilky, kter\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b ned\u00e1vno horliv\u011b podporovaly p\u0159echod na <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">elektromobilitu<\/span>, p\u00ed\u0161e t\u00fdden\u00edk EURO.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"highlight-E1id8 highlight-E1M\">Evropsk\u00e1<\/span> <span class=\"highlight-E1id8 highlight-E1M\">unie<\/span> postupn\u011b zp\u0159\u00eds\u0148uje regulace <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">emis\u00ed<\/span> <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">oxidu<\/span> <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho<\/span>. C\u00edlem je rok 2035, kdy bude limit 0 g\/km, co\u017e prakticky znamen\u00e1 z\u00e1kaz prodeje voz\u016f s klasick\u00fdmi spalovac\u00edmi motory, v\u010detn\u011b hybrid\u016f a plug-in hybrid\u016f. U\u017e v roce 2030 v\u0161ak vstoup\u00ed v platnost limit 50 g\/km, kter\u00fd v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b spl\u0148uj\u00ed jen plug-in hybridy. I to se ale m\u016f\u017ee zm\u011bnit, pokud <span class=\"highlight-E1id8 highlight-E1M\">EU<\/span> uprav\u00ed metodiku m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">emis\u00ed<\/span> u dob\u00edjec\u00edch hybrid\u016f, co\u017e by mohlo zkomplikovat situaci.<\/p>\n<p>Nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bna limit\u016f n\u00e1s v\u0161ak \u010dek\u00e1 v roce 2025. Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 hodnota 116 g\/km, platn\u00e1 od roku 2020, se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed na 93,6 g\/km. I kdy\u017e se automobilky sna\u017e\u00ed postupn\u011b sni\u017eovat pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">emise<\/span> v\u0161ech prodan\u00fdch voz\u016f, pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 bude nemo\u017en\u00e9 nov\u00fd limit splnit, co\u017e povede k placen\u00ed obrovsk\u00fdch pokut. Pokuty se budou vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vat na z\u00e1klad\u011b 95 eur za ka\u017ed\u00fd gram nad limitem u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho prodan\u00e9ho vozu.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bmeck\u00e1 analytick\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Dataforce spo\u010d\u00edtala aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty flotilov\u00fdch <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">emis\u00ed<\/span> nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch automobilek a koncern\u016f, aby p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eila, jak vysok\u00e9 pokuty by mohly o\u010dek\u00e1vat, kdyby prod\u00e1valy stejn\u00e9 modely v toto\u017en\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00edch jako letos. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b <span class=\"highlight-E1id9 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Tesla<\/span>, kter\u00e1 vyr\u00e1b\u00ed pouze elektrick\u00e9 vozy, nebude muset zaplatit ani euro.<\/p>\n<p>Pod aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm limitem se nach\u00e1z\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd koncern <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id12 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">Geely<\/span>, kter\u00fd zahrnuje zna\u010dky jako <span class=\"highlight-E1id1 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Volvo<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id4 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">Lotus<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight-E1id6 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Polestar<\/span>, Lynk nebo <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id0 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">Zeekr<\/span>. Jejich flotilov\u00e9 <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">emise<\/span> \u010din\u00ed 56 g\/km. Ostatn\u00ed automobilky maj\u00ed flotilov\u00e9 <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">emise<\/span> nad 93,6 g\/km a n\u011bkter\u00e9 dokonce i nad sou\u010dasn\u00fdm limitem 116 g\/km, tak\u017ee pokuty plat\u00ed ji\u017e nyn\u00ed, i kdy\u017e ne v takov\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i, jak\u00e9 je \u010dekaj\u00ed od p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho roku. <span class=\"highlight-E1id10 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Toyota<\/span>, s velk\u00fdm pod\u00edlem prodan\u00fdch hybrid\u016f, je na \u00farovni 105 g\/km, a jen o gram v\u00edce m\u00e1 <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id3 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">BMW<\/span> <span class=\"highlight-E1id3 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Group<\/span>. N\u00e1sleduj\u00ed <span class=\"highlight-E1id5 highlight-E1M\">Mercedes-Benz<\/span> a <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id11 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">Hyundai<\/span> se shodn\u00fdmi 108 g\/km, a za nimi <span class=\"highlight-query highlight-E1id13 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Stellantis<\/span> (113 g\/km) a Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi (114 g\/km).<\/p>\n<p><strong>FORD A VW P\u0158ES 120 GRAM\u016e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nejhor\u0161\u00ed situaci m\u00e1 <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id2 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">Volkswagen<\/span> <span class=\"highlight-E1id2 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Group<\/span> (123 g\/km) a <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id7 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">Ford<\/span> (125 g\/km). U nich se ned\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1vat v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed flotilov\u00fdch <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">emis\u00ed<\/span> do p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho roku. Zm\u011bnou nab\u00eddky a cenov\u00fdmi zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00edmi lze stimulovat prodej elektromobil\u016f a hybrid\u016f, ale ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s prodejem model\u016f se spalovac\u00edmi motory jde o t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zanedbateln\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed. Dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed je omezit dostupnost n\u011bkter\u00fdch model\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed extr\u00e9mn\u011b vysok\u00e9 <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">emise<\/span>. Takov\u00e9to kv\u00f3ty sice sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed pokuty, ale zarmout\u00ed <span class=\"highlight-E5id2 highlight-E5M\">z\u00e1kazn\u00edky<\/span> i samotn\u00e9 zna\u010dky, proto\u017ee p\u0159ijdou o \u010d\u00e1st <span class=\"highlight-E5id2 highlight-E5M\">z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Nejhor\u0161\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 p\u0159edstavuje dal\u0161\u00ed zdra\u017een\u00ed aut. Pokud se nov\u00fd limit uk\u00e1\u017ee jako p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd, automobilky p\u0159enesou finan\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e na <span class=\"highlight-E5id0 highlight-E5M\">spot\u0159ebitele<\/span>, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159i koupi vozu s vysok\u00fdmi <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">emisemi<\/span> zaplat\u00ed vlastn\u011b i \u010d\u00e1st budouc\u00ed pokuty nebo dokonce celou pokutu za <span class=\"highlight-E5id1 highlight-E5M\">v\u00fdrobce<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Paradoxem tohoto syst\u00e9mu limit\u016f a pokut je, \u017ee zat\u00edm nejv\u00edce na n\u011bj dopl\u00e1cej\u00ed automobilky, kter\u00e9 pl\u00e1novaly \u010dist\u011b elektrickou budoucnost a investovaly miliardy eur do v\u00fdvoje elektrick\u00fdch voz\u016f. <span class=\"highlight-E1id2 highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1M highlight-E4M\">Volkswagen<\/span> i <span class=\"highlight-E4id0 highlight-E1id7 highlight-E4M highlight-E1M\">Ford<\/span> cht\u011bli p\u0159ej\u00edt na <span class=\"highlight-E4id1 highlight-E4M\">elektromobilitu<\/span> d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e to bude vy\u017eadovat <span class=\"highlight-E1id8 highlight-E1M\">EU<\/span>. V posledn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch v\u0161ak zm\u011bnili r\u00e9toriku, proto\u017ee prodeje elektrick\u00fdch aut stagnuj\u00ed nebo m\u00edrn\u011b klesaj\u00ed a jejich investice se zat\u00edm nevrac\u00ed podle p\u0159edstav.
