D\u00edky vyu\u017eit\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f, jako jsou Power-to-Heat, Heat Grid a eRTO, se tov\u00e1rna v Debrec\u00ednu stane prvn\u00ed lakovnou zna\u010dky, kter\u00e1 bude fungovat bez pou\u017eit\u00ed fosiln\u00edch paliv. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tov\u00e1rna v Debrec\u00ednu, kde se na podzim leto\u0161n\u00edho roku rozb\u011bhne p\u0159eds\u00e9riov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba model\u016f Neue Klasse, je p\u0159edobrazem v\u0161ech budouc\u00edch tov\u00e1ren postaven\u00fdch na principech BMW iFACTORY.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 lakovna v Debrec\u00ednu je navr\u017eena tak, aby v pln\u011b automatizovan\u00e9m procesu zvl\u00e1dla nalakovat 30 karoseri\u00ed za hodinu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e tuto kapacitu lze pozd\u011bji zv\u00fd\u0161it a\u017e na 60. Provoz bude zah\u00e1jen lakov\u00e1n\u00edm karoseri\u00ed BMW X1. Nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed syst\u00e9m byl vyvinut a napl\u00e1nov\u00e1n s vyu\u017eit\u00edm st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch odborn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdrobn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b. T\u0159\u00edpodla\u017en\u00ed budova lakovny o rozloze 33 000 m\u00b2 sk\u00fdt\u00e1 velk\u00fd prostor pro modern\u00ed v\u00fdrobu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technologie Power-to-Heat v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje uhl\u00edkovou stopu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Princip Power-to-Heat je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd pro provoz lakovny v Debrec\u00ednu bez fosiln\u00edch paliv, jako je zemn\u00ed plyn. V\u0161echny pece a dal\u0161\u00ed procesy nezbytn\u00e9 pro lakov\u00e1n\u00ed budou fungovat v\u00fdhradn\u011b na elekt\u0159inu, nikoliv na plyn, jak tomu bylo d\u0159\u00edve. Tento princip v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje uhl\u00edkovou stopu lakovny, a to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee se spot\u0159eba elektrick\u00e9 energie z\u00a0d\u016fvodu provozu bez zemn\u00edho plynu zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed. Tento inovativn\u00ed koncept kombinuje n\u011bkolik opat\u0159en\u00ed pro efektivn\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed energie a umo\u017e\u0148uje j\u00ed u\u0161et\u0159it dal\u0161\u00edch a\u017e 10 %. Hlavn\u00edm prvkem projektu je velk\u00fd multivalentn\u00ed akumula\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1sobn\u00edk, kter\u00fd shroma\u017e\u010fuje odpadn\u00ed teplo z p\u0159\u00edvodu stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu, su\u0161ic\u00edch pec\u00ed a\u00a0chladic\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f. Toto odpadn\u00ed teplo se pak vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159evu vodn\u00edho okruhu.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed v\u00fdrobn\u00edho z\u00e1vodu v Debrec\u00ednu je to, \u017ee cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m pracuje p\u0159i teplot\u011b p\u0159\u00edvodu vody pouh\u00fdch 65 \u00b0C, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s 90\u2013120 \u00b0C v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch instalac\u00edch. Hork\u00e1 voda se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k nap\u00e1jen\u00ed ventila\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f v hale lakovny a k udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed stabiln\u00edch podm\u00ednek v lakovac\u00edch kabin\u00e1ch p\u0159i provozn\u00ed teplot\u011b 22 \u00b0C a vlhkosti 60\u201365 %.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010ci\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f inovativn\u00edm procesem eRTO<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Debrec\u00edn bude p\u0159i \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f spol\u00e9hat na inovativn\u00ed proces eRTO. eRTO je zkratka pro elektrickou regenerativn\u00ed termickou oxidaci, proces, kter\u00fd \u010dist\u00ed vzduch vyfukovan\u00fd z lakovny p\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch 800\u20131 000 \u00b0C a na rozd\u00edl od minulosti funguje v\u00fdhradn\u011b na elekt\u0159inu.<\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem procesu \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed proch\u00e1z\u00ed odpadn\u00ed vzduch keramick\u00fdm lo\u017eem, kde se spaluj\u00ed zbytky rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel. Pro tento \u00fa\u010del mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vzduch v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m \u00faseku zah\u0159\u00e1n na vysokou teplotu. Ve\u0161ker\u00fd lak, kter\u00fd ve st\u0159\u00edkac\u00edm boxu nep\u0159ilne ke karoserii, je odfiltrov\u00e1n a sm\u00edch\u00e1n s\u00a0v\u00e1pencov\u00fdm pr\u00e1\u0161kem. T\u00edm se v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje spot\u0159eba vody a st\u0159\u00edkac\u00ed kabina m\u016f\u017ee pracovat a\u017e s 90% recirkulac\u00ed vzduchu. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je t\u0159eba regulovat teplotu a zvlh\u010dovat pouze 10 procent vzduchu nam\u00edsto 100 procent, co\u017e vede k v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m energie. Pou\u017eit\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ek lze tak\u00e9 vr\u00e1tit zp\u011bt do materi\u00e1lov\u00e9ho cyklu a znovu pou\u017e\u00edt nap\u0159\u00edklad v cement\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, m\u00edsto aby musel b\u00fdt likvidov\u00e1n jako kontaminovan\u00e1 odpadn\u00ed voda, jak tomu bylo v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159edchoz\u00ed metody mokr\u00e9ho \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Komplexn\u00ed digitalizace<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vedle inovativn\u00edch technologi\u00ed, jako jsou Heat Grid a eRTO, p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k vysok\u00e9 efektivit\u011b nov\u00e9 lakovny v Debrec\u00ednu tak\u00e9 komplexn\u00ed digitalizace. Karoserie do jednotliv\u00fdch provoz\u016f nap\u0159\u00edklad dopravuj\u00ed pln\u011b automatizovan\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed prost\u0159edky AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) bez \u0159idi\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho je vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na automatizovan\u00e1 kontrola povrchu (A01), kter\u00e1 pomoc\u00ed um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence odhaluje nepravidelnosti po lakov\u00e1n\u00ed a identifikuje m\u00edsta vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 \u00fapravy. Pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed lakovny bylo realizov\u00e1no virtu\u00e1ln\u011b, co\u017e umo\u017enilo virtu\u00e1ln\u011b otestovat konstruk\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm skute\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby.
