Jak vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z pr\u016fzkumu, kter\u00fd si nechala zpracovat spole\u010dnost Software602, 33 % \u010desk\u00fdch firem m\u00e1 velmi n\u00edzkou m\u00edru digitalizace.<\/b><\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci intern\u00edch proces\u016f tak \u0159e\u0161\u00ed jej\u00ed pomoc\u00ed naprost\u00e9 minimum provozn\u00edch agend. Pro v\u00edce ne\u017e polovinu firem (57 %) je hlavn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou digitalizace pocit, \u017ee ji firma nepot\u0159ebuje nebo, \u017ee n\u00e1klady na ni budou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00edzkou m\u00edru digitalizace firemn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed v\u00a0\u010cR zmi\u0148uje i leto\u0161n\u00ed zpr\u00e1va programu Evropsk\u00e1 digit\u00e1ln\u00ed dek\u00e1da (EU Digital Decade 2030). Ta stanov\u00ed mechanismus pro sledov\u00e1n\u00ed pokroku digitalizace ve st\u00e1tech EU do roku 2030. Jako slabou hodnot\u00ed tato zpr\u00e1va p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm digitalizaci mal\u00fdch a st\u0159edn\u00edch podnik\u016f (SME)<sup>1 <\/sup>v \u010cR. \u00dadajn\u011b pouze 49,3 % mal\u00fdch a st\u0159edn\u00edch podnik\u016f alespo\u0148 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 digit\u00e1ln\u00ed intenzity, co\u017e je pod pr\u016fm\u011brem EU, kter\u00fd \u010din\u00ed 57,7 %.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>T\u0159etina firem v\u00a0\u010cR (t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159) nedigitalizuje <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podle pr\u016fzkumu spole\u010dnosti Software602* m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt situace v\u00a0oblasti digitalizace je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b optimistick\u00e1. Kladen\u00e9 dotazy byly zam\u011b\u0159eny na digitalizaci 5 agend, se kter\u00fdmi spole\u010dnosti rutinn\u011b pracuj\u00ed nebo by pracovat m\u011bly \u2013 elektronick\u00fd podpis dokument\u016f, elektronick\u00e9 podepisov\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edch smluv se zam\u011bstnanci, intern\u00ed p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a schvalov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed a dokument\u016f, napojen\u00ed datov\u00e9 schr\u00e1nky a digit\u00e1ln\u00ed archiv. V\u00fdsledky ale uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee 33 % firem m\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 digitalizace skute\u010dn\u011b velmi n\u00edzkou. V\u00a0praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee nem\u00e1 digitalizov\u00e1ny ani dv\u011b z\u00a0t\u011bchto p\u011bti agend.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em><i>Firmy maj\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161enosti s\u00a0p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm a schvalov\u00e1n\u00edm dokument\u016f. Obvykle za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed s\u00a0digitalizac\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b zde. Jde v\u00a0podstat\u011b o po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed bod digitalizace cel\u00e9 firmy. Kdy\u017e zav\u00e1d\u00edte jakoukoliv novinku, je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee se spole\u010dnost rozd\u011bl\u00ed na nad\u0161ence, \u010dekatele a odm\u00edta\u010de. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s daty z\u00a0Evropy m\u016f\u017eeme vid\u011bt, \u017ee v \u010cR je skupina skeptik\u016f v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je pr\u016fm\u011br v EU. T\u00edm samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vznik\u00e1 riziko, \u017ee \u010desk\u00e9 firmy p\u0159ijdou o konkurenceschopnost, jeliko\u017e zahrani\u010dn\u00ed firmy p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed u n\u00e1s maj\u00ed ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f digitalizaci proces\u016f ji\u017e zavedenou. Snad jedinou v\u00fdjimkou je obsluha datov\u00e9 schr\u00e1nky, kter\u00e1 je unikem \u010desk\u00e9ho trhu,\u201c <\/i><\/em>shrnuje <strong><b>Pavel \u017di\u017eka, marketingov\u00fd \u0159editel Software602 <\/b><\/strong>a pokra\u010duje<em><i>:<\/i><\/em><strong><em><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><em><i>\u201eZ\u00e1rove\u0148 pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0oblasti obsluhy datov\u00fdch schr\u00e1nek registrujeme mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed popt\u00e1vku od firem se zahrani\u010dn\u00edm vlastn\u00edkem. Je to d\u00e1no t\u00edm, \u017ee jsou zvykl\u00e9 digitalizovat, nejsou z\u00a0minulosti zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 mandatorn\u00edm z\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00edm schr\u00e1nek ke komunikaci se st\u00e1tem a mnohem v\u00edce si uv\u011bdomuj\u00ed jejich potenci\u00e1l pro byznys.<\/i><\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>P\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky a motivace pro digitalizaci <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ekvapen\u00edm m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee za malou m\u00edrou digitalizace v\u00a0\u0159ad\u011b firem nen\u00ed skute\u010dnost, \u017ee by si neuv\u011bdomovaly jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos. V\u00fdznamnou roli p\u0159i jejich rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed hraje obava ze slo\u017eit\u00e9 implementace nebo neochota ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>Prvotn\u00ed digitalizaci firem iniciuje nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed veden\u00ed, ale p\u0159i jej\u00edm dal\u0161\u00edm rozvoji se do rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed zapojuje st\u0159edn\u00ed management, respektive specializovan\u00e1 odd\u011blen\u00ed. V\u00a076 % osloven\u00fdch firem byla digitalizace obecn\u011b zah\u00e1jena C-level managementem, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b elektronick\u00e9ho podepisov\u00e1n\u00ed smluv se zam\u011bstnanci vy\u0161el impulz od finan\u010dn\u00edho nebo HR odd\u011bleni. V\u00a0obou p\u0159\u00edpadech se pod\u00edlely na zaveden\u00ed proces\u016f ze 24 %.<\/p>\n<p>Pocit, \u017ee digitalizovat nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba, je bohu\u017eel nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bari\u00e9rou v\u00a0rozvoji digitalizace. Ve t\u0159etin\u011b osloven\u00fdch firem nen\u00ed digitalizace pro veden\u00ed prioritou. Pro 24 % firem jsou zase nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm stra\u0161\u00e1kem vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na jej\u00ed implementaci.<em><i>\u00a0\u201eMajitel\u00e9 firem se v\u00a0zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed digitalizace \u010dasto \u0159\u00edd\u00ed pravidlem \u2013 Kdo nic ned\u011bl\u00e1 nic nezkaz\u00ed. To se ale z\u00e1sadn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed s velikost\u00ed firmy. \u010c\u00edm je firma v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm vice kompetenc\u00ed p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed z majitele na management a ochota ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m stoup\u00e1. Nav\u00edc se \u00fam\u011brn\u011b s\u00a0velikost\u00ed firmy zvy\u0161uje i strach ze ztr\u00e1ty konkurenceschopnosti, proto\u017ee na jej\u00edm \u00fasp\u011bchu je z\u00e1visl\u00fd v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed po\u010det lid\u00ed,\u201c<\/i><\/em>\u00a0hodnot\u00ed <strong><b>Pavel \u017di\u017eka<\/b><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Naopak mezi hlavn\u00ed motiv\u00e1tory pro digitalizaci uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed firmy zrychlen\u00ed proces\u016f (28 %) a stejn\u00fd pod\u00edl firem uv\u00e1d\u00ed jako hlavn\u00ed motivaci i zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed pr\u00e1ce. P\u011btina spole\u010dnost\u00ed pak uvedla, \u017ee pro zaveden\u00ed digitalizace v\u00a0jejich o\u010d\u00edch hovo\u0159\u00ed fakt, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o oborov\u00fd standard a po\u017eadavek modern\u00edho zp\u016fsobu fungov\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed archivace v\u00a0plenk\u00e1ch<\/b><\/strong><br \/>\nZ pr\u016fzkumu rovn\u011b\u017e vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee digit\u00e1ln\u00ed archivace zdaleka nen\u00ed v \u010cR standardem. V \u0161anonech m\u00e1 ulo\u017eeny pap\u00edrov\u00e9 dokumenty a\u017e 85 % firem! Vlastn\u00edm datov\u00fdm serverem \u010di centrem disponuje 43 % dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch a stejn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed jich uvedlo, \u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 dokumentov\u00e9 \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u011b jako MS Sharepoint, Google Disk nebo jin\u00e9 cloudov\u00e9 slu\u017eby. Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed archiv m\u00e1 jen 21 % firem.<\/p>\n<p><em><i>\u201eDisproporce mezi \u010d\u00edsly u elektronick\u00e9ho podepisov\u00e1n\u00ed a profesion\u00e1ln\u00edho archiva\u010dn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je d\u00e1na n\u00edzkou informovanost\u00ed trhu o tom, jak digit\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1stroje funguj\u00ed a jak jsou prov\u00e1z\u00e1ny. Ulo\u017een\u00edm elektronicky podepsan\u00e9ho dokumentu na pouh\u00fd sd\u00edlen\u00fd disk se firma vystavuje nemal\u00e9mu riziku. Elektronicky podepsan\u00fd dokument je toti\u017e pot\u0159eba po 5 letech p\u0159eraz\u00edtkovat, abyste udr\u017eeli jeho platnost nap\u0159\u00edklad pro soudn\u00ed dokazov\u00e1n\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b sporu. To nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b velk\u00e9ho po\u010dtu dokument\u016f zajistit lidskou silou, a pr\u00e1v\u011b to za v\u00e1s \u0159e\u0161\u00ed sofistikovan\u00e9 digit\u00e1ln\u00ed archivy,\u201c<\/i><\/em>\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong><b>Pavel \u017di\u017eka.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nejm\u00e9n\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvanou novinkou je ve firm\u00e1ch podepisov\u00e1n\u00ed smluv se zam\u011bstnanci. Pouze 4 % firem tuto mo\u017enost vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pln\u011b, 5 % pak \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b. Obvykle jde o spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u011b \u0159e\u0161eny i dal\u0161\u00ed HR \u00fakony, jako je mo\u017enost \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed benefit\u016f zam\u011bstnanci apod. <em><i>\u201eTato n\u00edzk\u00e1 \u010d\u00edslo jsou d\u00e1na p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm t\u00edm, \u017ee mo\u017enost digit\u00e1ln\u011b podepisovat pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00ed dokumenty existuje teprve od \u0159\u00edjna 2023. Mnoho firem tak tento proces teprve zav\u00e1d\u00ed \u010di se na n\u011bj p\u0159ipravuje,\u201c<\/i><\/em>\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong><b>Pavel \u017di\u017eka<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0a dopl\u0148uje: <em><i>\u201eObecn\u011b v\u0161ak plat\u00ed, \u017ee HR dokumenty pat\u0159\u00ed k t\u011bm, kter\u00e9 podniky nejv\u00edce zat\u011b\u017euj\u00ed a je nutn\u00e9 je nejd\u00e9le uchov\u00e1vat.
