V \u010dervnu WKW ozn\u00e1milo, \u017ee p\u0159evzet\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti firmy <span class=\"highlight-E5id6 highlight-E5M\">Ameri\u010dany<\/span> je domluvn\u00e9, tehdej\u0161\u00ed dohoda ale nikdy nebyla napln\u011bna. Nov\u00e9ho <span class=\"highlight-E5id4 highlight-E5M\">investora<\/span> m\u011bly odradit pr\u00e1v\u011b buj\u00edc\u00ed probl\u00e9my n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho autopr\u016fmyslu, a tak z n\u00ed vycouval.<\/p>\n<p>WKW je\u0161t\u011b chv\u00edli hledalo konstruktivn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, za nastal\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed ale nikdo nebyl ochoten d\u00e1l tahat podobnou firmu z bryndy. V p\u00e1tek 20. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2024 tak WKW nezbylo ne\u017e u soudu vyhl\u00e1sit bankrot a v r\u00e1mci p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed insolvence po\u017e\u00e1dat o ochranu p\u0159ed <span class=\"highlight-E5id1 highlight-E5M\">v\u011b\u0159iteli<\/span>. Co bude d\u00e1l, je ot\u00e1zkou. V\u011bc pochopiteln\u011b nemus\u00ed skon\u010dit likvidac\u00ed, v \u00favahu v\u017edy p\u0159ipad\u00e1 i restrukturalizace.<\/p>\n<p>Ro\u010dn\u00ed obrat firmy \u010dinil 591 milion\u016f euro, tedy asi 15 miliard K\u010d. Fakt, \u017ee dosud nena\u0161la nikoho, kdo by se na jej\u00edm dal\u0161\u00edm fungov\u00e1n\u00ed cht\u011bl pod\u00edlet, ale nazna\u010duje, \u017ee jej\u00ed perspektiva nen\u00ed dobr\u00e1.
