C\u00edlem studie bylo zjistit, jak\u00e9 jsou n\u00e1vyky a preference u\u017eivatel\u016f v oblasti dob\u00edjen\u00ed, a to jak v kontextu neve\u0159ejn\u00e9, tak ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 infrastruktury. <\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkum p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed cenn\u00e9 informace pro subjekty zainteresovan\u00e9 v oblasti N\u00e1rodn\u00edho ak\u010dn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu \u010dist\u00e9 mobility, provozovatele dob\u00edjec\u00ed infrastruktury a v\u0161echny zainteresovan\u00e9 strany v oblasti elektromobility. Zpr\u00e1va \u010derp\u00e1 z informac\u00ed uveden\u00fdch v recenzovan\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku, kter\u00fd byl publikov\u00e1n v z\u00e1\u0159ijov\u00e9m vyd\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasopisu Silni\u010dn\u00ed obzor.<\/p>\n<p>Podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f pr\u016fzkumu, do kter\u00e9ho se zapojilo 746 respondent\u016f, 69 % u\u017eivatel\u016f elektromobil\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee \u017eij\u00ed v rodinn\u00e9m dom\u011b, s parkov\u00e1n\u00edm na vlastn\u00edm pozemku a 12 % v bytov\u00e9m dom\u011b, s vyhrazen\u00fdm st\u00e1n\u00edm pro vozidlo (v dom\u011b), co\u017e je z pohledu neve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho nab\u00edjen\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed varianta \u2013 jak z pohledu u\u017eivatelsk\u00e9ho komfortu, tak z pohledu ekonomiky provozu vozidla. Respondenti, kte\u0159\u00ed dob\u00edjej\u00ed doma, uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee ro\u010dn\u011b dob\u00edjej\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 30 % elekt\u0159iny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 k provozu sv\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f z ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 infrastruktury. P\u0159esn\u011b 68 % respondent\u016f dob\u00edj\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b z ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 infrastruktury maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 30 % elekt\u0159iny, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e 42 % z nich dob\u00edj\u00ed pouze 1\u201310 %.<\/p>\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm je, \u017ee 46 % respondent\u016f vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k dob\u00edjen\u00ed elekt\u0159inu vyrobenou z dom\u00e1c\u00edch fotovoltaick\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren, co\u017e m\u00e1 krom\u011b ekonomick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f pozitivn\u00ed dopad na ekologii provozu. \u201ePom\u011brn\u011b p\u0159ekvapiv\u00fdm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm byl fakt, \u017ee 13 % u\u017eivatel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed dob\u00edjej\u00ed elektromobil doma, vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jednotarifn\u00ed sazby, kter\u00e9 nejsou zcela vhodn\u00e9 pro ekonomiku provozu. Tak\u00e9 zde spat\u0159uj\u00ed auto\u0159i studie potenci\u00e1l k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed osv\u011bt\u011b u\u017eivatel\u016f elektromobil\u016f, kter\u00e1 by mohla p\u0159isp\u011bt k lep\u0161\u00ed ekonomice provozu. Na\u0161e zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee u\u017eivatel\u00e9 elektromobil\u016f v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice preferuj\u00ed v t\u00e9to st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b rann\u00e9 f\u00e1zi rozvoje elektromobility dom\u00e1c\u00ed dob\u00edjen\u00ed spolu s relativn\u011b vysok\u00fdm pod\u00edlem vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie. Je v\u0161ak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zvy\u0161ovat pov\u011bdom\u00ed o mo\u017enostech dob\u00edjen\u00ed a ekonomick\u00fdch v\u00fdhod\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed. K tomuto zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed slou\u017e\u00ed mj. na\u0161e Palivov\u00e1 kalkula\u010dka, kter\u00e1 srovn\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e9 zp\u016fsoby dob\u00edjen\u00ed elektromobil\u016f. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je t\u0159eba se zam\u011b\u0159it na dal\u0161\u00edm zlep\u0161en\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dob\u00edjec\u00ed infrastruktury tak, aby byla dostupn\u00e1 a u\u017eivatelsky p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u00e1. Ministerstvo dopravy v ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 dob\u011b vyhl\u00e1silo nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy na dal\u0161\u00ed podporu v\u00fdstavby ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch stanic, bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed informace jsou k tomu na webu Programu Doprava 2021\u20132027,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Luk\u00e1\u0161 Kadula z Centra dopravn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu, jeden z autor\u016f studie.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8626\" src=\"http:\/\/www.automakers.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/3a.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"764\" height=\"722\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kvantifikace u\u017eivatel\u016f elektromobil\u016f bez p\u0159\u00edstupu k neve\u0159ejn\u00e9mu dob\u00edjen\u00ed d\u00e1v\u00e1 do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry odpov\u011b\u010f na \u010dasto kladenou ot\u00e1zku: \u201eJak budou dob\u00edjet lid\u00e9 na s\u00eddli\u0161t\u00edch?\u201c P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd 9. respondent (11 %) nem\u011bl p\u0159\u00edstup k neve\u0159ejn\u00e9mu dob\u00edjen\u00ed, \u010dast\u011bji tak (logicky) vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ve\u0159ejnou dob\u00edjec\u00ed infrastrukturu \u2013 viz nap\u0159. alespo\u0148 jednou t\u00fddn\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 2\/3 z nich (64 %) dob\u00edj\u00ed na pomal\u00fdch (AC) ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch bodech vs. 13 % u respondent\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k neve\u0159ejn\u00e9mu dob\u00edjen\u00ed. U\u017eivatel\u00e9 bateriov\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed nemaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k neve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dob\u00edjec\u00ed infrastruktu\u0159e (NDI) vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v o n\u011bco v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e pomal\u00e9 (AC) ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dob\u00edjec\u00ed body (26,2 %) ne\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b respondent\u016f s p\u0159\u00edstupem v NDI (21,7 %). Pom\u011br vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch\/rychlej\u0161\u00edch ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch bod\u016f je pak velmi podobn\u00fd (pozn. v rozmez\u00ed o 0,3\u20131,7 p.b. m\u00e9n\u011b u respondent\u016f bez p\u0159\u00edstupu k NDI).<\/p>\n<p>Z graf\u016f lze kvantifikovat rozd\u00edly ve zvyklostech respondent\u016f p\u0159i dob\u00edjen\u00ed s\/bez p\u0159\u00edstupu k neve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dob\u00edjec\u00ed infrastruktu\u0159e. \u201eVe\u0159ejnou dob\u00edjec\u00ed infrastrukturu \u010dast\u011bji (logicky) vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed respondenti bez p\u0159\u00edstupu kt\u00e9 neve\u0159ejn\u00e9. Obecn\u011b lze konstatovat fakt, \u017ee s rostouc\u00edm v\u00fdkonem dob\u00edjen\u00ed kles\u00e1 \u010detnost jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed, co\u017e souvis\u00ed se skute\u010dnost\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdkonn\u00e9 dob\u00edjec\u00ed body jsou mnohem v\u00edce roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159eny. Vazba je zde i na cenu, nebo\u0165 obecn\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm pomalej\u0161\u00ed (m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdkonn\u00e9) dob\u00edjen\u00ed, t\u00edm je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed cena \u2013 mj. provozovatel\u00e9 maj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 jednak s investicemi a tak\u00e9 s provozem, kdy v\u00fdkon je p\u0159\u00edmo \u00fam\u011brn\u00fd cen\u011b za rezervovanou kapacitu u distributora elekt\u0159iny,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed Pavl\u00edna Skl\u00e1dan\u00e1 z Centra dopravn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu, spoluautorka studie.<\/p>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b respondent\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed nemaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k NDI, dob\u00edj\u00ed na pomal\u00fdch (AC) ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch bodech alespo\u0148 jednou t\u00fddn\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 2\/3 z nich (64 %), na rychl\u00fdch (DC do 50 kW) 34 %, na rychlej\u0161\u00edch (DC 51\u2013149 kW) 19 % a na ultrarychl\u00fdch (UFDC 150-350 kW) pak 9 %. U respondent\u016f s p\u0159\u00edstupem k NDI je \u010detnost dob\u00edjen\u00ed na ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch stanic\u00edch (nep\u0159ekvapiv\u011b) v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, kdy\u017e na pomal\u00fdch (AC) ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch bodech alespo\u0148 jednou t\u00fddn\u011b dob\u00edj\u00ed 13 % z nich, na rychl\u00fdch (DC do 50 kW) 6 %, na rychlej\u0161\u00edch (DC 51\u2013149 kW) 7 % a na ultrarychl\u00fdch (UFDC 150\u2013350 kW) pak 5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fzkum tak\u00e9 odhalil n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy, kter\u00fdm u\u017eivatel\u00e9 \u010del\u00ed. Respondenti poukazovali na nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 zna\u010den\u00ed dob\u00edjec\u00edch stanic, obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 a zdlouhav\u00e9 procesy p\u0159ihla\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed a fakturace na n\u011bkter\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch stanic\u00edch, a tak\u00e9 na rozt\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011bnost aplikac\u00ed pro dob\u00edjen\u00ed. Tyto p\u0159ipom\u00ednky nazna\u010duj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 oblasti, ve kter\u00fdch je potenci\u00e1l ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed infrastruktury a slu\u017eeb pro dob\u00edjen\u00ed elektromobil\u016f v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice.<\/p>\n<p>S rostouc\u00edm po\u010dtem bateriov\u00fdch elektromobil\u016f na \u010desk\u00fdch silnic\u00edch, kter\u00fdch bylo na konci \u0159\u00edjna provozov\u00e1no 33,5 tis. kat. M1 (0,5 %) a 1,9 tis. kat.
