Ob\u011bdvat do restaurac\u00ed s obsluhou tak chod\u00ed st\u00e1le m\u00e9n\u011b zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, rad\u011bji si nos\u00ed krabi\u010dky z domova. Takov\u00fd trend m\u00e1 ale i sv\u00e9 stinn\u00e9 str\u00e1nky.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Na cenu p\u0159es 200 korun se ceny ob\u011bd\u016f poprv\u00e9 vy\u0161plhaly v listopadu 2022, a to v Praze. Hned v n\u011bkolika regionech pak tuto psychologickou hranici poko\u0159ily loni v prosinci, kdy byly pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ceny ob\u011bd\u016f v\u016fbec historicky nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. \u201eUk\u00e1zalo se v\u0161ak, \u017ee lid\u00e9 p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed st\u00e1le vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ceny akceptovat. Letos u\u017e tak d\u00e1l nerostly, osciluj\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru kolem 190 korun, o n\u011bco v\u00edce vysko\u010dily jen v letn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch, kdy lid\u00e9 \u010derpaj\u00ed nejv\u00edce dovolen\u00e9 a cestuj\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jan Michelfeit ze spole\u010dnosti Pluxee.<\/p>\n<p>V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tak pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena men\u00ed\u010dka dos\u00e1hla 191,12 K\u010d, v \u0159\u00edjnu 191,79 K\u010d a v listopadu 192,65 K\u010d. Nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed jsou, stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch, ob\u011bdy v Jiho\u010desk\u00e9m kraji, v listopadu zde pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena byla 204,69 K\u010d. Druh\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dka pat\u0159\u00ed op\u011bt St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9mu kraji, kde pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena ob\u011bda v listopadu byla 202,87 K\u010d. Hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Praha, kter\u00e9mu roky pat\u0159ilo prvenstv\u00ed, je tentokr\u00e1t s pr\u016fm\u011brnou cenou 199,51 K\u010d t\u0159et\u00ed. Nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byly i v listopadu ob\u011bdy na Vyso\u010din\u011b, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b se tu dalo p\u0159es poledne naj\u00edst za 166,94 K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Na ob\u011bd do restaurace jen ob\u010das. I kv\u016fli kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm pauz\u00e1m<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u017de by \u0161ly ceny ob\u011bd\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u011bji dol\u016f, se o\u010dek\u00e1vat ned\u00e1. \u201eProvozovatel\u016fm restaurac\u00ed vzrostly n\u00e1klady na energie, v\u00fdznamn\u011b stouply tak\u00e9 ceny mnoha surovin, obrovsk\u00fd tlak je i v gastronomii na r\u016fst mezd a vysok\u00e1 inflace, kter\u00e1 zde byla, se dotkla v\u0161ech,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Michelfeit. \u201eTo s sebou nese zm\u011bny ve stravovac\u00edch n\u00e1vyc\u00edch. Na\u0161e data ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee do restaurac\u00ed s obsluhou m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na ob\u011bd st\u00e1le m\u00e9n\u011b zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.\u201c Pravideln\u011b se takhle stravuje jen mal\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st z nich, \u010dast\u011bji vyraz\u00ed na men\u00ed\u010dko jen v n\u011bkter\u00e9 dny.<\/p>\n<p>Nutno v\u0161ak p\u0159iznat, \u017ee na vin\u011b nejsou jen vysok\u00e9 ceny, drah\u00fd je i \u010das. V mnoha firm\u00e1ch mus\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci striktn\u011b dodr\u017eet p\u016flhodinovou pauzu, kterou pro ob\u011bdovou p\u0159est\u00e1vku vyhrazuje legislativa. Jinde se sice mohou bez probl\u00e9m\u016f zdr\u017eet, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b si pak ale tento \u010das mus\u00ed nadpracovat, a tedy j\u00edt dom\u016f z pr\u00e1ce o to pozd\u011bji.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ob\u011bd z krabi\u010dky u pracovn\u00edho stolu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00e1st zam\u011bstnanc\u016f m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na ob\u011bdy do samoobslu\u017en\u00fdch restaurac\u00ed a bufet\u016f, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b ve velk\u00fdch m\u011bstech. Typicky toti\u017e b\u00fdvaj\u00ed ve food z\u00f3n\u00e1ch v obchodn\u00edch centrech. Jejich nab\u00eddka j\u00eddel je dnes u\u017e \u0161irok\u00e1, od klasick\u00fdch \u201efast food\u016f\u201c, p\u0159es \u010deskou kuchyni a\u017e k t\u00e9 asijsk\u00e9, obl\u00edben\u00e9 jsou i cr\u00eaperie. D\u016fvodem mnohdy nen\u00ed ani tak lep\u0161\u00ed cena, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u010dasov\u00e1 \u00faspora. \u201ePro provozovatele restaurac\u00ed s obsluhou je to sign\u00e1l, \u017ee rychl\u00fd servis v dob\u011b ob\u011bd\u016f je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd,\u201c mysl\u00ed si Michelfeit.<\/p>\n<p>Pomysln\u00fdm v\u00edt\u011bzem sout\u011b\u017ee je ov\u0161em ob\u011bd p\u0159\u00edmo v kancel\u00e1\u0159i, kter\u00fd \u010d\u00e1st zam\u011bstnanc\u016f objedn\u00e1v\u00e1 s don\u00e1\u0161kovou slu\u017ebou. \u010cast\u011bji si ho ale lid\u00e9 p\u0159inesou v krabi\u010dce z domu, v hor\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se odbydou jen n\u011b\u010d\u00edm studen\u00fdm nebo ob\u011bd dokonce vynechaj\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Odvr\u00e1cen\u00e1 strana sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho trendu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee tyto zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky maj\u00ed v mnoh\u00e9m na zam\u011bstnance neblah\u00fd dopad. Spole\u010dn\u00e9 ob\u011bdy s kolegy v restauraci maj\u00ed toti\u017e i jin\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos ne\u017e jen to, \u017ee se \u010dlov\u011bk zasyt\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho m\u00e1 odbyt\u00fd ob\u011bd vliv na produktivitu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f i jejich spokojenost a celkovou pohodu. V\u016fbec nejhor\u0161\u00ed ov\u0161em mohou b\u00fdt zdravotn\u00ed dopady. P\u0159ece jenom ob\u011bd p\u0159edstavuje t\u0159etinu na\u0161eho denn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu a jeho pravideln\u00e9 \u201eo\u0161izen\u00ed\u201c \u010di vynech\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se na zdrav\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee podepsat v podob\u011b n\u011bkter\u00e9 z civiliza\u010dn\u00edch chorob. L\u00e9ka\u0159i proto apeluj\u00ed na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed ve firm\u00e1ch. Kvalitn\u00ed pravideln\u00fd ob\u011bd toti\u017e m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit t\u0159eba riziko kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch nemoc\u00ed, obezity \u010di rakoviny st\u0159ev.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co s t\u00edm mohou d\u011blat zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 jsou si mnoh\u00e9ho z toho v\u011bdomi. Potvrzuje to i fakt, \u017ee nar\u016fst\u00e1 po\u010det t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed sv\u00fdm lidem n\u011bjakou formou na stravov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed. Podle pr\u016fzkumu Ipsos pro Pluxee dost\u00e1v\u00e1 73 % zam\u011bstnanc\u016f podporu stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u00fdznamn\u00fd pokles, z 31 na 20 procent pak jen b\u011bhem posledn\u00edho roku zaznamenalo z\u00e1vodn\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ot\u00e1zkou ov\u0161em z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e finan\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f od zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f. Optim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnota stravenky pro rok 2024 toti\u017e byla stanovena na 211 K\u010d. Do n\u00e1klad\u016f si firma m\u016f\u017ee d\u00e1t p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek v libovoln\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i. P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stku 116,20 K\u010d ale mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dodan\u011bn a mus\u00ed z n\u011bj b\u00fdt odvedeno pojistn\u00e9 na stran\u011b zam\u011bstnance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eI nad\u00e1le z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdhodnou variantou p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek zam\u011bstnavatele ve v\u00fd\u0161i 55 % hodnoty stravenky, tj. pro leto\u0161n\u00ed 116,20 K\u010d. Zam\u011bstnanec pak p\u0159isp\u011bje zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch 45 %,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Michelfeit. Ve stejn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161i, tedy 116,20 K\u010d, je pro rok 2024 stanoven\u00e1 tak\u00e9 maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stka stravenkov\u00e9ho pau\u0161\u00e1lu.
